Costa Coffee - Arndale Centre in Manchester

Los sofás y sillas son tan sucios y malolientes. No los cambiaron durante años. Esto nos hizo no querer visitar de nuevo. Espero que la dirección pueda tener esto en cuenta.

One star and I’m being generous with that, Shocking attitude, shocking service, slammed coffee down then looked up and down like a piece of rubbish all because I simply for a coffee to sit in as if it’s a bother to get her to do something, funny thing is 1 person in store, and not busy at all.

on 12th December 2023, at 6pm, I have attended this coffee shop with my friend. We have ordered one small and one medium Latte. After a few minutes when I collected my order both cups of coffee were full of foam just 30% of milk and the rest all foam. Even the coffee was warm rather than hot. When I took back my coffees to the counter the staff the young lady behind the counter was rude and did not help at all. Please stay out of this doggy coffee shop. It’s a bright day light robbery when you get all foam instead of milk. Rude and horrible staff members .

Lunch while in the lovely Arndale Shopping Centre was a disappointing experience in Costas. We had toasties which were like bread on one side (see photos) but coffee was nice. Not very clean with sticky tables and had to clear our own table as noone at the time was clearning tables. The seats were stained and just generally grubby. Wouldn't go back.

literally awful never experienced such bad customer service. was stood at the counter for maybe 10 minutes while 2 baristas were talking amongst themselves and on their phones until one decided she was ready to take our order and was then talking to us in a rude tone.

I came to order a coffee for takeaway but as the coffee was far too hot. I asked for an extra cup just to go over over my own as it was far too hot and i can hardly hold it. The lady was soo rude and replied can only give tissue thats it. What can you do with the tissue? It cant go round the cup! What if the coffee slips out? Would costa be responsible if I burn my self? I have even offered to pay for an extra cup just for the lady to reply no! I have been to other costa branches and they have handed me an extra cup when i asked as the paper cup with coffee clearly is not thick enough as the coffee is too hot!
