Great location, good breakfast, lovely staff. Only big fault is the poor windows that led to constantly being woken up by the road noise outside when sleep was badly needed.
What a fabulous restaurant from the warm welcome the minute you walk in , to friendly smiley staff and service was spot on
During a busy period too.
Sat upstairs with a view across the Dock

Fantastic food I would go as far as to vote it one of my favourite restaurants in
Are great city of Liverpool 10/10
We’ve been coming here regularly since it opened but it’s really not somewhere I would do again. We came here yesterday and the food was appalling. Papas Bravas now replaced by bog standard chips which didn’t even taste fresh, overcooked Boquerones, morcilla was mealy, pulled pork sandwich all dried out. Basically we felt like we were eating the reheated leftovers from the lunchtime rush. Even I wouldn’t have served it to my kids on a rainy Monday night never mind actually charging anybody for it.
The one saving grace was the charming manager who clearly wanted to sort it all out and was happy to take the worst dishes off the bill. The waitress was the same girl who always serves us and as always she was lovely and friendly. Can’t fault that - but the kitchen needs to be sorted out IMO.
Paid £4.40 for an almond latte. Burnt milk and as a result a flavourless coffee. Absolutely unwelcoming and cold environment. Couldn’t stay there with my laptop as I was freezing. Waste of money. If you like industrial alternative type of things you might like it. But this place needs attention and some cleaning - too messy ! To top it up they don’t have soy milk!
Terrible. Probably one of the most disappointing breakfasts that I’ve had in Liverpool. Opted for the Eggs Benedict as they didn’t have my first choice. It was cold on un-toasted bread, reheated bacon (barely browned). Quite clearly pre-poached eggs that had been flashed in water and were absolutely stone cold and over cooked. There’s nothing worse than cutting into a poached egg and it’s solid in the middle. I would personally never serve anyone this on the pass. I understand that some restaurants / coffee shops do this to ease service and waiting times but it is completely not necessary when it’s quiet and there were a total of six customers. Eggs should be made to order. I have worked in one of the busiest breakfast restaurants in Liverpool and we would still cook to order. If you’re expecting people to pay £9.50 for one piece of sourdough then at least make them fresh eggs. (The one I’ve photographed was actually the better egg) 😅 Hollandaise was also runny liquid and disappointing. The coffee is decent here but that’s about it. Sadly will not be returning.
Dissapointingly dirty! The tea's are weak & tasteless. Coffee is nice, but nothing I would rave over. They use plastic cups, which harbour the taste of previous uses so I alway's order drinks in a take-away cup instead and besides the place is definately not clean, very grimy so I am dubious... We ate rheir once and had swert potato fries they whete nice, but we passed the gungy sauce bottle.
This place is a great udea, concept but falls short on the cleanliness rating.
Staff friendliness is like the cleanliness of the place, hit & miss. Some of the staff are 'nice' but some their are miserable and obtuse. We stopped going as there are better places to eat & drink in the Baltic, this is not one of them.

No idea where all these review are coming from stating its one of best Indian food places around, food is absolutely rank. No flavour at all and as for the korma my missus ordered I think they forgot a few key elements as there was no flavour aswell as no colour to it, when I say it was white I mean I thought it was actually chicken in white sauce that ya get in a tin. Big no no from me
The hummus was truly the best I’ve e er eaten.
The lamb skewers were really good along with the salad.
Bloody Mary was not a mix and the best!
I’m a big food person and generally pretty particular, but this was the Best meal!!
