Slightly over priced but nice to sit outside in the sun...

Sam looked after us for a cocktail masterclass, he was amazing and kept the vibes going so everyone had an amazing time. Pizzas were lovely and the drinks were good! Thank you so much for making our night special.

Nice place good music but be prepared if you are a guy to be ignored by bar staff who will serve girls before you irrespective of how long you have been waiting at the bar

Slow start, but the atmosphere picked up as more and more people came in. Staff friendly and efficient. A good mix of customers, young and older. Great music. Good drinks. Even though I've not eaten here, it seemed to be popular.

Guinness ok but not as good as elsewhere in Liverpool. Red wine is clearly not a big thing here (more cocktails) - Merlot tasted of vinegar. Service at bar not enthusiastic at all! However, sun outside made up with that with great atmosphere in crowds at all the tables.

Great music, great pub garden and tasty drinks.

Nice bar. Great for an intimate drink, with your partner. Cheap drinks and friendly efficient staff.

The Gin and Tonic I bought was indeed expensive but it was also very tasty.

Nice outside space, good beer and music on a hot summers day

We came here for predrinks following booking a table in the club after. Great atmosphere and very good staff. We commented that if we hadn't booked the table and botfles in the club we would have stayed here.

Had a fab time last night at peacocks. Really funny and accommodating guys, Jack, Kieron 1 and Kieron 2. Lovely cocktails and rustic style pizza. Pizza before or in-between the cocktails would probably be best if you get the choice as interest in food goes once you have had lots of cocktails !

Good bar, they play old school r'n'b on a Friday night and it attracts a good crowd. I'm yet to see any trouble there in years of visiting.

Went here with our premier networking group on our Xmas party night out. We had been to wreckfish for dinner first and the shipping forecast before that. My favourite feature of peacocks is the freshly cooked stone baked pizza - absolute winner

We booked to do a cocktail masterclass here. It was so good! I highly recommend it, if anyone is looking for a cocktail class in Liverpool centre then make sure you book here. Value for money and personality by the bucket load. Keran and 'salty' where the best hosts! We had a fantastic time! 🥂

Nice with outside heaters. Pretty much zero atmosphere when we were there though, but possibly due to the time (11.40pm) that we arrived. Staff were nice.

Great little beer garden with picnic-style benches that easily seat 6, could push to 8 if you want to get up close. Comfortable spaces inside too to shelter from the sun/wind/rain. Friendly and efficient bar staff, good range of beers, wines and shots. A great little place to chill.

Always good deals on cocktails, always a nice atmosphere and the staff are lovely. My favourite place to day drink on a summers day their outdoor area is always sunny, then of a night they have massive heaters.

If I could give zero stars I would! On Saturday night (2nd April), a group of five of us went the The Peacock. After one drink, we decided to leave however my friend left his phone on one of the seats. As soon as we get outside we realised that the phone has been left and attempt to head back inside to get it. however, the bouncers refused us entry, despite stating that we have left an iPhone inside. As a result of us attempting to get the phone back two of my friends - one male and one female - were physically hit, punched and shoved for simply asking why they wouldn't let us retrieve the phone. Luckily a door worker from Zanzibar down the road helped us to get the phone back. Absolutely appalling and disgusting behaviour from bouncers who think they have the right to use physical violence after denying us the right to get back a phone that was left inside. Will 110% not be returning to the Peacock and ensure that people, especially females are aware of the disgusting behaviour and force used by the bouncers.

Terrible. Ordered 2 separate pints and both were rank and smelly. Do not order beer. Desperate need of a pipe clean or fresh pint order.

Staff were rude and ruined a portion of our night.

Nice vibe, decent pint and good outdoor seating area. Staff are decent and bogs are clean.

Good drinks - service can be a bit slow and certain staff come across rude.

Great night in Peacocks and was looked after so well by Catrin (Manager) and her team. Would definately recommend going and will definately be going back again. COVID restrictions managed really well and they did not interfere with the evening as it can in some other places.

Drink was good, but served to me in a chipped glass which I proceeded to accidentally cut myself on. Oh, and they charged £7 for a single rum and coke!!

Really spacious place with some nice seating (especially upstairs). Staff were great!

Attentive staff , pleasant door staff on entrance,he helped us with NHS app. Laid back atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay there.also nice pizza.all in all great experience.would recommend.

Very COVID safe, went out on a bit of a pub crawl on a Monday afternoon and this place was only 1 of 2 places that asked for any contact details for us. The lad who served us at our table was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Cocktails were amazing too

Table service was a bit slow, but overall good vibe and atmosphere for a lazy Sunday afternoon. Live music was a bonus.

Staff very rude was told to leave after trying to help a conner deliver drinks to the table he told us not to grab the drinks of the tray whilst it was in his hand so we moved out the way, also was told we was snapping at the bar staff when we waved someone down to order more drinks, as no one came to us to ask if we'd like to order more drinks.

Great drinks great staff but door staff ruined it!!! They never done nothing to us but the way they spoke to customers trying to come in and sending half of them away coz there an event on, think they need more customer service training !!!

Need more staff. Went for an hen do evening and was put in a small area that was not big enough for 22 ladies. Had pre ordered pizzas so they knew we were coming and in the end 3 of us had them as take out as it took top long to serve. No apologies given on the evening🤔
