My partner and I have been here many times and it's laid back environment, great cocktails, tapas and value for money was well worth coming back every time. I decided to choose Trunk Lounge for my graduation meal as I knew the food would not disappoint. I never understand why the restaurant is never at full capacity!! We were slightly late to our reservation but it wasn't a problem, the table was awaiting us. I was given a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a lovely touch. The lady with blonde hair (who I think was the manager) served us and she was fantastic- especially with my grandparents who didn't understand tapas!! We had a lovely time and the food and drinks arrived promptly along with plates being cleared. The food was grand- from vegetarian dishes to meat dishes. They were so accommodating and it was a great evening and value for money! Will certainly see you soon, thank you for hosting a memorable evening!

Me and my husband have been a few times and it’s been top quality every time. Went today and got the protein box. Sweet potato fries, Cajun salmon, broccoli, peppers and mushrooms and it was absolutely gorgeous. Really good portions too. One of my fav healthy eating places 👍🏻

Not only is this a Chinese supermarket - chaotic and well stocked - but it is a Chinese food court offering a range of fresh and flavourful Chinese staples quickly and at low prices. From the first stall which sells a wide range of meals, including staples like sweet and sour chicken and lots of noodles, next to the dim sum stall serving siu mai, har gau and massive plates of wonton in chilli sauce, you move on to get jian bing (Chinese pancakes) then congee and bibimbap and finally to the hot pot stall with a massive choice of meats, vegetables and delicacies to put in the boiling broth - a warning medium hot is probably too spicy for most so perhaps you should ask for mild! There is a row of slim tables and high stools at which you can sit to eat your food - mostly populated by Chinese students confirming how like the back streets of Guangzhou or Hong Knog this experience is. It's a bit addictive!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from 2-5th March 2025. We booked 2 rooms, my room was a studio room which was fairly large with a lovely view. The bathroom was a decent size with a huge bath and decent waterfall shower, very modern too with large fluffy white towels. There is a spa in this hotel but didn't get time to use it and I believe it's a great spa. The bar is modern and the staff are all very friendly. Our visit was to go to the Philharmonic Hall which was straight across the road so couldn't have been any closer. We used Ubers to get around (even though we did have a car) it was cheap and very reliable. My only complaint was we had to pay a deposit of 100 pound per room which I thought was a little excessive and 2 days later we still haven't got a refund of said money. All in all great hotel, great location and lovely staff.

Cant rate the food as I had made my order and paid - then received a txt "We?re so sorry but the takeaway has rejected your order. This is rare but can happen for a variety of reasons. if your payment was processed it will automatically be refunded. Due to the banking system, this can take up to 5 days but is often shorter" - So no food, and left waiting for a refund...

We loved the restaurant. The food is exquisite and the staff very attentive. Great prices. To make a point, I would have liked the eggs in the ramen to have been truly marinated and not just boiled eggs. Marinated egg is an important ingredient in ramen and we didn't like how it was served. The rest, great.
