Modern Layout sisha lounge! Very nice atmosphere and Accommodating Services! Short walking distance to Parking Facilities. I left my iPhone and lovely auntie kept to return to me !!! Great sisha and staff is always very kind and helpful! Highly recommended!

Came in a couple days ago and I was hosted by Mohsin the manager at pasha, he picked our shisha for us and made our experience at pasha fantastic! Definitely would recommend going again!

Brother Bilal service for shisha has been good the times we visit we get a good smoke and we do come down every week the flavour are nice but sometimes some are out of stock.

I’ve ordered tea and shisha, i’ve to wait for 35 min to received my tea plus half of the menu for drinks wasn't available. Restaurant was very quiet not flavour of shisha, dirty glass for tea serving to the customer, Just the waste of money.

I didn't have the greatest experience in this place. In fact I was left frustrated and disappointed! After making the order for my shisha and drinks, I was made to wait over 45/50 minutes. I was told constantly "it's on its way" but nothing was coming. I just sat there with my partner and friend. I then went to the manager to just say I wanted a refund and wanted to leave. The manager - Junaid - said they will refund (which they did, so no complaints there), and apologized for the experience and said that the receptionist mixed up the orders. I accepted the apology of course and Junaid then offered a free shisha and drink upon my next visit (which I hope he remembers), but don't know whether I'd actually go back as it left a bad taste in terms of experience. Honestly on this occasion, hence why zero stars. I've put 3 for the atmosphere as the place did look nice and tidy to visit. The business needs to keep on top of finer details with customers as it's this that makes the overall experience.

Really good place if you want to sit and have a shisha with good food. Had chicken BBQ pizza and it was better than most pizzerias. Spicy alert tho. Really Good for people who can eat Indian level spicy

I visited this place (would not call it a restaurant or lounge) yesterday at 9pm and left very quickly. We only came for food and the staff were very rude about it. The bill for 2 dishes and 2 drinks came to £41.50 and they didn't even have change to give back when I paid £45 cash. The lady at the till tried to take it our the charity box! Absolutely disgusting! My friend ordered the lamb chops which came undercooked and I was served a raspberry mojito that was not sweet at all just watery. Learn to cook and learn to give service with a smile or don't work in customer service. Would not ever come back.

Lucky they got 1 star atleast only cos the female manager was decent enough to take away mouldy fruit served to me and made a decent fruit platter, rubbish environment music was way too loud couldn't even speak to one another, service commenced by kids acting like they're Men in Black... Absolute Tripe, don't even bother. 27quid for a shisha. Taking the proverbial! It's 7quid in Middle eastern countries and they are nice this place is like a toilet. The clientele are all the typical sorts and the music haha don't get me started. Do not waste your money here. Go over the road to huqqa or the others just avoid this place.

Good food, nice shisha and mocktails but the music was terrible. Afrobeats one second then a completely different genre the next. Decent night but wouldn’t go back - no alcohol and not the best service. Would get takeaway food though!

WOW! 🤩 Boy did Pasha make a first impression! I have no words. Zulfi was amazing! He looked after us like no other. Came to check up on us several times, served us with the best hospitality possible. Even gave us rounds of tea and insanely good mocktails on the house - amazing! It wasn’t just the hospitality, it was my Brother’s 18th Birthday, which made this that much more memorable and sweet. The food, the vibes, the atmosphere, the shisha (mine and my brothers first trying btw), all were incredible! Loved every bit of it. Thank you Zulfi & Pasha Team for a beautiful evening.

"Disappointing Experience at Pasha Shisha Bar" My recent visit to Pasha Shisha Bar in Rusholme, Manchester, was less than satisfactory. While the blue mist shisha flavor was enjoyable and the ambiance was decent, several aspects of the experience left much to be desired. Initially, my friend and I attempted to sit on the upper level of the ground floor, only to be told by the staff that it was closed. However, we later observed new customers being seated there, leading to confusion and a sense of unfair treatment. Additionally, the seating arrangement at our table near the window was uncomfortable, with the couches awkwardly attached to the ones next to us. It was comical yet incredibly uncomfortable to feel our couch limping whenever the customers at the neighboring table moved. Furthermore, the pricing at Pasha Shisha Bar is significantly higher compared to similar establishments in the area. For a single blue mist mixed shisha, mint tea for two, and a small bottle of water, we were charged a staggering £35. This price far exceeds what one would expect to pay elsewhere for similar items by around £20! Overall, my experience at Pasha Shisha Bar was marred by inconsistent treatment, uncomfortable seating, and high prices. With numerous other options available in Rusholme offering comparable experiences at more reasonable prices, 👉Unfortunately, NOT highly recommended!

My experience at this restaurant was highly disappointing. Despite booking a table in advance, we were seated near the back, close to a cold open door, and where no one else was seated. Our request to move to a warmer area with available tables was denied, due to reservations. I advised that we also had a reservation, but was told we would need to wait until a table is free that is not reserved. The wait for menus was frustrating, with only two available for a busy restaurant, taking 15 minutes to receive. While the food eventually arrived and was enjoyable, the same cannot be said for the mocktail we ordered with a shisha. The drink took an astonishing 45 minutes to arrive, despite numerous inquiries. The explanation for the delay, running out of cocktail glasses, was shared after 35 minutes, leaving me unimpressed with the customer service. By the time the drink finally arrived, we had finished the shisha. I had to compromise on my preference not to have shisha without a drink due to the extended wait. The lack of compensation for the prolonged delays left me appalled, especially considering we had travelled from Wolverhampton for this disappointing experience. The overall outcome of feeling sick after leaving significantly marred what was supposed to be an enjoyable rest of our night in Manchester. I was not impressed with the service and would caution others considering this establishment.

You can argue about the prices. Shisha and food were good but nothing special. The only negative thing is that you can't order at the table, you always have to go to the front of the counter.

Would never come to this place for shisha again, firstly the manager at the counter was very rude, didn’t show us any menu for shisha, put through a premium shisha which was around £30. Shisha tasted burnt, even the staff thought so, got the shisha changed a few times as the staff even said it didn’t taste right. They would bring out another one which tasted worse than the one before, eventually after 15/20 mins just decided to leave. Now it makes sense why this shisha cafe has security and bouncers. Probably to stop customers throwing the shisha back at them.

One of the worse shisha I have ever had!! Front manager didn’t even ask what type of shisha just charged me platinum which was like £28 shisha was burnt after 5 mins. Even the waiter agreed this shouldn’t happen but the waiter was very nice and helped us bring another shisha second shisha was worse he agreed again and brought a third one out that was their recommendation again BAD!! 3 Waiters agreed the shisha was not nice and could only apologise would never go back! Stick to Al Qaza

Good for pictures, the rest service, food and atmosphere was no buono. Also, it seemed like an ED waiting room at time, I saw a woman go into labour and the security just ignored her. Don’t waste your money

Shisha was ok but prices are too high in my opinion they have doubled the prices and I had to wait 30 mins because no one was at the counter to take my order. I prefer the one in Bradford way better than this one.

I travelled over 2 hours because I heard good things about Pasha Vibes’s shisha and let me tell you, don’t waste your money, time or fuel coming here. The shisha had 0 flavour and kept burning. I would get more flavour sucking the exhaust pipe of my car. When ordering the staff were rude and told us half their flavours have ran out. You pay outrageous amount and you’re told you have to order 3 mojitos if you’re only getting one shisha. If I’m dropping £50 in Manchester for some mediocre shisha, the least they can do is have good customer service and they don’t even have that. Don’t go here

Waited for a hour in the queue and the doorman in the flat cap kept putting people in front of us, we asked the manager (bald guy) to move us to a better seat but he told us the tables were not available and clearly seen him put people after people on it and just ignored our request. We ordered a drink and a cake which ended up taking a hour to get to the table and overall a very bad experience. This is not a pasha vibe it’s a dead vibe.

I had been to Pasha many years ago and really enjoyed the lounge and thought I would visit during my trip to Manchester. Unfortunately, it was not the same as before. I ordered the chicken steak and it was so dry and hard and was not enjoyable at all it was also slightly cold. The chips were rock solid and actually was hard to bite into and felt like they had been double fried once again was lukewarm but more on the cooler side. I was already disappointed with the food and had no hopes of the shisha- to which I was right about. The shisha burnt very quick and was not flavoursome at all. There are better lounges on the same strip and also cheaper with better quality food and shisha.

Pasha used to be a great shisha lounge. However my experience this time was below par. We only went to shisha and drinks. The shisha was below average and had no flavour, when we told the server he fixed it but it wasn’t any better. It was like smoking air flavour. We had two pots and both were terrible. We left after 30mins. Such a shame as i remember them being amazing once upon a time.

Went here for my friends birthday service was very poor. It seems that the management was quite poor and the food was cold after waiting a while for it to come and my other friend did not receive her food at all Please do better Pasha vibes.

Absolutely diabolical avoid avoid avoid My two friends and I were on a girls trip away and came across this place on tik tok we thought looked uneeal vibes and decided to book a table. When we arrived the interior was stunning but service from the get go was shocking, we were handed an ipad and sat in a boot by the door and told to order we need to go up to the till and order ( we were shocked there was no table service ) the ipad then stopped working and it took us ages to get a member of staff to help. We all decided to have steaks and after queuing up in a line full of people to order like at McDonald's we were told there's actually no steaks at all been served (something they maybe would of informed us when handing us the ipad menu in the first place) so we then had to go back and sit in our boot to re read the menu and decide on an alternative to then go back up and que AGAIN to order. The music is SO loud you can barley hear yourself speak your shouting over one another. The vibe was NOTHING like the tik tok we were literally been catfished by this restaurant. Next of all a waiter appears and asks if we wanted to go sit in the main hall as ' what have they sat three pretty girls out here for you need to be in there with the rest' we arrived in and were sat at the table. Our drinks then arrived and the waiter asked if he could take a vid of us 'for their instagram ' we said no we would take a vid and tag them he wasn't best pleased with this response and kept repeating you'll upload it and tag us ye? All for show! Then Our food went by us numerous times AND then placed with the group next to us before they finally realised it was ours , food was absolutely disgusting, cold , bland , no taste. My friend got a pasta which had Parmasan on top and my other friend got prawns , she asked if she could get some parmasan for her dish only to be told sorry the chef said he has none left. Sorry what ? It's literally bizarre..... we then asked the waiter if we could have three bottles of water which he replied we had to go back to the till to que for said bottles of water. We were all so appalled by the experience that we actually left our food and left early. We were made feel so uncomfortable and just wanted out of there. Would not recommend to a friend , food service and atmosphere shocking.

I had the pleasure of heading to Pasha recently and they are under new management by a gentleman called Akthar. He was extremely attentive with impeccable manners and made our experience extremely personable and comfortable and I would highly, highly recommend going there if you want a chilled evening in a nice atmosphere. Definitely going back very soon!

Orderd a Shisha was burnt and did not taste like what i ordered finally got hold of manager 10min later they checked the shisha took it back waited another 45min still got nothing finally after a hour the Shisha was brought out near there closing time.

Went here to celebrate my friends birthday yesterday. We ordered the food which came to £129.00 so wasn’t cheap including seesha. So we had 4 mains meals with 2 cheesy chips. Placed order at 20:10. We received the drinks fine they came quick. Then we received the two pastas we had ordered along with the cheesy chips. They arrived at 20:30 we also had ordered steak, mash, burger and chips. We asked one member of staff about the rest of the food. As the pasta was getting cold. Only for them to say they will go and find out. They then carried on serving others and did not update us. So we asked the manger the guy In the suit. Who said he will go and find out and then went sat down on other side off the venue and did not say anything. When it hit 20:55 this is when we had lost the patience so found a third member of staff who then went to locate the burger and steak meals. We eventually got the meals 40 minutes after the two other mains had arrived at the table. They did offer us complimentary seesha but the evening was ruined as we all went out to enjoy food together. Also to add to the trauma the floor was extremely slippery and when we asked to be seated on the other side we got told they would be mopping the floor. By the manger in the suit who said the employees had used wrong products on the floor making it slippery and we could move once the mopping was done . Which they did as the pasta and fries arrived so we were eating whilst the whole place was smelling off bleach and dettol. Which was enough to put anyone off the food. We were not offered any apology as to why the food was so late. It seemed to be ghost ville whoever we asked would never return back. Highly disappointing and off putting to say the least. We said we was there for a Birthday any other place would have offered drinks or discounts on the meals or even a dessert for the Birthday girl. Nothing was offered apart from seesha. Terrible customer experience won’t be visiting there again we have been to the one in Bradford and they were spot on with service.

Extremely disappointing! No rice on the menu is a major letdown. Moreover, the exorbitant prices make it even worse. The absence of a basic staple and unfair value ratio make this place an unsatisfying choice for dining. Won’t be coming back.

Don’t know who had the brilliant idea of changing the menu and taking the rice off the menu altogether. The new menu’s price to value ratio is way off and sadly won’t be coming back.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited 40mins for my food and I had to ASK FOR IT as it was taking too long, the waited arrived literally 30s after with my burger. What was that about? Meaning if I hadn't asked I would've been waiting there for more than an hour. The food was overpriced (£14 for a burger smaller than a big mac at mcdonalds) and lacking in flavour. I immediately wanted to leave and asked for takeout boxes. Tell me why the waiter left to get them and 20mins after we were still waiting? Had to ask a different waiter just for the first one to arrive with the boxes and say he "forgot" about our request. There were less than 6 customers including my friend and I in there. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. What a joke, will not be coming back here and I truly hope this place shuts down

Everything about this place is great, expect for the manager. He is very rude. He won't address your concerns and talks behind your back to other staff. If this place wants to progress they really need to replace him.

Worst lounge I’ve ever been to. I took a call outside and came back to find out they charged my friend £80 for 2 pipes. Our 3rd friend doesn’t smoke so they said we have to buy 2 pipes. I know this is policy in alot of places but £80??? We still waited to get a booth and in the mean time we watched the workers gawk at girls and chat them up like they aren’t on the clock. We felt so uncomfortable in the short amount of time we was there. Last straw was when I went to order 2 red bulls and got told it’s £20. After that I got a refund from the arsey manager, who was more interested in flirting with the girls behind us, and left.

Overall it was ok but the shisha was changed twice because it got harsh and tasted like coal not long after getting the order but the manager was happy to sort it. Mojito took 50 mins to arrive despite watching others who arrived after getting their orders first. Took 5 attempts to get someone to get it to me. Overall once it was all rectified my group had a good time.

Lady at the till was very unhelpful and not welcoming at all, especially for the first time visit. Got charged extra and was not made aware of the price increase to the menu and shisha, which was awful from all staff. Service was rubbish and slow. Atmosphere is loud and very claustrophobic if you are into that then this is for you. Bad service, really slow, unhelpful and crowded. Will not be going pasha again 👎

On my first and last visit! Pasha, you have an excellent interior design, a comfortable seat, good music, legally proven building planning, a prominent parking space, and fair pricing! However, I'd like to know how and why your Google reviews are this bad! For sure, the ugly attitude of your cashier is one reason! Even though he is filled with hate and bitterness, teach him to pretend and hide his rudeness and disrespectful manner! He is the fate of your business!

My sister had recommend Pasha but the service was shocking. Waited 45 mins to receive our drinks and that’s only after we asked where our drinks were. The drinks were mediocre. We had bad experience last night First time we are going to pasha we don’t know the timing even security haven’t stopped us and they allowed us inside at half past 1 we paid bill £100 They bought sisha like 1:50 and the security came and they told us that we are closing in 10mins They haven’t mentioned anything before while billing as well. Beautiful floral best place to take pictures and highly recommend going there for their starbuzz shishas variety to choose from staff are lovely big shout out to ac always looks after us when ever we’re down there music isn’t too loud and great vibes ! The desserts are also amazing especially the milk cakes!

We went for shisha and hot drink (it was 5 daggers outside) There were no “hot drinks” served only cold drinks although its in the menu ! The place have many waiters but no one is helping or giving service! I had a littler bottle of water with me because we came after long trip and we buyed it back then but the security at the door asked me to take it away ..

Awful experience. The food is okay. There is no vibes, everyone was awkward. They are clever in the sense that they make you pay first so you can’t leave. We were allocated in an awkward spot at the front and then after an hour were finally moved more up. The staff are extremely weird and not good at their service everything seemed a mess. We was given a wrong table number and then blamed for that because they had said they had been around asking if it was anyones when they should have sorted that out with the girl who served us when ordering constantly said ‘are you guys ready’ when she could see that we was looking through the menu. The manager completely ignored the fact that we asked for a refund and just said the food will be brought out in 5 minutes after waiting nearly 2 hours.

First the staff weren’t friendly and would’ve just ignored me and my friends and they talked to us in a way that we are some thief or a threat to this disgusting so called Pasha place. And most ridiculous things about this whole situation they didn’t let me bring MY OWN WATER BOTTLE with me! like are you kidding me? And I asked them what happens if I get thirsty and needs to drink water? and they responded in a very cold voice and said you have to buy your water from here! Like most bars and even club places in UK tap waters are free! And even more I can’t bring my own water bottle? Are you shi*ing me?

Pasha vibes is a shisha bar/restaurant, my family and I just went for the food, it was all delicious, good portion sizes, we actually ordered a bit too much so we ended up taking some home because it was all so nice! Really yummy drinks too. The staff were friendly & helpful. The restaurant is really nicely decorated and most importantly, clean. Recommended.

Absolutely the worst experience!!! We booked a slot online for new years eve and drove up from Leicester. We had booked to be there at 10 45pm and were going to ring in the new year there. At 10 30pm we called Pasha to advise that we're on Wilmslow road in some traffic and will be there shortly. They said their booking system is broken and they are not taking bookings. I explained that we have email confirmation we can show them and they refused. They said they are not keeping any of the bookings that have been made even if we have booking proofs. They said they have a queue out the door and waiting time could be hours. I explained that we've driven up from Leicester and the person on the phone just said there was nothing that could be done. We thankfully found a really nice place called Al Qaza and their service www absolutely brilliant. Pasha honestly was such a let down. So disappointing!!!
