The best restaurants in Manchester North West

I ordered the Fat Hippo burger and the slaw. The burger is significantly smaller than what the picture presents. In fact it's barely larger than a McDonald's burger. The slaw was heavily salted and barely edible. However, not only is the food overpriced and poor value for money. The delivery driver didn't even come to my door! He waited at the street, and wouldn't budge.

Best tasting chicken. Customer service was brilliant. Worth coming to this shop.

Table staff loiter around the bar, some are on their phones whilst others are putting lipgloss on. Meanwhile, bar staff have made your drinks and they are left unattended on the bar top with nobody engaging their brain or having any desire to serve you. In addition I had to clear away my crockery and collect my own drinks, they were all oblivious to me doing this. I despair …

Amazing food, service, prices and excellent portions. If you come on weekdays at a certain time mains are 20% off which makes for an extraordinary price for a great lunch or dinner. The mains were exceptionaland the dessert was the best I have ever had.

Loads of staff girl that severed me didn't look interested didn't give me a rect or number for my order £5 for a decaff lattie will a shot of salted caramel couldn't taste either like warm milk and when she shouted the order she forgot the decaff bit at least I got to charge my tablet.im adding this bit a hour and a half later I found my salted caramel in the bottom of the cup my tablet didn't change as the change point didn't work I told the girl at the counter she I know not worked for a few days 😀

Food not great, probably the worst spoons tbh for food but good service and drinks nontheless

- Table App Service didn't work so we had to go up to the bar after 20 minutes of waiting to ask where our two drinks were - Paramedics had to come in because there was an incident involving a person urinating on the seats - The 'Cider 6' (Lilley's) tasted of ridiculously over-sweetened calpol so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone popping in for a cider. The rose was nice though! - Even though it was only 7pm and not many people in, the music was incredibly loud - Reasonably priced drinks menu - Lots of TV screens about showing live sports

Ordered via Hungry Panda, only to be informed 15 mins later the order was not accepted on time and has been cancelled!!! Complete joke

Cheap pop, chicken burger was average... fries tasted weird like the oil used was not fresh.. girl behind counter drinking from a Starbucks cup....

Excellent food though lighting was not cosy ! Most of clientele were ethically Chinese which we took as a good sign. We were not disappointed. Took one of the simple menu options. Excellent contrasting flavours and textures.
