Very friendly staff and very good burger

The Anda Shami Burger was a game-changer! The flavors were spot on, and the kulfi falooda was creamy and divine. The portions are generous, and the prices are super reasonable.The staff were friendly.The vibe is casual and cozy, perfect for a quick dessert.

Paan is specially so good. The manager or the owner gave us some extra complemenary paans.

Osam food, the guy on till name Haseeb is very humble and nice person. Specially fresh orange juice and pomegranate juice is very nice. I came every time for fresh juice.

Worst ever experience I went there with my friends they didn't served us burger on table they just asked me to come and take take it so I went and bring my burgers on my table they didn't even served us and if I talk about anda shami burger it was the worst ever burger in my life I have never eaten burger like this before like worst ever.

rabri was bad tasted as if date of rabri was expired when i told them they argued rather than listening to my complaint

Disgusting food hygiene… We had bought samosas from them and when we got home, we found that all the samosas were infested with fungus. We even called them, but they did not answer even one of our calls.

I went with my friends at lahori ice bar....for ice cream, Costumer service was very bad and staff was very rude.... Then we went to moonlight. there...costumer service was very good and staff is very kind and polite I recommend to people's go to moonlight,

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop, which I was recommended to visit by friends. I traveled all the way from Halifax, expecting a good time, but this will be my first and last visit. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and seemed disengaged, almost as if they were being forced to work. They spoke very rudely, which was completely unnecessary. If you don’t enjoy your job, it’s better to close the shop rather than treat customers poorly. When customers are paying, they deserve respect. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I highly recommend you visit Lahori Iced Bar just two shops away instead. They are much more welcoming and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

This dessert shop is a gem! I tried the falooda and gol guppa, and both were fantastic. Great service and a cosy vibe—definitely worth a visit!

The "special" falooda is disgusting, I've never tasted any falooda like it. It taste horrible. Got the order wrong aswell. Bad experience. I returned all faloodas back that's how bad it was. Waste of time and money

I Order anaday wala burger, paan & kulfi. Burger has zero spicy, zero chutney flavour & was very disappointed. Paan was full methi sooanf & khulfi has no flavour at all.

Not the best Experience tbh!! I ordered 1 Anda Shami burger and 1 falooda. The burger was okisshhh as it was bland and kind of tasteless and too greasy. The falooda was disappointing too as it lacked the flavour of falooda/ kulfi. So I wouldn’t be very keen of visiting this place again.

We were up from London & relatives who live locally bought us here for the shami kebab burgers. The food & service was top notch, but the star of the show was the koolfi falooda, It’s better than anything I’ve had in London.

Falooda is good enough and the other products as well. Happy to see that they have lahori Street food variety. Like dahi bhalle gol gappe chaat. Samosa but Falooda vermicelli need some perfection. The rest is 👍

I've ordered online through Uber. And these guys are scammers. They won't help you over the phone. They will just say our Uber machine is not working and will advise you to call Uber instead. The payment was charged and still no reply and order is disappeared from Uber app can't trace nothing. I have reported them as they have 2 different addresses on google and on Uber and Justeat. Please don't place order through apps to them. Thank you

I tried there falooda with kulfi and its so good

Falooda was ok but not how it should be or taste like. Pink tea was very bad, sorry to say, it was more like milk with some nuts and sugar, no taste of the green tea or any herbs.

Simply the best chai in Manchester! Excellent service and a buzzing atmosphere. Well worth a try!

There was a time the food quality was good when they had experienced Staff. But now after visiting few times I have realised that you can’t get that taste. After spending £140 we have realised that its better to stay away from this place for sometime until this staff get some experience so we don’t get burnt burgers or Warm Falooda 🥵😡

On a wet mcr evening. Enjoying some hot tea. I visit this place several times when im in Manchester. Service is hit and miss. Some of the staff need to learn customer skills. 👍🏻

Rabri milk was ok but the brownies were awful with no presentation at all used ready made custard with microwaved over cooked brownies.. could not even take the second bite. Returned it to the counter and was not offered anything wasted our money.

Really nice quality tea not the powdered stuff you get elsewhere. Had lots of other authentic Lahori food on the menu. Cash only.

I ordered 4 ras malai and 1 kheer, both were really low quality compared to other dessert shops, the toilet was dirty and out of paper, asked for paper they denied and even didn't allowed me to use tissues, felt really bad, zero customer service, please avoid disappointment and don't go to this place.

Me and my friend ordered a falooda, took them 15-20mins to make and serve. They forgot to add ice in falooda (funny isn’t). Falvour of Lahori kulfi was good and icecream flavour was average. Price: £5 each

Very poor service! They forgot part of our order then when we called the shop and told them the issue they were like “next time”. Never mind next time we went back and they gave us the rest of our order but with attitude. Will not be returning. They seem to give customers who speak their native language better service. Very disappointing, will not be returning! Try Moonlight for better service

Same owners own other lahori bar a few doors down and they are both to be avoided. Horrible food. Horrible staff.
