Great place and wonderful staff

Came to Costa wythenshawe to ask for the toilet as I’m 32 weeks pregnant and no toilets are available around the area and the staff didn’t let me go. Even after me telling her I was pregnant!

Been in the Costa in Wythenshawe civic centre a few times alls been ok but, went in yesterday Saturday 17th August and there was a young man obviously learning the trade, he had given a customer a drink in wrong cup, well the person who was working with him gave him a dressing down infront of all the customers in the shop..I felt so bad for him, there's a time and place to tell someone where there going wrong and balling at him infront of everyone is not it in my opinion. I and everyone else where taken back at her outburst.. If she was the manager I suggest she gets some lessons in man management. Shocking display from her.

Dropped in for a hot chocolate with my granddaughter late afternoon. The service was appalling. It was 5pm and they were already moving chairs about, making alot of noise, not the the most relaxing visit. I wasn't offered a receipt. I was using a crutch following a knee operation. After standing for quite a while, I said I need to sit down. 5 minutes later the server shouted. Order ready. I personally would have taken it to the customer since it was obvious I struggled to carry a tray of drinks and walk with a crutch. But hey ho, I managed. There was a young family having drinks and the boys got a bit noisy and and one of the staff shouted to them to keep the volume down. Rude! Not the best experience. I think I'll use the cafe by the tram stop next time.

Always seems to busy dispite plenty of staff

quite disappointing but my partner popped in as it was that time of the month and asked politely if she could use the toilet and the customer service was just awful and she said no. Not only was it quite embarrassing for her, the lady was rude and unsympathetic.

Went here everyday of my short trip. Delicious coffee. Didn't need much cream and sugar to enjoy. The staff are very friendly. Price is steep but worth it, in my opinion. Better than Starbucks. I had the gingerbread latte and the cinnamon latte, Americano coffee, mango passion fruit cooler and chocolate fudge brownie frappe. All very nice. I don't think I'll get used to smokers on the patio outside. But it is what it is. My only feedback is there was never any soap available in the washrooms.

Gulp.....I won't be returning here. The place was filthy. The service was awful and the display cabinet was grubby and nearly empty. The young man taking the orders kept getting it wrong. The tables were covered in cups and plates. They had no crockery so we were given the paper cups (we were drinking inside). Honestly it needs a visit from the area manager to sort this place out because as it is, it shouldn't be open.

Price of a large coffee is more than any other coffee chain

I only have one moan everything was in paper cups or plates I want pot cups

Staff weren't interested in customers, too busy talking to a friend, no customer service whatsoever

Great visit. Enjoyed my coffee. My food unfortunately was sickly for me but it was hot and edible.

Lovely friendly accommodating staff. Especially the lovely staff with Pink hair, apologies do not know her name. Busy Costa but going as quick as they can under the circumstances. Notice a lot of customers know the staff which is nice, shows loyalty. Very caring nature from all. Great rapport with customers. Starbucks and Cafe Nero staff could learn a lot from these girls. Take note other coffee shops.

This place is buzzing and vibrant and the staff are lively. Needs more ventilation but they do make a delicious bacon roll....best I've had in a long while....in fact I have to be fair - best I've had ever!!!

Came in to get something to drink. Quque was long. Waiting to be served was tiring. Only one person serving, which is not good. Paid £4.30 for a medium seized cup, which is expensive. After the drink was made asked the barrister for some sprinkles as non was offered despite him asking if others want any in front of me. Was given generous amount after asking. Overall was ok. Stuff was friendly and efficient. Drink tasted bitter tho.

I’ve been to most of these costa places But this one seem a little ran down. The staff bought my latte without a tray and a spoon which she just put it in front of me. I looked on the table had few stain marks and I didn’t bother to use the spoon to stir my latte. The customers inside the shop were quite and the staff were very loud talking about what the plans are after work but surely won’t be going to this place again.

Just had a large white hot chocolate with the works, for anyone with a sweet tooth this is right up you alley. Thank you to the two lovely ladies that served me, very friendly and warm felt right at home. A great example of customer service 👍🏾 Will definitely be back in the future ☺️

THEY CANNOT MAKE STUFF WELL. There drinks taste like someone throwed up on them. Especialky their disgusting cream. Im warning you do not BUY any hot chocolate or any coffee from them. It tastes horrible i almost threw up on the spot. ALSO THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR SPOONS, they were so dirty 💀. Go fix your disgusting food. Not surprised white establishment usually have trash food. But the fact is most Costa’s have better drinks than they do. Don’t waste your money.

Always a lovely place to come have a seat in and catch up with friends. The drinks have always been good in my experience. The staff are lovely and welcoming. It can be a little busy at times, but the staff do their best to accommodate as many people as possible.

Nice drinks, not terribly priced, generally find it to be busy most of the time, was unable to use my reusable Costa cup last time as it had been used that morning, remember to wash out your cup before ordering another drink

I find the staff in here very friendly, they seem to know a lot of their regular customers by name. The place is kept very clean and the orders are delivered accurately and quickly.

I went to Costa with a friend today, upon entering there was one of the staff at the entrance stroking a dog which I assumed she knew as she was fussing over it -absolutely nothing wrong with that but then she entered the premises and went straight back behind the counter to serve, there is clearly no requirement to wash your hands here puzzling as we still have COVID my friend and I turned round and exited rapidly, no thanks to a serving of dog hair and god knows what else with my coffee

Have been to Costa Coffee in Wythenshawe a few times now, service has always been good, though sometimes the tables aren't always cleared from previous customers. This maybe due to staffing levels, due to several reasons but have found the staff to be very friendly all the same. I have also eaten food which has been nicely presented & hot to eat &love their coffee any way.!

My go to coffee shop in Wythenshawe, staff amazing as always. Had a recent refurbishment which when finished will no doubt be top notch. Mint.

Not many cake options and the re-fit didn't happen. Strange pictures on the walls that shouldn't be blown up to the size they are...

Never really clean,always a wait due to staff concentration on take out deliveroo/just eat orders instead of those queueing in shop.

Sorry to say: had to clean the table myself, the place was noisy and the drink we had overpriced. Mango and Passion Fruit drink was underwhelming, presumably made with bottled juice. I rarely go to coffee shops and I've just reminded myself why.

Usually really nice from here but this morning I ordered a sausage bap and two cheese and ham toastie’s, all of which was freezing cold and the package looked as though it had been open which meant I didn’t eat any of it as I wasn’t sure of it.

Clean, spacious, indoor area is a bit dark.

Burnt coffee on this occasion not what you want at those prices

That were very strict with government guidelines. Only 2 people allowed in and masks to be worn. No tables & chairs as no seating. Available. Takeaway coffee's and dood only. I love the different varieties of Health foods here although a little pricey . The luxurious Cake is worth every penny though.
