Most DISGUSTING customer service experience I have ever had. We travelled an hour and a half to go to 202 for my friends 21st birthday for bottomless brunch. We ordered one round of drinks and when the waitress came back we asked her how the bottomless brunch worked - basically just to confirm that all the drinks on the menu were included. She then informed us they no longer do bottomless brunch. We had not been notified of this whatsoever and apparently they stopped doing it even before we booked it, yet they never removed the option to book for it from their website at that time. They said there was nothing they could do about it and we said we booked for a bottomless brunch for £30 per person and they should honour that. They then said all they could offer is 1 free round of shots which is not good enough. We asked to speak to someone higher up and a vile woman from the kitchen, came to our table and got into a very heated argument with our friend. She was flinging her arms, told her to shut up & said she would happily ‘take this outside’. She proceeded to shout in my friends face, this was such an intimidating experience to the point I actually thought she was going to go for my friend in the middle of the restaurant. She said she didn’t care and that we should be paying full price even though that’s not what we booked for. I have never witnessed such an UNPROFESSIONAL, disgusting and ATROCIOUS behaviour within customer service in my life. The lady who did this was one of the so called owners of the premises however it seemed to us they just picked the most confrontational person from the kitchen to come out (as they said their actual manager was on holiday) and just said she was an owner, because after her unacceptable attitude, physical presentation and bad mouth I refuse to believe she could be in a profession where she runs a business. She was implying she wanted to fight my friend so we wanted to leave the premises asap, we felt overwhelmed and unsafe so we all proceeded to leave before this got any more out of hand and the lady stood at the door with a security guard and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid for the one round of drinks we had. We did not want to give them any money for the terrible service we had had, but we paid because the lady was getting in our faces, she was nothing but a bully. She completely ruined our friends 21st birthday. The place was dirty, grubby and grotty, all they want is your money they have no consideration for customers at all! I would never ever recommend anyone to go there.

En primer lugar, la comida era excelente, buena y sabrosa y una porción de comida de tamaño decente. Ahora con la parte confusa El servicio al cliente es muy lento y aburrido. Y también dicen que tienen el 50 por ciento de comida en oferta, pero solo dan un 25 por ciento de descuento. Le tomó literalmente 5 minutos calcular mi descuento y aún así se equivocó. No me quejé en ese momento, ya que sé que las empresas están pasando apuros y tbh no podría ser molestado con la molestia ya que el servicio es lento y no muy acogedor. Pero en general no me puedo quejar de la comida, todo estaba delicioso y volvería.

My daughter and I had been in Nu Spa all afternoon enjoying the pool and spa. The chap on the reception desk in the spa was lovely and after we saw the weather outside and worried about going in to town for tea he suggested the Park Hotel restaurant. We were given a 25% discount card after being recommended from the spa. It is such a shame, as the restaurant is well placed and modern with an attractive wine bar and nice decor and atmosphere. Sadly the service was a little disappointing, we were left waiting to be acknowledged when we arrived and then had to attract a waitresses attention to be shown to a table along with another couple who had arrived just after us. We ordered drinks and food and waited 25 minutes for something to arrive, and this only arrived after I had asked at the bar for our drinks. The food followed but my daughter’s soup was missing from the order and when it arrived it was minestrone rather than leek and potato. But she just ate it and said it was tasty. The food was actually very nice and there was a good choice on the menu, hence four stars. It was just the service that appeared a little disorganised. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming and when I did not recognise Burrata Cheese with my salad she was pleasant and chatted with us for a minute. We paid the bill and left, as we walked past the bar we said good night but no one bid us farewell or thanked us for our custom. Basic courtesy.

You see on the Star I give. Never AGAIN Hair in my Pizza. I was there and told this staff about the hair in my Pizza. Hi say if not a pizza from this shop. Just i have got the receive. Did'n got my money back. I never will order from this place again. All my friends will do the some.

Their customer service is truly awful as they are so rude to the point its almost funny. Reading the other reviews, I almost laughed, as I can just picture these guys! If you experience this it not because of your gender, race, or religion. They are f**king rude to everyone! If they were not so rude, they would probably get 4 stars! These guys much of had a tough life, count yourself lucky, your not their partner! I have actually been going for 22 years, as it is the best chicken and lamb kebab around! and even got my wife hooked on their lamb kebab the past 10 years. Don't questions the hygiene rating, and pick the fast moving food, and you will be happy.

Mc tuckeys cheadle have never let me down, the food is great quality and I should know as I've now just finally had everything on the menu. I love it when they knock on our door number 7 whitby!!! The service is great and we've ordered for a lot of us at once before Christmas. So ignore that moaning bugger on the reviews because they are talking rubbish. Good food good service fast delivery. Worst customer service in Manchester! I let my child try to order himself and had to take a phone call! He came back crying!! And staff yelled at me

I have never visited this place in real life however I order from hair when I am wanting a takeaway. They are always so helpful and lovely over the phone. And they always speedily deliver my food to me. I really like the chow mein here as it tastes like a very standard British Chinese chow mein, and although I love the super authentic stuff, this reminds me of memories with my family and friends. The prawn toast here is also good, and isn't too greasy compared to other places.

Came here for breakfast. They had really delicious Halwa Puri, Aloo Paratha and Anda Paratha. They also had a really nice and milky Lassi. The staff service was really fast and quick. Members of the staff would regularly check on us whether we would want anything else or not. The ambiance around was good. They had music on that could avoid your conversations from being overheard. You could argue that the place was a bit too crowded for the people present. Sometimes you would have to get out of your seat to let people from the other table get out easily. I would highly recommend going to this restaurant for future breakfasts. This would be a great place for good food to come along with friends and family.

Very disappointed in the dishes available and the flavours. The staff were great but they could not make up for the poor cuisine. Go elsewhere.

I have never seen such a rude welcome from employers I took my family for a coffee and not even time to sit down, another guy with glasses comes and tells us, without any good manners, either get a drink or you can't stay here. I tell him that we had just sat down and that we would order. The app to order did not work so we ask how we could go about ordering and the reply from the employer was an annoying "Boh", I add that among other things my wife she was also breastfeeding our baby and some we had to leave.Never seen so little professionalism.The day was October 12th, I hope for you that you don't hire other such people to work.NEVER AGAIN in this place
