Food was delicious! Plenty of it and well worth the money! Cooked to perfection!

A little tepid and couldn’t really re-heat due to having salad with it. Seemed quite small for the money.

When my order arrived it wad incorrect, when I contacted Istanbul Flames they sent out the correct order very swiftly, cannot fault the food or the customer service.

The delivery driver was rude and handed over cold food . I had a baby in my hands and rudely said you cant come to front door and made angry face and left , secondly my order was wet and cover with rain water droplets which went inside my order as well and food was cold .

This was the first time ordering from Istanbul, and definitely won’t be my last! Food was really nice, hot and tasty!

Got a donor kebab we only like cabbage and onions they charged the same as a full salad with the kebab but the cabbage and onions was very minimal but the meat was nice

Don’t usually leave reviews but this takes exception. It was just a terrible experience start to finish. Delivery time frame of 18:45-19:00 delivered at 19:30. Pizza was stone cold and my side was undercooked. Absolutely one to avoid ❌❌❌❌

We have are now ‘go to Kebab’ much better quality than our old one. The Chicken is well cooked yet succulent.

One of the nicest chicken shish I’ve had and mistakenly ordered too much. Was a good portion!!

A kebab wrap and small chips arrived an hour after ordering.The wrap was semi warm and the chips had been warmed up in a microwave possibly as they were definitely not freshly fried.Normally have no complaints with ordering food from you.But may consider using elsewhere if this repeats itself when ordering again.I had a notification to say food was on its way and should have taken no longer than 3-4 minutes to deliver by car.I received my order some 20 minutes later.

I ordered their X-Large charcoal grill special which comprises 1.35kg or 3lbs of donner, shish, chicken and kofte together with mixed grilled veg, 2 pitas and salad. It's thoroughly delicious and enough for 4, but feeds me for three days. YUMMY!

Do not order from their website- called as our order was an hour late, to be told it was on its way - nothing! Called again just to be told that that website closed last week and they didn't have our order. Apparently the manager is going to call tomorrow to sort this out but that doesn't take away the fact we now have waited 2 hours for food for nothing! DO NOT ORDER OFF THE WEBSITE

I didn’t get the American hot pizza, instead a vegetarian pepper and chilli, very nice but not as ordered.

This was my first and last order. I ordered a large kebab, but the amount of meat was tiny and tasteless, with over half the box filled with salad. The sauces were wrong, and the chips were awful - burnt and soaked in oil, mixed with some fresh ones. Completely unacceptable.

When almost all the kebab goes in the bin that is all you need to know really. Meat was cold and tasteless. Everything swimming in grease meant the pitta bread was soaked and awful. The "salad" included a HALF an uncut onion. Truly dreadful and overpriced

I called the restaurant and was told the food was left outside as the was no answer, I was in all of the time. There was no food outside when I checked so I paid £17 for nothing

Delivered way before expected time which was good, the food on the other hand…. Yes it was hot, only really edible part of the order was the portion of chips everything else ( pizza, chicken wings and garlic bread) was disgusting never again.

DONT USE THEM - VERY POOR ATTITUDE AND SERVICE - CANT STRESS ENOUGH!!! Ordered food today , chicken special kebab but was sent wrong order with ingredients missing after 40 mins. Upon calling them they wouldn't refund or make up for the order. Yet kept asking me to go online to complain and request refund, when checked online there is no option to complain or refund. Called back again, at which point they told me to continue with the complaint by calling on number on the website and that they don't have anything to do with the website as the order payment is taken by website. The number on the website is their shop number which i was calling on in the 1st place. Then they keep handing the phone from one attendant to another and told me to contact their boss ‘Ali’ in the morning and that they cannot do anything for the mistake they have made. In short, the conversation over the phone was useless and unfruitful, after 20mins on the phone requesting either the correct order be re delivered and incorrect order be taken away or offer refund. No resolution. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I was very disappointed I ordered a chicken kebab with salad the food was cold hardly no salad which looked off and it tasted off too never had such a bad kebab never ordering again.

Ordered waited 1 hour no order arrived so I called was told machine doesn't print order. When using the website. No apology nothing shocking...

Food really BAD been sick all day and after I complained been treated very bad service

Food was not the best then 20mins later I was vomiting and had food poisoning for 2 days and I hadn’t eaten anything but this food that day so I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to torture yourself for 2 days with no stop vomiting. When we went to complain the manager was very rude and ignoring us and said he didn’t care at all this was really disappointing and honestly embarrassing as he didn’t care much about what his food was doing to some customers. Like I said I wouldn’t recommend and there are far better ones around the area to choose from that will give you better customer service and food that doesn’t want to make u kill yourself.

First time ordering and we ordered the half pounder burger meal which was excellent,lovely fresh salad and good quality burgers. Meat and chips meal deal was also great with. Fantastic homemade chilli sauce which has a lovely kick to it… would have loved more chilli sauce and cheese on the burger but apart from that was very please with our order last week.. would definitely recommend and we are ordering again this evening thanks everyone …
