Disgusting rude behaviour to my mother who in her 60s. Need to learn how to speak to customers better. Left our order and will not be returning.

Very very satisfied with everything when I was in store, for delivery no experience, but in store right on the spot for me.

Really good for Puzza always fresh and delicious. Better to collect as it’s cheap to call and collect than get delivered

We ordered three pizzas and 3 french fries for a delivery we live 5 minutes away and they still failed to deliver our order they took more than 2 hours to deliver to a house 5 minutes away our food was cold and when we called about our food they hung up the call on us leaving us and our guests hungry after calling multiple times

Not the worst food but not the cleanest shop and not the best staff I ordered food the lady said 10 mins came back 10 mins later she said 4 min then cam back 5 mins later she said 2 mins turns out it needed 20 mins to be ready next time tell the truth

Horrible experience called 30 minutes before hand upon arriving was told I did not order them showed proof of ordering and the staff advised the toppings were not ready and instantly started making pizza very unhelpful

Placed a delivery order around 1:45pm through deliveroo. Since then I believe I've counted 5 different drivers waiting. It's been over an hour and we have STILL not received our order, they have not attempted any contact with me nor am I able to get through to them. If you want to order, go anywhere but here 0 stars!!!!!!!

Of all the dixys I've been too, this is by far the worst. The sign displays one price, get to the till, it's a completely different price and I'm told, the signs are old prices. I observed the staff using the same pair of gloves to clean and then handle food, so I'm not convinced food hygiene is up to snuff. Overall, I will not be coming back again and would recommend avoiding.

They changed the recipe of the chicken strips. I am devastated. Every other day I would order them for 3 years regardless of where I lived, but now... they changed the recipe. I really hope this is just a temporary change. Chicken ruined. Heart broken.

Horrendous Quality Food. It was burnt, salty and cold.

I ordered my food about a hour ago I got it within 30 mins and they left out an item but I called them and they send me the item and send me an extra mini burger for free I ordered from them often and it’s the best chicken I’ve ever had

Ordered their pizzas online through deliveroo, this is how they came 🤦🏻‍♂️ Really really disappointed!! Pizzas were smashed allover the place, either they were thrown in the boxes or the rider fell on the way. Never ordering again!

AVOID! Go to burger box next door. Ordered "spicy" burger meal. Burger buns hard, dry and stale. No mayo, no spice, normal chicken fillet dry and chewy no spice taste. Chips good portion hot, but fried in old oil giving a nutty expired taste to the chips. Big waste of £6.99. Dont scam customers by advertising a product and giving them something else instead. Food was inedible. Only good thing was the can of drink being cold. I went to Dixy Chicken instead of Burgerbox due to queue in the takeaway next door now I know why this place was empty. Place needs to shut down.

Even the Devil himself would ask for refund. If you’re looking to end your life, Dixy’s chicken would be the ideal place to kill yourself. Aweful food, morons as staff and no one speaks any human language on Earth. Rest in Paradise the legacy of fried chicken.

Food was ok. They said they didn't have any peri chicken that day so.settled for something else. The lady who took my order was unashamedly rude, bad mannered and constantly rolling her eyes. The men there was far more polite but because of the woman i couldn't wait to leave.

Food was dead. Chips tasted ten days old, burgers had barely anything in it. Wings were over salted what the hell, paid too much for this cra p. Only thing good was coleslaw and tango 🤷🏽‍♀️

I ordered a pizza from dixy fallowfield n that's the biggest mistake, the pizza was undercooked n also the doughnuts was not fresh worst experienced not recommended at all

The taste of food is good but the owner or whoever the guy who manages the place is not trustworthy because I had ordered a vegetarian pizza. And I confirmed that it must be vegetarian because I don't eat any kind of meat or egg. They just took my order but they didn't tell me the veg pizza is not really veg because they put egg on dough which makes pizza non-vegetarian. So be careful while ordering the food from here.Other wise the food is good. The workers who work there are cool people. I don't have problem with them but the managing team and hoarding is not right.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Ordered two pizzas and two chicken sandwiches. *I called and asked for the pizza to be cooked well done. Clearly they don't understand what that means. The oven is not operating correctly. If the cheese melts on top that doesn't mean the dough is cooked through on the bottom. Adjust the temperature of the oven. Stop sending uncooked food out. Let it cook. How hard is it. *Chicken sandwich was not good at all. Stick to generic brands like KFC this place is trash.

Terrible food raw veg on pizza no flavour poorly made. Disgusting service they don't answer and when they do can't understand bad line. Bland no flavour and poorly made just rushed. I'd give it zero start but don't have an option

I love it here but April 22nd was not it. I understand it was a busy Saturday afternoon but it was such a shame. I have ordered here for years and I know they do good quality. I gave them another chance and it was much better. Please don't drop your standards Fallowfield staff? I love your chicken, pizza, wedges, basically everything. The second three is the food we are looking for, you can do it. You just have to see those on top of the fries to know they are juicy. I will still order like normal but that Saturday afternoon is a 'keep an eye on it' moment. Best wishes for you staff. Hope you keep pumping out the chicken I salute you for!

The quality of chicken was good a couple of years ago. Now a days, in the last few weeks I have found that very unpleasant taste in their chicken wings. Today, I am quite sure they are using old oil, which makes those wings smelly..

Burgers are always good and fresh. However, the chicken is dead when not fresh. If you go when it is not busy, the chicken will be poor. Fries are very good and burgers are very good (one of the best in the Fallowfield area). Hygiene is abissmal, but who goes expecting good sanitary standards?

I am preparing food in Dixy I like my job

(DON’T ORDER FROM HERE) I ordered from here of just eat and even though I live only around 5 minutes it took 1hr 45mins to arrive and when it did the food was ice cold obviously and missing items. When I tried ring the restaurant to fix this error and get a refund they put the phone down on me twice and left me to just eat. Just eat then proceeded to only give me 5.16 in total 3.16 in account credit and 2 in cash refund for an order over 12 pounds I also suggest not ordering off there too.

Would give it a zero if I could. Super slow service. Took an hour to get the food and different flavours were delivered! Not recommend at all.

Zero star, I went this place today and a girl served me never seen customer service so rude in my life, she almost threw food on my face instead hand it to me then I asked for tissue she just threw on the front of me and turned to kitchen side, who ever is the owner should give some advice and training before putting staff on till.

Missing items. Called take away spoke to a rude lady. Who hung up on me. Then didn’t answer. U Lucky this wasn’t 20years ago otherwise would of payed a visit and sorted the lot of u out. I’m a family man now so didn’t bother and got refund via Deliveroo.

My life has changed since l've started having Dixy. It's so delicious. I believe having Dixy has made me a better man, which is remarkable.

This place is extremely dirty, so disgusting that my little girls refused to go inside. The 2 mini burgers were fine, however the chicken wings was off & extremely salty. Not fit for human consumption. Most definitely avoid this place.

Ordered 2 12 inch pizzas( 1 veg and 1 non veg) in person in the shop. But then realized after coming to home that the both pizzas were non veg. Called the shop multiple times but no one picked up. I ordered veg pizza for my friend, since the shop didn't pickup call even after multiple attempts we ended up ordering from other shop.

Used to let my children have dixys as a treat every Friday ...never again I sent my son and daughter in (daughter is 13) and she was asked for phone number by a man who looked 30 and persued her quite aggressively absolutely disgusting. Since then have heard this is commonplace ther. Lock your daughters up these guys have no morals

Absolutely pathetic. I have been to this restaurant a few times and it continues to get worse. Every time I go, my order is either incomplete or is given to me with no care in the world about presentation or flavour. The chicken is bland and dry and the same goes for the chips. There seems to be a lack of attention to presentation and detail. My food is always either undercooked or overcooked and always lacks any form if flavour or juice. The taste is missing from nearly every item. It seems like all they do is throw a peice of chicken in the cooking oil and then leave it. It would not kill them to add something extra to their dishes. There us also always some thing missing from my order. For example if I ask for a completely plain cheeseburger, I will still get toppings. It is almost like someone changes my order as it goes from person to person, it is farcical. When there is a high amount of customers the pressure clearly becomes to high for them as all of my orders become incomplete. Even when it is quite my orders continue to be lackluster in contents. The establishment itself is in dire need of an upgrade. It seems to never be cleaned or even given any TLC. The lights are far to bright and the Grime across the tables and counter is shocking. Finally, the staff. They are the most lazy and tired people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. For example, If I was to order a pizza or a peice of grilled chicken they would pull a face and tell me that it would take too long. In short, this is simply the worst takeaway I have ever been to. The food,establishment and staff are all horrible and are all in need of a monumental change. If I was able to rate zero stars I would have done. I will not be visiting again.

If I could give a 0 I would messed about for over 2 hours telling us driver was on his way then when contacted again food hadn't even left the premises a further 40mins passed to say order canceled then trying to say road was shut told them which way to come where the road was open, will never use again shocking service with no apologies

The half chicken from here are fantastic the piri piri they put on these birds is second to none. The chips are crispy and the addition of red salt makes them super scrummy. We tried the same from the northanden store but it wasn't as good as the fallowfield branch. God to fallowfield Dixy Chicken you will no be disappointed.

The stinkiest staff in the country. The staff don't even know what hygiene or customer service is. They are always too busy serving deliveries and ignore their walk-in customers. The staff don't follow orders. More salt on your chips then the himalayas ! AVOID !

First of all let me clarify that this rating is for today’s order only. I am very disappointed with today’s order as my order request/ instructions were completely ignored. With the heavy heart, I had to waste food as my children wouldn’t eat food that was delivered. I left a message with Uber eats but they didn’t take it seriously.

I have regularly ordered from here for my work the last two occasions they have taken over 2 hours to deliver to be told over the phone they will be there in 15 mins it took a further half hour to deliver the food and we as company will not be ordering from here again absolutely disappointed with the service and lack of consistency when on the phone.

First i would like to inform all potential customers before they order to think twice.I’ve been working for a while with dixy chicken and the conditions they keep the food it’s awful.Food containers on the floor when around are mouldy walls or pipes.The old food which its stored over night its re-cooked and made it fresh again.Also if you think to order try and place your order over the phone to see your response.That should say everything.Dont do same mistake as me and check the food rating before you order(this restaurant it has 1 out of 5 which its minimum).Good luck🤞

This place sent me and my family burgers and within one of the burgers was a massive piece of metal wire. Called them to report it and guy on the phone insisted this was impossible. Requested a refund for that burger and guy declined saying not possible. Never eat from there again
