First time visiting this side of Liverpool. The service was fantastic and friendly, food was delicious and the atmosphere was great, nothing negative about this place.

Visited 16/12/24 for karaoke hour . Good quality of songs. Microphone cables let it down ...cutting off and on. But we had fun.

Meeting with friends before heading to the theatre. My hotel was just opposite. Great meeting place. And really good coffee

Security doesn’t enter me because I don’t have working permit🤣. And I just want to enter as a customer , what a perfect pub🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Absolutamente terrible servicio al cliente. Sin que yo y mis amigos lo supiéramos, el restaurante Liverpool estaba cerrado. Sin embargo, de alguna manera, todavía pudimos reservar una mesa en su sitio web! No había ningún mensaje para decir que el restaurante había cerrado o que reservar una mesa no estaba disponible. Así que nos vestimos y nos dirigimos a liverpool (30 minutos en coche) solo para descubrir que el restaurante está cerrado. Como era viernes por la noche alrededor de las 7:00: 30 pm no pudimos reservar una mesa en un restaurante diferente dejándonos sin dónde comer.

Hubo una pelea que resultó en un cliente golpeando a un camarero en el piso en el medio del restaurante. Mis hijos ven esto y estaban molestos. Ello dio lugar a una escasez de personal de espera y a un servicio lento.

We are from Germany and have eaten here several times with the English family. It was always very tasty. Good portion. Good service.

We were looking for dim sum in Liverpool City and were told of this restaurant. It was extremely busy inside and it indeed served dim sum but the quality was not to my usual expectations from down south of England. Overall a bit disappointing and you feel they could do better. Service is good though

Really great experience. We chose to have 'madre table's where they choose the menu for you. We weren't disappointed. Jamie our server was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the dishes. The drinks to accompany we started with a straight margarita which was paired with a juice shot of cucumber, lime, coriander and jalapeno. We also had a very delicious spicy margarita both I would highly recommend

Really good service and atmosphere

Terrible food, great live music. Wasn't many eating so can't put it down to busy kitchen, we ordered the sharer, took around 50 minutes, then staff forgot the onion rings, slaw, cutlery, napkins, all the dips and sauces, we waited another 20 mins then queried it and they then brought it out but other food was cold by that point, fried chicken coating far too hard and tasteless, and that's coming from a fried chicken lover who eats anything. Wouldn't recommend for food. Live singer was great.

THE BEST BOTTOMLESS!!! Becca, our server, was unreal. This is our first bottomless we have done in Liverpool since moving here and we have had the best time. Becca was so accommodating and made sure our drinks were full the whole time. She moved us onto the rooftop to ensure we had a spot where we could all eat and chat in a chilled environment, which was incredible and was just so lovely. Cannot recommend this enough this bottomless enough !!!

My twin brother Stephen and I joined friends in Mackenzie's Whiskey Bar to celebrate a friends 40th birthday and what a great time we had. A great looking bar ,interior is superb ,a cool looking serving bar ,wonderful decor and furnishings ,love the paintings on the walls ,big screens to enjoy the sport and there's lots of seating options ,it's just a great bar to unwind in. On our visit staff were superb ,looked after our group ,I stayed on guinness which was absolutely delicious , I also enjoyed some great craft beers ,all our group were well looked after ,beers were kept flowing ,had a great time in here . Mackenzie's Whisky Bar is easy to locate along Rodney Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,open from midday. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
