Didn’t get the order the delivery guy was unable to deliver to the address and his English was unintelligible. Very disappointed

I Order anaday wala burger, paan & kulfi. Burger has zero spicy, zero chutney flavour & was very disappointed. Paan was full methi sooanf & khulfi has no flavour at all.

Not the best Experience tbh!! I ordered 1 Anda Shami burger and 1 falooda. The burger was okisshhh as it was bland and kind of tasteless and too greasy. The falooda was disappointing too as it lacked the flavour of falooda/ kulfi. So I wouldn’t be very keen of visiting this place again.

We were up from London & relatives who live locally bought us here for the shami kebab burgers. The food & service was top notch, but the star of the show was the koolfi falooda, It’s better than anything I’ve had in London.

Falooda is good enough and the other products as well. Happy to see that they have lahori Street food variety. Like dahi bhalle gol gappe chaat. Samosa but Falooda vermicelli need some perfection. The rest is 👍

I've ordered online through Uber. And these guys are scammers. They won't help you over the phone. They will just say our Uber machine is not working and will advise you to call Uber instead. The payment was charged and still no reply and order is disappeared from Uber app can't trace nothing. I have reported them as they have 2 different addresses on google and on Uber and Justeat. Please don't place order through apps to them. Thank you

I tried there falooda with kulfi and its so good

Falooda was ok but not how it should be or taste like. Pink tea was very bad, sorry to say, it was more like milk with some nuts and sugar, no taste of the green tea or any herbs.

Simply the best chai in Manchester! Excellent service and a buzzing atmosphere. Well worth a try!

There was a time the food quality was good when they had experienced Staff. But now after visiting few times I have realised that you can’t get that taste. After spending £140 we have realised that its better to stay away from this place for sometime until this staff get some experience so we don’t get burnt burgers or Warm Falooda 🥵😡

On a wet mcr evening. Enjoying some hot tea. I visit this place several times when im in Manchester. Service is hit and miss. Some of the staff need to learn customer skills. 👍🏻

Rabri milk was ok but the brownies were awful with no presentation at all used ready made custard with microwaved over cooked brownies.. could not even take the second bite. Returned it to the counter and was not offered anything wasted our money.

Really nice quality tea not the powdered stuff you get elsewhere. Had lots of other authentic Lahori food on the menu. Cash only.

I ordered 4 ras malai and 1 kheer, both were really low quality compared to other dessert shops, the toilet was dirty and out of paper, asked for paper they denied and even didn't allowed me to use tissues, felt really bad, zero customer service, please avoid disappointment and don't go to this place.

Me and my friend ordered a falooda, took them 15-20mins to make and serve. They forgot to add ice in falooda (funny isn’t). Falvour of Lahori kulfi was good and icecream flavour was average. Price: £5 each

Very poor service! They forgot part of our order then when we called the shop and told them the issue they were like “next time”. Never mind next time we went back and they gave us the rest of our order but with attitude. Will not be returning. They seem to give customers who speak their native language better service. Very disappointing, will not be returning! Try Moonlight for better service

I ordered pink tea I didn’t think to look into the cup and as pink tea has nuts, I opened the lid and there was a few hairs in the cup. It’s knocked me sick as I have drunk some of it I am never going there ever again, The funny thing is they store the pink tea in a big Soup Kettle and they pour it into cups for customers, so for my cup to have hair in it imagine how much hair that the Soup Kettle has I was throwing up a lot after finding the hairs In the cup really really not happy, I never going there again.

We bought takeout Milk cake and it was off very bad taste and savour and smelly don’t come on this place

Always came here for the Pink Tea. Last 3 times it’s tasted like dirty water. Sort your stuff out. Let down 3 times and get some better cups.

I ordered 3 ice cream falooda and the ice cream was all melted. It’s not even that hot yet and delivered without straws. My kids didn’t eat it. Wasted my money

Terrible customer service. Guy on the counter around 8pm today (Sunday 30th April 2023) ordered the wrong thing for me and then refused point blank to correct his own mistake 🤦🏽‍♂️. 'The customer is always wrong' is how business is run here. If I was the owner, I would get his P45 ready. For the record, the wrong item was completely inedible 🤮, it went straight in the bin.

Best faloodah in town. Sweet bang on. Nice clean shop. Best atmosphere. Served very nice. Handsome amount of faloodah. Same as Pakistan if not better and cleaner. Definitely recommend friends and family. Anyone who is reading my review please go and enjoy.....

We had Anda shami burger , poor quality and cheap burgers are used.taste is not good at all. Cash only every time to do tax cheats. Falooda was ok. But the attitude of person on till was rude and he has no sense of customer services.sitting place is good . Would not recommend anyway.

Recently renovated, they now also have a small stall 2 doors down. Me and the wife were craving Desi food and always go to Lahori Ice Bar for dessert however with the renovation they now also have a huge menu. We both had the Anda Shami Burger and this reminded me of back home. I would definitely take the whole family back there.

This place use to be one of our favourites and now the staff don’t even care, so much attitude and everything tastes stale! I ordered 2 mint teas and I got some mint leaves in COLD water! Absolutely horrendous

Some staff have no customer service skills, inpolite to a degree that I find it rude and disrespectful. I have never heard any establishment's manager/ staff talk to their clientelle the way I was spoken to "kee chaida" means "what do you want". Uneducated. However their shami burgers are nice but the guy who made them charged £0.50 extra for extra Omlette buy did not add it to the burger, it's a matter of principle, when you ask and pay for something, you should receive it, regardless of it's monitary value paid.

Tried Rabri Falooda / £5 - was not cold as one would expect it to be.. requested more ice. Maybe try it once - certainly not worth £5. Young morbid attitude lad with beard served us - will not go back.. disappointed. Hygiene seemed OK but it wasn't busy. Must do better with the new look & poor Customer Services. ( GOOD LUCK )

This place is poor at best, The service was very poor, the guy was serving our family, then in the middle walked off to serve someone else and then another customer. I had to literally shout him back to serve us. eventually we got what we wanted and he overcharged us with a smile on his face... I would avoid.

I took few of my mates to this place called Lahore looked appetising ordered tea and few desserts thinking support our local business, would you believe they served us four potions of rosmalai and gave us four spoons in one dish in a foil container I laughed did they think we went to there house or something, apparently that’s how they serve desserts, tea wasn’t that great he made us pay straight away and said cash only, I thought it might be they can avoid paying VAT not the place you want to take your friends or family, they struggled to speak English and I don’t speak Urdu, guy kept on saying things I could not understand it’s disappointing our people with arrogance and rude to your own people maybe not from the same country, but we are in England

Waited for 20 minutes in line on pakistani independent day. Ordered a faluda. Have to say it is the worst faluda i have every had the cost of £4.50 is over priced and They were taking advantage of the rush. Customer service is none existant. People pushing in and the staff behind the counter saying nothing.

Coming down drastically in every way from food to service instead going up after renovation.. Stop making karak tea too..won’t be going again..

Its a new place on wilmslow road (aka curry mile) in Manchester. The interior ia fairly good and nice seating available both indoors and outdoors. I had their andaa shami burger meal. I was expecting better taste - hence not a 5 star review. Hope they put more effort in getting the taste right.

Don't wanna be hurdle in anyone's rizq but these guys should do something else. Had Rabri and Falooda from there yesterday. Both so sugary and extremely bad. Was expecting something like Haq bahu rabri from Saddar Rawalpindi if anyone knows. This turned out to be really bad choice. This is like totally opposite Baatil Bahu. Health Went bad straight away. They don't have a clue what they are doing. You could make a better one at home. Guys need break and do something. Everyone please avoid. Value your money and health.

I ordered tea and some snacks with it, after 15 minutes Waiting time the boy served us samosas chutney and onion on top with out asking he put on it , then waiting 15 minutes more for tea I went to ask where is our tea the boy said oh I forgot it without sayings sorry or do it again he kept quite. Also noticed he was staring at girls sitting inside.

Burger used to be realy good but yesterday the guy was keep busy on phone.custumer dealing 0% 🤷🏻‍♂️... cold bun and didnt ask for adding chilli souce. Waste of money ...just 1 word came up in mind "oonchi dukaan pheeka pakwan"

Lahori Ice Bar is symbol of actual taste from City of Pakistan Lahore 🇵🇰 Best Falooda, Yummy Lahori Burger 🍔 Fresh Pan n many other stuff, friendly staff n they accept card n cash both, they have sitting outside with the view of Wilmslow Road.

Husband really enjoyed the paan here.
