Ordered £40+ worth of food. What arrived was dry and tasteless despite being loaded with msg. We've had nice food from here before but this was not worth the money and we won't be ordering from here again (also didn't get the 'free' items mentioned on the menu despite ordering over the £35)

Do not order from here absolute piss take driver doesn’t speak a word of English and is rude cuts the phone off the staff are all shocking waited 2 hours for my order it still isn’t here the delivery driver has drove all around the planet I would never recommend this place absolutely disgusting the service is shocking

I love Jade Garden. They have a good range on the menu, food is always delivered quickly and is hot. I've never had any issues.

For the price i paid was a joke..£30 for salt an pepper mixed box all chips few other bits rice an salt b pepper chips can make it better mysef no taste at all avoid this place

Honestly the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Do yourself a favour, do not order from here.

Just ordered crispy shredded beef , crispy won tons and salt and pepper chips. I’ve never seen a flat won ton before dripping in grease ! And the sauce on the beef tasted sour! Only thing descent was the chips, although they were frozen. Wouldn’t recommend and would not use them again sadly.

Food is always a delight here, never a issue and always nice and hot.

Do not order from here if you want food poisoning go ahead, worst Chinese I have ever had they should be ashamed of themselves for serving that food, absolutely disgusting keep your money in your pocket.

No one order from jade garden I ordered through deliveroo and received a call from London to say was outside. So I went out and there was 3 black men stood there with no food tried to get in the block asked where reception was and could they gain access to the other flats . I rang the takeaway and guess what . She rearly spoke English and put the phone down .. noticed they was being watched and drove off .. got the registration plate number .. minutes passed women Rang to say the driver tired to deliver and was no answer ... The London number rang again and said was I home he would be here in a minute . Food came totally different car and driver ...

Vegetable fried rice mostly consists of rice. A few broccoli florets. Lots of onions with peas and what looks like frozen tiny cubed carrots. Definately not worth the $10.00 price. No snow peas or cabbage. No corn. No scrambled egg. Disappointing.

Do not order the salt and pepper box. It is a box of chips with 3 wings and 3 ribs. Complete rip off for £18. It should be a £7 meal deal. Ridiculous actually lost for words that they sell that meal for £18. Will never return to this scam of a Chinese.

Last time we visited was 3 years ago and it was lovely. Unfortunately it was not very nice at all this time. As soon as you walk through the door it smells of old oil. The actual food tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while. It was all pretty much inedible. Even the onions in the sweet and sour tasted like old oil. I’m very disappointed with how much it’s gone down hill.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered food, said 30 mins.. 40 mins passed so we rang and was told it had left 2 minutes ago.. another hour and no food & now not answering any of their calls!!! Avoid if you actually want food! *add photos... of thin air & empty plates*

2nd time I’ve ordered now thinking it was just a one off last time but the food is still greasy! Burnt prawn toast. Crispy won ton has hardly anything in them, mainly pastry! The ribs have hardly any meat on them. S&P chicken is ok, could do with more salt and pepper on them but they ok. Definitely won’t be ordering again!

Only got a portion of chips for my mum . Well if I knew they were frozen chips I would of made them for her myself. I had to wait for ages. Then when they came they were in a paperbag not even wrapped properly. They were like cardboard. Never again.

I have ordered a few meals from menu, got two chicken dishes that were really dry but somewhat edible and vegetable noodles with slimy mushrooms, spoiled cabbage and broccoli that has turned yellow. My beef noodles seemed ok at first but the meat was tough and veg did not look any fresher than the ones in my other box. Ordered £30 worth of food for dinner and work only to bin half of it. What a waste of food and money.

Not happy spring rolls soggy,prqwn toast was dripping with oil and what meat i got in the rice which wasnt alot for £9 was chewy and it was a smaller tub than it used to be also spent over £28 and never got salt and pepper chicken which you used to get never ordering again as its all changed and it tasted awful

Changed hands 3 weeks ago, it is now the worst food ever! we ordered vegetarian hot and sour soup, it had prawns and chicken in and it wasn't hot and sour it was just very peppery. The main course had a thin tasteless sauce that was supposed to be sweet chilli and it had a black hair in it so I couldn't eat it anyway, the prawn crackers were stale and were so greasy I could taste them all night. The (crispy)!!! duck rolls were so soggy they were inedible. when we phoned to complain we were told to take it back, they couldn't refund they would give us another meal, err I don't think so. Also if we could take it back we wouldn't have paid for delivery in the first instance. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE

Been ordering from here for years!! Just lost a customer, food tasted and smelt like burnt plastic only fit for the bin!! When rang and complained was told its cooked the way it usually is, no offer of a refund or replacement.

I never ever complain, but I waited an hour for my not very nice food, very disappointed. Special chow mein, very dry and tasteless. Contained 2 prawns, 2 bits of meat? And a bit of spam. Sui mai didn't taste like the pork was cooked through. £15s worth of food in the bin 😞

Really nice food, quantity is worth the price. Has various options and they have a nice and spicy option and mild options as well. Great customer service and Lovely food and would recommend.

Special fried rice !! Nothing special about it, had to root through for bits of meat. Spare ribs was dry and not that many. Bill was almost £16 supposed to get free chicken wings with orders over £12 but didn’t get them. Disappointing really

We order from here every now and then, the food is great quality that we have had and it's good that the portion sizes are huge!! Would recommend for a quick take out and the prices we feel are quite reasonable

Second time getting dinner from here and, once again, it was delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and hot. Such large portions... Don't overorder unless you love leftover Chinese lunch (we do!).

Great service, nice and friendly. Food presentation can't fault. These guy's are well worth a visit.

Absolutely terrible ! Wasn't impressed AT ALL! Sweet and sour chicken was just chicken in soggy dough with watered down sauce......and the chips we ordered were as soggy too! Sorry but I would not recommend this place at all...i binned everything and reordered from another just eat recommended place!

used to be a really nice chinese but since changing hands, the food has got worse. ordered a king prawn curry last night and it was just ordinary prawns packed out with onions and mushrooms, Deep fried beef was like chweing boot laces. left most of it. won't be going back.
