The Smashed Burger Guys in Manchester

We ordered from here last night and they didn’t give us half our order. When we called to let them know, they refused to deliver the rest of our food or give us a refund - just to mention it next time we order. Ridiculous!

Got lured in by the 50% off... Not worth it.

Really surprised at the reviews on here. 4+ stars on birth Deliveroo AND just eat out if thousands of reviewers. I’m a regular buyer of the triple burger because they’re great! Arrive wrapped in foil to keep them to, absolutely humongous (it is a triple!) really tasty burgers (nowhere near as gross as McDonald’s!) and a great ability to add or subtract things in it. And a 5* hygiene rating. Could ask for better.

Ordered on deliveroo. Horrible. Burger covered in the disgusting melted cheese could not taste any flavours apart from it. Avoid.

Burger Stone Cold i mean Freezing 🥶 No excuses shocking disgusting, needs closing down ASAP

There's not a bit of seasoning on the chips, the burger tasted odly very like a McDonald's sausage mcmuffin with cheese. The chicken tenders should be gotten rid of in the menu. Was giving 2 stars but had the Oreo creppe was very chewy and then the Oreo milkshake just tasted like chocolate flavoured milk. This has all but confirmed the fact I've got to stop trying out new places in Manchester, The one star is for the portion sizes and price is relatively fair.
