Archie's in Manchester

¡Me cobraron dinero extra por algo que ni siquiera pedí! Luego, cuando subí a buscar un reembolso, simplemente me despidieron y me dijeron que no harían nada al respecto y que era mi culpa. Absolutamente ridículo. Larga cola con solo 1 persona en cajas que estaba trabajando muy muy lentamente. Pedí un batido que se suponía que tenía más bondadoso en él, sin embargo, no vio ni probó ninguno. No recomiendo venir aquí en absoluto estoy furioso.

Personal encantador, comida increíble. La encantadora dama de la caja era una estrella absoluta. No entendí su nombre, sin embargo, tenía bastantes piercings con el pelo corto. Era paciente, burbujeante y llena de energía. Todo lo que quieres ver del personal cuando sales a comer. La vi hablar con todos sus clientes de una manera increíble y es un crédito absoluto para su equipo, ya que realmente hizo nuestro viaje 10 / 10!

Me apetecía un pudín, así que mi amigo y yo fuimos a la sucursal de Arndale, ya que hay varias cabinas para sentarse. Me decidí por el Gofre de Copo de Nieve... considero mi dulce diente satisfecho, especialmente porque se sirve caliente! Consideré que el costo de ~ £ 7 para uno completo era razonable. Gracias a Fareeha por el servicio alegre. Busque folletos de cupones en el centro durante agosto ( » 24 ) - tiene un 15 % de descuento para Archie en él.

La comida era deliciosa, servida rápidamente también. La disposición de los asientos era un poco demasiado para el espacio presente, pero por lo demás todo lo demás estaba bien. Si estás buscando un lugar que sirva halal good en Arandale Shopping Center, este es el indicado.

Calificaría más bajo si pudiera, el tiempo de espera alrededor de 25 minutos, el personal lento como cualquier cosa, casi £ 8 para una presentación de gofres crudos bueno sin embargo (no es que cuenta mucho con lo malo que era) helado no tenía sabor, nunca escribo críticas para cualquier lugar, pero este que tenía que hacer, no malgastes tu dinero, vil!

The star of the show was undoubtedly the Cookie Monster – a gigantic waffle loaded with heavenly chocolate and cookie goodness. Every bite was a delightful explosion of flavour, and the size was perfect for sharing. Archie's Shake was a delightful companion to my treat. Not too sweet, yet incredibly tasty,

Lately every visit food was served awfully oily,in dirty oil and raw. I went this occasion it was the only place I could get to with family. Ordered deluxe beef burger meal. I got beef which was thick as walkers crisp.There was no burger. It was black. Dirty oil all over the packaging. Not enough dressing. Most salad was missing. Chips were disgusting. Staff didn't give the order I asked for. Coke tasted like aspirin. I would like my money back. When inspoke to the staff he said menu's changed so has the food.

The place was clean. Buzzing with people. 5 of us ordered. Superstar burger and chips- juicy and tasted great. Ringo star- great tasting and well flavoured. Tenders plain- ordered for a 5 year old, he began crying for his mouth only to realise, it was spicy. Tasted good for an adult, not a child. Jerk wings- awful, couldn’t eat it. The sauce was tangy and not nice. Tender box- peri peri- awful, the sauce tasted of only pepper and it was tangy. That had to be binned as well. All in all, we won’t return. The ketchup and mayo comes with Archie’s logo. And you get pink cutlery. That was a nice touch.

Came in for a late lunch. The dining area is clean and you just seat yourself and order with the QR code. The wait was longer than I'd expected for a fast food place, but not too bothered. A worker just dumped the trays on the table without telling anyone what the food actually was, so it was very confusing. They also did not bring the drinks order until we asked and the Coke came in a coffee cup, which I'm not sure if that was just us or if that is what they actually do. I got the falafel burger, the falafel was great but there was so much onion in the burger, I probably had vile breath all day. The bread just tasted cheap. For what you pay, it's not really worth it.

Brilliant service staff are really friendly. Spoke to Fareeha (might be spelt wrong) and she was very helpful.

I ate there every day during my short trip, loved the Million dollar shake and the Hot Chick burger.

Having enjoyed other Archies restaurants, myself and my teenage daughter chose to eat here as a treat before a concert. Waited about 20 minutes for food after ordering via the Q code, food virtually thrown on the table, had to remind them of drinks order. Enjoyed the food until the last mouthful when I found a long hair embedded in my burger. Complained to the cashier who laughed and told me that it was mine, pointed out to him that if it was mine it would not have been embedded in the meat. Explained to two other staff until they decided to refund just my burger. Two staff then talking in their native tongue and laughing whilst organising refund which was obviously clear the discussion was about me. Will respond with my feet and never return.

Had to sit ourselves down, they didn’t have the milkshake that my friend ordered and they didn’t even apologise to her but instead told her to order another one. We paid £5.99 for two large milkshakes and I’m convinced they weren’t large size. The milkshakes were then dumped on the table and the waiter walked off without saying a word.

The food was very average, very disappointed by the service. I asked at the till what vegan options were available to be told only the falafel wrap and HALLOUMI burger were vegan🤷🏻‍♀️ We ordered via the QR code on our table as prompted by the security man who seated us. This worked fine but when food was eventually delivered to the table 15 minutes later, it came out incomplete with one item being delivered every few minutes. When delivering food to the table the waiters didn’t speak at all, pretty much threw the food on the table and walked off so it was left to us to work out what was on the tray. Very average, wouldn’t recommend

Good food. Rubbish service. Order on your phones then wait , and wait , and wait. Asked a member of staff who wasn’t interested. Waited some more. Eventually arrived very average fast food which was ok value. Wouldn’t visit again.

Raj: what a guy! Looked after us differently...felt like I was in a restaurant. His ethics and manners were very good. I cannot complain today.

First time ever visiting Archies. Came at a busy time Friday evening but the queue was moving fast. Staff were very polite especially the guy in the black shirt with spikey hair who was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything on the menu. I ordered a Royale with Cheese beef burger but swapped the sauce to ketchup as I don't like mustard and a plain Superstar with curly fries for my son. We also ordered a strawberry waffle which came after our food. Same guy must of spotted my sons birthday badge because he approached our table with a small colourful ice cream and said happy birthday to him which was a nice touch and my son loved it. The restaurant is very bright and uplifting and the music was great and upbeat which made the waiting time a lot quicker. The menu is expensive but the whole experience was worth it and I will definitely be revisiting it when I am next in Manchester

the food was great in archies arndale branch we love the restaurant so much but its the first time i meet such a rude and arrogant employee i dont know his name he is a a bold big guy not to be rude but i dont know his name working on tables service my friend wanted to set down he said what are you doing here ? what will we do in a restaurant the. we wanted a table for 5 he put us in a table for 4 and when we asked for one extra chair he gave it to us with an angry face and stair at us as if he dont like us while we don’t really know him

Went with my younger sibling I’m 20 - sibling 13. We queued to get in and was approached by ‘security guard/door man’ - asked to scan menu, we did. I then asked the man “if we are ok to eat in” in which he replied “if you can find a table” - I then carried on walking in with my sibling to which I saw several tables free. I told my sibling to go sit on one so she is safe & I know where she is. I was now second in line. I then received text & phone call off my sister stating that a worker had told her to “move & that she can’t sit there” to which she replied “my sister is abouts to order for me” he then just stood by her lurking so she got her stuff and started moving out the table spot. By this time the security man had noticed me distressed by my sibling being spoken to by a random man. Security man then approached me and I said “ has my sister been asked to move” to which her replied “no why” and I said “no worries and left it” he then persisted to argue with me & changed his mind to the fact that she wasn’t asked to move & told me I’m pushing in front of people by asking her to sit at a table & that I needed to get a table number stand . I replied “other family’s are doing the same so why can’t we & that I’m now at the front so will be getting the table number stand now” he then got very angry with me (by this point I’m obviously distressed as my sister is being shouted at and now so am I) it blown into a full argument to which he asked the staff on the tills not to serve me. I just stood there in complete shock to what’s happened. - I then walked out distressed & have took pictures of the staff who are involved as I am going to be putting a formal complaint in.

I visited the restaurant with my family to have some nice food together but the service was really poor. When I was ordering, someone from the staff decided to turn the music on at a very loud volume, so loud that I couldn’t even ear the person behind the till, neither she could ear me. We went to the table and our food was served in a bag, rather than a tray (possible due to Covid restrictions). There was no fork so I had to eat my cheesy chips using my finger. While we were still eating, a lady came to rush us away which I have found very rude. The food was good but very awful service.

What can I say? Banging. Is it expensive? Yes. Would you probably have to remortgage your house several times to go regularly? Likely. However, don’t let the price ruin it for you! It may cost £15+ for a meal but you’ll come out more than satisfied! The route 66 Burger was delicious and so were the cheese fries.

Evry other archies is perfect. Good food and fantastic customer service... however, the new one in the arndale is has staff that look absolutely miserable and speak with no manners whatsoever. Needs looking into as it may damage the successful food chain. No disrespect to...

I was treated very well by staff especially by Khalid an employee at Archies. He was nice, made it really clear what options I had, and the food which was amazing came very fast. I was very pleased with the experience

I visited archies Arndale as soon as I entered a guy name Khaled welcomed me, he was very helpful and caring and made my dining experience even better. His recommendations were amazing. Thanks to Khaled for wonderful hospitality and Archies for the best food.
