The best restaurants in South East

Really dissapointing, I have changed my 5 star review, twice recently I have waited 2 hours for delivery of my food and it has been cold. I will not be ordering from here again!

Top-notch fish and chips with amazing service! The team is always warm and helpful, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent.

Check your bill! First time visiting since the new people taking over. Had the buffet as usual - still great food. When we asked for the bill it wasn’t itemised but presented as a ‘food’ sub-total and a ‘drink’ sub-total then the total amount which they wanted you to pay immediately . Was only when we got home we realised they’d overcharged us by £10. This wouldn’t have been a 10% service charge as our bill should have been £122 but we were charged £132. Be careful and check your bill before paying!

Have visited Salma restaurant a few times and every visit has been delightful. The staff are friendly and attentive as well as knowledgeable about the dishes and can advise if you're not 100% sure what you want. The food itself is wonderful, the owner took time to discuss what my friend and I wanted for dinner and came up with a selection of dishes to suit. Each dish was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Worth every penny and would recommend anyone to visit

We had a takeaway, set menu G, thinking that the food would be delicious as it was the week before. We had celebrated Chinese new year at the 'all you can eat buffet' was delicious. The quality of the food that was delivered was ok but the taste was and texture was awful. The shredded crispy chilli beef, was soft and chewy, not a a texture to enjoy and the taste was greasy. The sauce should have been served on the side so the crispy beef could keep it's crispyness. The You's Mixed Hors D'oeuvres were a challenge because the crab claws were a glutenous blob of cornstarch on a stick. We did enjoy the chicken satay, a great sauce. How can the food be so different between 'eating in' and 'takeaway'?

High quality food in lovely surroundings. We had a nice, fresh sandwich and beautiful quality cakes. The garden seating area made for a relaxing space. Would return

Have used the same place for years and as they’re closed had to look elsewhere The only one that came up as available and husband wanted a Chinese I only had a chicken fried rice and spring roll, lovely rice and spring roll crispy and nice filling Hubby had his salt & pepper ribs, special chow mein and a kung po chicken and said it was all delicious Would def order again albeit is more expensive than our usual

Nice, "easy" friendly place, loads of parking, lovely staff and good food. Just go, well worth it!

Delight Kebab is the best kebab in England for its great customer service and the quality of its incredible kebabs. I really enjoyed the great attention that is given with my friends. I consider the local worker a friend.

Popped in for a pint after watching a match featuring the local team. Friendly and welcoming staff and punters with a good range of beer. Several televisions on showing different sports. A proper local pub for local people but worth a visit.

Sadly, I am unable to fight my addiction to this awesome place. Toilets upstairs.

Excellent all day breakfast & jacket potatoes for family. Despite being a very busy lunchtime, Excellent and friendly service. Definitely a place to visit time and again.

Unfortunately the the two functions took priority today, as we waited over an hour for basic, mediocre food. Couldn’t cut the roast beef, needed a steak knife! The bill still included service charge! Not good. No warning when we arrived that there was a delay in the kitchen. 3 different excuses given for this. What a shame!
