It’s absolutely disgusting in This McDonald’s ants crawling next to you and up the walls on your table it’s angin who would want to go and eat where there’s ants surrounding you crawling all over it’s vile it should be closed down or cleaned properly by people who aren’t doing a good job or even cleaning

ordered 2 fries and 2 drinks, gave us 1 friesand one drink, also ordered 2 bbq sauce 2 sweet and sour, they give us 1 swwet n sour and 1 ketchup and i didnt even order ketchup?????????? AND NO STRAW?? stupid

Charged my card but didn't tell me card failed and left me sitting in my car for 20 mins waiting for nothing..gave up and drive off feeling hungry and let down.

Avoid food cold waiting 25 mins in click and serve, rang asking where my food was to be told it was coming out soon. Service terrible.

Probably the worst MD iv been to..drive thru is shocking sometimes they don't even take your order they are too busy talking shit, today was the final visit as I waited a solid 10 minutes to get some service at the drive thru with no response at all, I just drove off like other coustomer...Get your shit together MD and sort your incompetent staff out..

Weird man in the girls toilets frightened a little girl with his pants down I told the manager he showed no urgency to remove him then after he confronted him he came out of the toilets without him and put on a tanoy that aggressive behavior wouldn't be tolerated, making no effort the keep the public safe especially the little girls who continued to wait outside the toilets. The man came out looking dodgy as anything the girls went to use the toilets and found substances all over they ran to get the manager who again did nothing with no amount of urgency. Shocking

Food was fine, but service was a little a bit slow hence the -1 star, the main member of staff however he did notice a way legitimately to get my meal for cheeper which was nice. Atmosphere... There wasn't any, was very quiet. But it was late at night so I give them the benefit of the doubt. The car park is very difficult to manoeuvre.

Very loud music, the cleaning of the place is not done properly, leaving the chairs and tables filthy. And finally, rude staff.

Printer dosnt work, nothing new here. No staff to be seen so took a long time to be seen too. Large que (8 people) all waiting. Worst coffee i have had at a McD's. Floor and tables need cleaning. Non of the staff look happy, thats if anyone of them actually appears or says anything. Whilst i was there not a single order was correct.

Usually always some kids kicking off with the workers. If not the kids then it’s the mega rude delivery partners who badger the closest possible worker. (The staff definitely deserve a pay rise for having to deal with it)

They claim not to have milkshakes whenever you go, which is basically all you need to know about this McDonalds. They didn’t put BBQ sauce in my bag, but it’s clearly on the receipt. The Coke Zero was almost out of syrup, I didn’t notice until I got home. Low rate McDonald’s.

Food is mostly cold and if you go to the drive trough the food is cold and most of the time half of your order is missin̈g it's also the same if you order for home delivery too. Harpurhey is by far the worst one.

Worst McDonald’s. Several times that I have been here was lacking basic items on the menu, but only if that was the only problem… food served cold, waiting over 30 min on restaurant for 1 meal, over 1h on Uber eats, wrong or missing items, waiting like 15 min on car park when using drive-thru either busy or not and to top it all some rude staff. Won’t be ordering here again…

Restaurant itself is closed during the night despite what Google and the app say One of the worst mcdonalds going. Food takes way too long and is constantly cold and there's trash from the place everywhere outside. They don't care.

Absolute shocking service when I went here a few days ago, ordered big mac meal and a extra tea. Paid at 1st window no probs, got to the 2nd window and that is where it all started to go south. I asked where my tea was and they said u didn't pay for one at 1st window, told me I had to rejoin the que and go back round, I tried to explain to both the mangers that makes no sense as I'm here now. Take my card and run to the till and pay for me so I didn't have to rejoin que. Well OMG the manager had a right fit and told me to move out the que and I'm not getting my money back. I then tried to explain to the other manager what she did and said and I was met with the same fate. I ended up having to go inside for my refund as she would not give it me. Been here many times and even when there is no que you are still asked to park up and wait. I will never go here again EVER, and if I thought for one min a complaint would have an effect I would have complained right away. SHOCKING SERVICE GUYS 0/10

not get what i ordered, missing 1 big mac and delivery 40 minutes late.

What is the point in a drive through when they tell you to park up in a bay and wait for an order. I could understand if it were busy queues or orders but this time there was 1 person behind me and I only ordered a happy meal and pie. Ridiculous

This has to be one of the best McDonald's to go to! I have breakfast with my daughter here every few weeks, and it's always spot on. We get table service, and they're always really nice and helpful.

Complet waste of time and money

Called here before visiting the nearby medical centre as we were early for Uncle in-law appointment.. Ordered on the touch screens and the receipt printer didn't work(do they ever), then food took a good 25 minutes or more, fries were cold, and the toffee latte tasted like milky water, luckily the burgers were ok. Definitely not the worst McDonald's I've been to but by no means good either.

Staff were super friendly and helpful and the food including the grill items were all fresh and correct. The store was very busy and overcrowded which made it uncomfortable but this wasn’t anything the staff could have changed they were doing their best.

The worst McDonald’s of all where I have been. It's always very dirty here. I always wait for an order for a very long time, once I waited for almost an hour. Today, I waited 40 minutes for 2 ice creams. The staff is very unfriendly.

While I would like to provide a positive review, I am unable to do so. On several occasions, the food served was cold and not fresh. Unfortunately, the last time I dined there, I became ill on my way home. As a result, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I just spoke to rayon who is unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I am send a ticket for paking there and i bought food but he refise to pass it on to anyone to help and told me to contact the parking myself and they won't due to they don't own the McDonald's parking. How i would prove to them i was there buying food when McDonald's won't back us up and i was their customer.

Food was cold after it was brought out to my car

Absolute shambles. Waited 15 mins for a McMuffin and I was one of 2 people waiting. This morning I was waiting 30 mins. Staff all stood around looking gormless

Tried the app for the first time. Large fries were barely even half full, an entire item was missed off the order. No way to complain or request a refund. Tried calling the restaurant on the number from google with no answer despite being a 24h site. Had multiple problems from this site missing items in the past but this is beyond a joke. Never use the McDonalds app, and never use this site.

Absolutely rubbish. Rob you on McDelivery by missing items constantly. No way of contact for a refund. Call the restaurant and the people are belligerent and rude.

Super tasty super processed and super bad for you

If I could give zero stars I would. This restaurant is appalling, the service is poor to say the least, the staff and management are rude and the food is either cold or burnt. Avoid the restaurant for the sake of your blood pressure!

Drive through this evening ordered 3 wrap meals, paid picked up order 3 drinks and food in the bag, got home only 2 wrap meals the manager says I only ordered 2 meals and extra drink? So it’s not there problem because I haven’t paid for three meals, miscommunication she said, what a poor show to get a simple order right but on the plus side she did say i could return and order and pay for another one.

Went to the drive thru for coffee and not until I got to work did I realise I had been given a large hot milk. I ordered a latte. Absolutely shocking.

I wanted breakfast it was nine o’clock in the morning, our car and other car in the queue. Told us to park up and wait 25 minutes and apparently had no hot chocolate. Come on Mac’s you can do better.

me and my family ordered from here they have tried to blame uber eats on the quality of the food it was burnt, the fries were extremely soggy, replaced sprite with soda water, sent a small box of chocolate milk instead of a large chocolate milkshake the manager was extremely rude to us.

There is a place where they make you wait before the doesn’t hell. That place is better than this. Also, I didn’t think you can mess up every McDonald’s recipe possible.

Just wanted a Big Mac and a coffee but had to have a breakfast bap.. they even put cheese on a bacon and sausage bap.. disgusting taste..and to make matters worse, no brown sugar for the coffee. No- one in their right mind, drinks coffee with white sugar... should not be allowed to sell coffee! Not amused!!

Shocking customer service, everything took 15 mins rude staff I only ordered a coffee and chips and after 15 minutes of waiting the girl who gave me the coffee just stuck it out of the window with her back facing me not even acknowledging me which I found to be very rude. Would not recommend going there

Order post broken, causing total chaos. Drive thru process took ages. Guy taking order at window struggled to understand me....I felt like I was overseas somewhere. Beggars hanging around the order post and payment hatch.

Fast food but parking is limited

Went through the drive through at 11.30pm (taking food to a family member in hospital). They had no toffee latte, but managed to get everything else. Always seems to be something missing or not working

More than 15 minutes to get the food that we ordered when we did for a drink it came with a hole in a burger and then we have to wait a further 10 minutes. This is not fast food

Now that they have changed it to accommodate the delivery driver's, it is a lot worse. The delivery driver's park in the disability parking bays and don't want to move their vehicle unless you go in and complain to the management 🙄

I had an appalling customer service this evening around 8pm on Friday 26th of April, 2024. The manager who was on duty at that time. I have never had such a atrocious service ever since I was born. I don't think that manager is worth working for McDonald's. There should be some form 9f training for her. I went in there via the drive through to buy food for my son who had a code to redeem. We spoke to an advisor that we will be doing that at the window till which she agreed to it. We got there and to our amazement, this manager was there with a male advisor who ignored us for almost 15mins. She never said anything to me, not even the courtesy to acknowledge my presence as a customer. She only attended to me when the drivers in the queue started to hunk. When she came, she then said that, the voucher that my son had has already been redeemed. Not even the courtesy to apologise. I will never be going there again, not even my friends. I am very very disappointed with the service that I received today. This is not like McDonalds.

Food was alright same as service however it was pretty dirty in the restaurant and the toilets were all locked so it gets a 3 star from me.

We have given up on our local branch of McDonald's. So, we've travelled some distance to Harpurhey. This being our second visit through the drive through. What can I say? Absolutely, perfect! The burger was perfectly cooked, unlike our local branch. The order was correct, unlike our local branch. The fries were hot, salted, unlike our local branch. The service, waa quick, staff polite. Perhaps? Harpurhey McDonald's coyld teach/train Sandbrook Park in Rochdale, in the art of making the perfect burger, with a touch of service etiquette and attention to detail. We'll definitely be back! Worth the drive. Keep it up!
