The best restaurants in Manchester North West

Unfortunately, I'm not sure I'll go here again. my oreo donut was like a stale cake. It took over an hour to put some store bought Donuts in a bag. I also got a different ice cream to what I ordered (although I still like vanilla)

Really awful, worst Costa have ever been to. Dreadful service, managers and staff are quite rude and have no idea about customer service. Dark and dingy. There always seems to be some issue, often they don't have takeaway cups, no internet for months or heating / water off. Costa at the top of Market St is way better. I would shut this one down to be fair. It's not fit to carry the Costa brand. Quick update peeps. This still appears to be one of the lowest performing Costa restaurants out there. Some of the negative reviews tend to reflect accurately the performance of this coffee shop and it's management. I continue to avoid this place like the plague. There are 5 Costa coffee shops that I visit on a regular basis. This place is not in the same league as them. I echo other reviewers thoughts in terms of poor service, staff with a terrible attitude, poor environment. Also the place is very badly managed and the area manager has to take some responsibility for that, and for not maintaining the right standards at this branch. Must do better, but as per past experiences this branch probably won't. I welcome further discussions with Costa head office on this. But then again, their customer service colleagues also leave a lot to be desired. Let's leave it there for now.

The urban legend surrounding Chinese restaurants and cats is older than the hills. I've come across it in other countries, especially in Spain, which is where I'm from, and it's always the same story: they cook stolen cats. Honestly, enough is enough – it's 2025, and that sort of thing just doesn't happen. An employee of this company was caught stealing a cat. But just because he is Chinese, people immediately make racist comments suggesting it was to cook it in the restaurant. Come on – that person was dismissed the very same day. Let's not bring down a business because of our own prejudices.

The hotel is good and clean. But I will not recommend it! I am very angry. Unfortunately, the reception staff do not know their job. We ordered food online and the courier waited for us downstairs for 10 minutes. And then the courier saw the police and ran away with our order, so the Hindus at the reception said. We had a shock. We asked why you didn't dial our number and call us, and they said we don't know. The courier in Tick means that he is not legal in this country, and those who work here simply covered him up and that's it. And I will add that there is no bottled drinking water in the room at all. But normal shower gel.

Absolutely disappointed with the quality and lack of food available 😞 definitely not worth the money. Lounge was poky had to clear our plates ourselves proseco chargeable like alot of drink. Toilet filthy not maintained at all I will not return definitely not recommend.

Buena comida hoy, personal amable, buen ambiente. Siempre ocupados los sábados a la hora de comer, pero siempre nos encuentran una mesa a pesar de que generalmente estamos caminando. Qué más podrías querer.

Pedido a través de Deliveroo y vino con mis patatas fritas que faltan en una de mis comidas en bandeja. ¡No reembolsarían las fichas ni volverían a entregarlas! Evitaría este lugar a toda costa y haré que todos los lugareños sean conscientes de esto publicando en los medios sociales locales, en barbecho, en rusholme y alrededores para asegurarme de que pierden clientes. Nice spot for a quick bite before taking the train. They were the only spot open super early but service was quick and friendly.

En primer lugar, la comida era excelente, buena y sabrosa y una porción de comida de tamaño decente. Ahora con la parte confusa El servicio al cliente es muy lento y aburrido. Y también dicen que tienen el 50 por ciento de comida en oferta, pero solo dan un 25 por ciento de descuento. Le tomó literalmente 5 minutos calcular mi descuento y aún así se equivocó. No me quejé en ese momento, ya que sé que las empresas están pasando apuros y tbh no podría ser molestado con la molestia ya que el servicio es lento y no muy acogedor. Pero en general no me puedo quejar de la comida, todo estaba delicioso y volvería.

Los sofás y sillas son tan sucios y malolientes. No los cambiaron durante años. Esto nos hizo no querer visitar de nuevo. Espero que la dirección pueda tener esto en cuenta.

Llamé aquí el sábado por la tarde cuando estábamos en Manchester para un concierto por la noche. Vio este lugar y entró. Gran selección de cervezas y sidras disponibles en grifo y barril. Tuve un par de cervezas pálidas y se sentó al frente bajo el sol. Muy recomendable. Echa un vistazo a la tienda modernista frente al whisky allí sugiero.

The Indian street food and chai tea are delicious

Rooms are shabby ,in need of decorating, the bathrooms are very poor with cracked and dirty tile grout. The bed linen is and quilts are worn and thin. Very disappointed.
