The service was good. The food was not great but not the worst. Over cooked and a bit bland. Beautiful decor however

Really nice food and relaxed setting for a shopping centre. Staff were so friendly and free cloudy lemonade shots went down well! My partner and I had a pizza and some spaghetti. We were both pleased.

Food was excellent - fresh and full of flavour. The sharing starter is really recommended. Service was outstanding, Mahmut was serving our table and his hosting skills are excellent. Made for a lovely atmosphere, and not far off the food and feel that you'd get in Italy.

ASK Italian in Bluewater is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting – a place you just want to keep coming back to. Even though I’m not a big fan of shopping malls, I’d gladly return just for this restaurant. The service was top-notch, and our waitress, Dominika, was incredibly friendly and professional. The food? Simply outstanding! The pizza was crispy and full of flavor, the stuffed mushrooms were delicious, and the brownie with ice cream was a dream. I also treated myself to a Passion Fruit Martini, which was absolutely divine. But the biggest surprise was their homemade lemonade – fresh, refreshing, and simply perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only great Italian food but also an exceptional atmosphere and excellent service. I will definitely be back!

Hi, I wanted to share my experience at your restaurant. I booked a table for two over the phone for 21:00. When we arrived, no one was there to take us to our table. I noticed four waitresses by the bar, but none of them came to assist us. After waiting for more than five minutes, I approached the bar to ask for service, but they refused to help us. As we were about to leave, a girl finally appeared. I mentioned that I had a reservation for 21:00 for two people and provided my reference number. She asked for my name, and when I explained how I booked, she seemed confused and responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. We decided to leave and went to another restaurant, where the service was fantastic. If I were in charge of your establishment, I would consider making some changes to the staff. Thank you for your attention..

Don’t waste your time coming here when the shops close at 9 - they’re closed. On Google they say they close at 10! Many people turned away. Their loss I guess

We had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. We were a group of three adults and a 3 year old child having dinner on 7th of January. Our order included calamari, pizza, some potatoes, and desserts. Unfortunately, two adults and the child ended up with food poisoning after the meal. I want to mention that I didn’t have any food on that day prior to dinner and obviously no food after. 2 days and I still didn’t recover. Staff was nice tho!

Not a great place. Pizza served was cold, I was offered new one, but why would I like to wait longer if I was told my was baked to order? Wife had a pasta and was surprised with amount of crème on the top. Not enjoyed either. Interesting, we ordered sparking water, pizza and pasta. Pasta and pizza was served well ahead of water. Restaurant was a very quiet so I can’t think of any reason…

Ordered a lasagna and a chicken ceaser salad. The lasagna was burnt to a crispy. And the chicken and croutons in the salad was also burnt and the chicken was very very tough and chewy. It’s been a while since I’d been to and Ask Italian but they are usually loads better than this.

The staff were lovely. The pasta was cooked so much it was as if it was being prepared for a child. The prawns in the pasta were opaque and obviously frozen as was the crayfish. No taste at all

Located in the busy food area of Bluewater this restaurant has a large open fronted seating area looking out into the main complex. Your greeted by friendly staff who positioned us in a booth to the front of the premises. Seats were comfortable and spacious and tables and menus clean with no concerns noted or seen. The menu choices are good and children’s menu have set prices with a good choice of items. Starters were quick to arrive and all food arrived in good time and hot. 5* service from the staff who were keen to assist and provided a friendly and enjoyable meal. The only thing that lets this place down is not being able to accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers. CHECK BEFORE as there’s nothing of note or mention from staff about this until it’s time to pay. From reviews, many people have come into issues with this, having to pay out for a meal the they expected to be practically free. As long as know this then this is a perfect place to take small families and young children for a bite to eat. Overall an enjoyable meal

Spaghetti bolognese, literally tasted of plain pasta. No flavour whatsoever, disappointing. Chicken strips are nice however, prices are extortionate. Small pot of pasta is £15.50, should have gotten a much larger pot for the money. Food was delivered hot and quickly so props to the driver, the food was also cooked well. Just unfortunately was absolutely tasteless. Cheesecake however I was told is phenomenal.

I recently dined at Ask Italian and had a fantastic experience. Our waitress, Carla, was absolutely delightful and incredibly attentive throughout our meal. She went above and beyond to make our 3-year-old feel special, engaging with them and ensuring they had everything they needed. Including "more cheese." Her warm personality and exceptional service truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend!

Dominica was fabulous, as was the food.

After service issues in another restaurant we cane here last minute with a party of 8 and we was provided with a table. Our servers were excellent. Both very friendly and patient. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it.

Very fast food service - great for dining with kids. Drinks service could be quicker, arrived after our food. Waitress was excellent re. allergens and made several checks for us without being asked (eg. double checking babyccino was oat). Bill was a little expensive overall.

I wish I could give 100 stars!!! Service was topnotch and amazing!!! Great staffing crew and extremely courteous Manager!!! From our entrance to the exit, it was absolutely amazing service. My first time trying italian food and I absolutely enjoyed the service.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The food was lovely...a bit different to other places I've visited. The menu was varied and catered for all preferences. I will be visiting again soon.

Very nice atmosphere and good food

First time visiting this ASK ITALIAN location, Service was quick, staff were friendly. Cheesy garlic bread was lovely as always, we decided to order the new Caesar salad with chicken, I had high hopes as I love a Caesar salad but this disappointed. As a Chef myself who regularly makes Caesar salad, I would never think of giving a guest chunks of lettuce that are clearly brown and wilted. The chicken also was overcooked a few parts were juicy but the rest was very chewy. An improvement on the quality of items going into the dish would be great.

Every time I visit Bluewater I often end up eating here. The food is always good and the staff are very friendly. On this visit I was taken care of my Dominika and when she asked me to leave a review I was more than happy to oblige given the quality service she provided. Highly recommend.

We had a really lovely waitress (Dominika) today whos service was impeccable. The food tasted delicious and the birthday discount was the icing on the cake.

Visited Twice. The first time, waiter is very friendly. Really looked after us. Second time, I think the manager waited our table. She almost ignored us . We had to ask for everything repetedlyeven if the restaurant was not busy. Very frustrating.

Waiting 20 mins for a coke and it werent busy Server kept upsetting even though we said we're fine and we're ordering via the app so would order more if we wanted more Portion sizes of the puddings vs the prices were ridiculous the adults were child sizes and don't get me started on the size of the child's dessert not even a mouthful of brownie it was pathetic Food tasted nice but everything is overpriced

ASK ITALIAN...we did...and what we got in return was ....definitely not Italian....Food was really not tasty(potatoes not cooked ,pasta from the kids menu absolutely uneatable ),kids only enjoyed the ice cream from kids menu....I gave 2 stars for the service just because one of the waiters had a concept of customer service and tried to help us. Never again.

Great place for lunch at Bluewater, friendly staff, quick service and overall atmosphere of the restaurant is very good. We ordered Folded Garlic Bread with onions, burrata & slow-roasted tomato pizza, gnocchi arrabbiata pasta and Pollo Milanese with lemonade and Ginger Beer. All very tasty and filling. Recommend!

Anna was a lovely host very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble she was very attentive and was constantly running around making sure all the guests were satisfied! Food was incredibly delicious and the fastest service I’ve ever experienced. Atmosphere was just amazing, felt right at home, very earthy and natural! Will defo be back! :)

I went to this place yesterday for an early dinner and tried their pasta, pizza, and lemonade. The food was amazing! But the staff was very rude. When we asked for the bill, they just put it on the table and didn’t bring a card machine. We had to ask many times for the machine and were ignored. One staff member even made faces at us. We went to the counter to pay, but a waiter laughed and said she didn’t work there. Then all the staff told us to sit back down and wait. Even though the food was great, I won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Waited over an hour for our meal which they had forgot to prepare, this was then rushed through so pasta undercooked. Not impressed, won’t be returning

Ask used to be one of my stops for a quick tasty lasagna… I ordered my usual and it was delivered very quickly (along with my friends pizza) mine had clearly been microwaved it did not look cooked and tasted awful it wasn’t mince just sloppy… I called staff over and sent it back I was offered a menu n said something could be delivered quickly I was like no thanks… I ended up sharing my fiends pizza which was something a 5 year old might have made in a temper… why do staff not take care in the cooking of food and presentation… I wouldn’t want to be associated with working here… I’ve recently been abroad ate out for the whole time never had to send a thing back all beautifully presented n cooked to perfection… and cheaper… come on U.K. let’s try harder…

Food was okay, now a wow! Further, presentation matters alot which was not good either so they really need to work on it!! Customer service was amazing though! But considering quality of food, wont be going again!

Food was terrible overall, served poorly in basic packaging for the price of the food I ordered, came cold and had missing items.

It is unfortunate that just one member of staff would ruin the hard work of the other waiter we had- who was very professional and pleasant. When our desserts came, this obnoxious waitress with a very bad attitude literally slammed our plates down, luckily the chef saw it and he apologised to us. I do not think that this was acceptable behaviour. I told the waiter who cleared our desserts about this obnoxious female member of staff, no apology from the manager though.

food is delicious every single time seriously wayyyyy better than Bella Italia and pizza express. carbonara is gorg, side salad is delicious, pizzas amazing all round amazing, service is great, not too much, not too little. only thing is if you pay by card and it asks if you wanna leave a tip it doesnt go to the waiter/waitress it goes to ask italian, so don't leave a tip on card. Also they know im veggie and will take out the bacon in the carbonara for me!

Had a fabulous lunch with 6 colleagues yesterday. We all commented how smiley and friendly the waiter and waitresses were 😊☺️

Went for a date night and was incredible value for money. Was sat in a booth and served by Naomi who was fantastic. Food was served hot with no real waiting time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bluewater.

Food was bland....also ordered a kids meal and didn't get the dessert....and when I didn't pay service charge he said"obviously wasn't good enough" won't be going back, far to expensive for rubbish food

Went after the cinema. Very friendly, lovely atmosphere, clean, tidy and staff very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful mushroom and chicken risotto and my mum had chicken milanese. Very filling and wonderfully prepared and cooked, only trouble didn't have time for a dessert. Oh well will just have to go again!!
