Drive through this evening ordered 3 wrap meals, paid picked up order 3 drinks and food in the bag, got home only 2 wrap meals the manager says I only ordered 2 meals and extra drink? So it’s not there problem because I haven’t paid for three meals, miscommunication she said, what a poor show to get a simple order right but on the plus side she did say i could return and order and pay for another one.

Waiting at the drive through is more than 20 mins

Placed an order on just eat been waiting for almost an hour and half food is cold and fries are soggy absolutely disgusting happened to me 2x before Hapurhey McDonalds fix up please.

Only go as my kids like it but can guarantee that something will be missing or not available and trying to get service in the restaurant is near impossible as there is no one ever on the till

Went to the drive thru for coffee and not until I got to work did I realise I had been given a large hot milk. I ordered a latte. Absolutely shocking.

I wanted breakfast it was nine o’clock in the morning, our car and other car in the queue. Told us to park up and wait 25 minutes and apparently had no hot chocolate. Come on Mac’s you can do better.

Staff is very professional and friendly always has same and nice taste

me and my family ordered from here they have tried to blame uber eats on the quality of the food it was burnt, the fries were extremely soggy, replaced sprite with soda water, sent a small box of chocolate milk instead of a large chocolate milkshake the manager was extremely rude to us.

Just wanted a Big Mac and a coffee but had to have a breakfast bap.. they even put cheese on a bacon and sausage bap.. disgusting taste..and to make matters worse, no brown sugar for the coffee. No- one in their right mind, drinks coffee with white sugar... should not be allowed to sell coffee! Not amused!!

Order post broken, causing total chaos. Drive thru process took ages. Guy taking order at window struggled to understand me....I felt like I was overseas somewhere. Beggars hanging around the order post and payment hatch.

Fast food but parking is limited

Went through the drive through at 11.30pm (taking food to a family member in hospital). They had no toffee latte, but managed to get everything else. Always seems to be something missing or not working

More than 15 minutes to get the food that we ordered when we did for a drink it came with a hole in a burger and then we have to wait a further 10 minutes. This is not fast food

Now that they have changed it to accommodate the delivery driver's, it is a lot worse. The delivery driver's park in the disability parking bays and don't want to move their vehicle unless you go in and complain to the management 🙄

I had an appalling customer service this evening around 8pm on Friday 26th of April, 2024. The manager who was on duty at that time. I have never had such a atrocious service ever since I was born. I don't think that manager is worth working for McDonald's. There should be some form 9f training for her. I went in there via the drive through to buy food for my son who had a code to redeem. We spoke to an advisor that we will be doing that at the window till which she agreed to it. We got there and to our amazement, this manager was there with a male advisor who ignored us for almost 15mins. She never said anything to me, not even the courtesy to acknowledge my presence as a customer. She only attended to me when the drivers in the queue started to hunk. When she came, she then said that, the voucher that my son had has already been redeemed. Not even the courtesy to apologise. I will never be going there again, not even my friends. I am very very disappointed with the service that I received today. This is not like McDonalds.

Food was alright same as service however it was pretty dirty in the restaurant and the toilets were all locked so it gets a 3 star from me.

We have given up on our local branch of McDonald's. So, we've travelled some distance to Harpurhey. This being our second visit through the drive through. What can I say? Absolutely, perfect! The burger was perfectly cooked, unlike our local branch. The order was correct, unlike our local branch. The fries were hot, salted, unlike our local branch. The service, waa quick, staff polite. Perhaps? Harpurhey McDonald's coyld teach/train Sandbrook Park in Rochdale, in the art of making the perfect burger, with a touch of service etiquette and attention to detail. We'll definitely be back! Worth the drive. Keep it up!

Very dirt Toilets can't breathe 😭 Food all good

Food was as expected but being charged £50 for parking in the customer car park was a bit of a kicker!! The parking enforcement is extremely biased towards fleecing customers of their hard earned cash. I would not recommend this particular restaurant to anyone.

the kiosk doesn't even have paper for the printer, some joke, the staff is a total embarrassment

I used their toilet today and not happy. The toilet seats were dirty and broken. The soap containers were missing and alternative was a bottle diluted soap with water. Giving a star for Air dryer at least something is available and working. The toilet door lock was not working so no privacy in there. Please sort these stuff so people can bring their families and also good for your business

In this McDonald's the owners have removed soap dispensers. How can this be allowed? This franchise needs to loose its right. When they call themselves a restaurant they must have soap in the toilets by health and safety rules. Beware of coming here. Cause staff doesn't have any means of cleaning their hands either. The atmosphere is ok. I dont mind being there but there are many mad customers. The service is horrible.. it took almost 50 minutes for a couple items. They also forgot some of our meal multiple times. Another reason why the service is so bad is TIME. We have to wait for our food to come out to us in the car although we had been waiting for our food for over half an hour. Just in the drive through lane.

McDonald's Harpurhey is really small compared to how it was a year or so ago, I think this was mainly due to the number of disruptive kids causing problems and the way they treated the staff. Food is still the same as ever. There are toilets here, but sometimes the staff don't have time to clean them, went in once, and not only were they an absolute mess, but they stunk so much it made me walk out. Staff are friendly enough though.

Absolutely disgusting how they treat paying customers and blame the other staff for their incompetence. Wouldn't bother with this establishment at all. Ordered on uber eats over £40 and they only gave my driver one bag. Then had to get a taxi which cost me even more to go and collect. Management needs to have a good shake around.

Pre ordered, still a ridiculous wait. No queue inside either. The state of the dining area let them down, it was grim. T Female and disabled toilets locked and had to wait 5 minutes for them to be opened, no apology from staff.

Omg if I could give zero stars I would, it’s a complete joke this place. Twice I have been to this McDonald’s this year and twice this place has got my order wrong. How thick are the people that work at that place they look bored out of their head, never smile and get every single order completely and utterly wrong. I alway leave the drive through and get home with something missing. I complained got a £5 discount voucher But when I went back to McDonald’s, they said the scanner doesn’t work so that was a waste of time. Just like the milkshake machine never ever ever works.

I had a truly terrible experience at the McDonald's drive-thru today. After waiting in line for what felt like an eternity, I finally reached the window only to discover that my food wasn't ready. They asked me to pull over and wait, which I did for another excruciating 10 minutes, and yet my food still wasn't prepared. Frustrated, I decided to go inside to complain about the delay. To make matters worse, the manager on duty was incredibly rude and dismissive. He had the audacity to claim they were busy, without offering a single apology or a refund for my inconvenience. This is a fast-food establishment, for crying out loud! Waiting this long for a simple meal is completely unacceptable. If the staff can't handle the demands of this job, they should seriously consider pursuing a different career or at least receive the training they clearly lack.

Not a bad place but the kids that sit inside cause problems daily and it can get quite stressful also the uber eats drivers and the demand from people ordering are making it hard for the staff to actually look after customers who actually attend to eat I do think the food ordered should come from a different macdonalds and not the actually restaurant as too many people order from uber and the staff can't handle it that's why a lot get there food cold when they order or receive wrong items

BE AWARE OF FOOD POISONING AND MISSING ITEMS! My partner placed an order via UberEats and the order arrived pretty soon, with all the security tags intact; however, as every time we order from this specific McDonald’s, there were some items and condiments missing. In this particular instance, the Double Sausage and Egg meal did not come with an has brown (we have already contacted UberEats and they kindly refunded this). Considering this is not the first time we have this exact same issue with this particular restaurant, I believe it’s absolutely unacceptable and we will no longer order food from them. The most concerning issue concerns the food as what we received appeared overcooked and stale. The sausage patties inside both Double Sausage and Egg were burned - almost crispy - and tasted quite bad. They were not fresh at all and the oily fats that are the result of the cooking process were completely dried out. It was like these patties were cooked and left on a tray for at least 1-2 hours before being served. The eggs also appeared dried and cooked ahead a few hours earlier. The cheese was put at random somewhere in the muffin, but because the rest of the food wasn’t warm, it did not even melt. There was also a flatbread that, again, did not look or taste any good.

I took my wife and 2 grandchildren for a treat we ordered our food and when it came it all was lukewarm we took the fries back n 30 seconds later we got them back still lukewarm warm for a fast food place the food was un edable and costing £25.00 was a waste of money and will not be going back in there ever again

hi i went to this mcdonald’s 7 years ago and in the drive through and i ordered 5 chickern selerrrcts but i asked for ranch sauce. the guy at the drive thru said ok but when i got the order i had no ranch and they only gave me three selerrrrcts. i haven’t stopped thinking bout it since

I ordered and you guys forgot fries and I called you guys and the worker was saying she couldn’t give fries and she hung up the phone so I went to the place to get the fries and the staff was being rude saying it’s not their fault and we’re talking in a rude way it’s their fault for messing up my order and not taking blame. there staff are all bad and rude

So shockingly bad I don't know where to begin. Food orders are usually wrong. Service times and customer service are a joke. By the time you get your incorrect order, the food will be cold anyway. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Hello friends, I'm here to tell you about my traumatic experience at this McDonald's. I was driving to this horrible franchise with my 3 friends and one of them is an employee at this store. We came through the drive thru expecting extremely quick and speedy service. We was HORRIBLY mistaken. The RUDE employee in drive thru took 4 PAYMENTS before taking our order which is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! When taking our order we let her know about our employee benefits and she then told us we had to order through the app even though it was not working AND we had an employee in the car. She then continued with her attitude as she took our order. When we got to the next window she proceeded to take 2 MORE ORDERS before taking our payment. When arriving at the last window there was no greetings. The service was HORRIBLE! It took 10 minutes for our food. Is this how they treat employees!? WOW I feel bad for customers in the local area! When driving off with our food we noticed something HORRIBLY wrong.... and it struck us deep to our cores. When opening the packaged bag of food we noticed that our wrap of the day (only ketchup) was missing. We was traumatised and we HAD to go back. When arriving back to the franchise we noticed both managers were smoking outside and not controlling their reckless staff. My BEST FRIEND went to the window to retrieve the missing goods. After he has received the missing goods, we got back into the white Toyota Yaris 2014, and drove off into the sunset, we came to a shocking realisation... My extremely kind, lovely and handsome Muslim friend came to the shocking realisation that his wrap of the day only ketchup included bacon (which is HARAM!), lettuce and BBQ sauce. At this point, we accepted defeat and drove home with hearts half the size :( as they was before. WE DO NOT recommend this McDonald's to ANYBODY. We also had frape problems but that's long to explain icl just know its bad.

If you want to wait around 29 mins for a meal this is the place. And if you want to almost beg for condiments and sugar for a coffee as well this is the place. The place after the remodeling looks unapproachable. Cold. Bad, bad. The counter is always empty, and if you need anything you literally have to poke you head behind the counter to drag their attention.

I waited 30 minute for 2 burgers...the taste of food is different from other restaurants in bad way

I have never known a restaurant that looks like a pack of animals have been in there & left the place looking like a rubbish dump with the scraps left behind. Orders are always wrong or have something missing from them. They never have milkshakes or sugar doughnuts so why advertise? The staff deserve a better, clean & safer environment! It’s a disgrace & environmental services would have a field day if not close it down!

Shockingly bad, don't bother going. The atmosphere and workers make this McDonald's so uninviting. I ordered an egg muffin breakfast, they gave me a sausage muffin and then I had to wait 10 minutes just for the muffin that I actually ordered, the place wasn't even half full!
