Unimaginable to sell old donuts for £4👎🏻

Visited today, waited 15 minutes in the queue, whilst I was waiting 2 customers returned to the till as their orders were wrong. Got to the front of the queue to be informed I was in the wrong queue, no sinage to denote which queue was which. Joined the other queue and ordered 2 coffees and 2 cheese and ham toasties only to be advised they were sold out! 😆 staff very slow with no attention to customers what so ever, better off at Subway facing or Nero 2 mins down the road.

Visited this 92 Degrees not so long ago and it was nice! It's a cozy place for people to come in and chill, especially with it being so close to a Uni it's great for students.

It's a beautiful cozy cafe with bokks and great music. There is always something new on the walls, almost like a mini art gallery. The staff is amazing. Perfect to sit in with a book and warm cup of coffee on a cold day.

I visited yesterday for a girls on the go book club meet up. Ethan was there to welcome us girls and he was such a sweetheart! His customer service was warm, friendly and welcoming. I work as a barista too and so I really appreciate when other baristas put in the effort to be friendly to customers. The meeting made my Saturday morning great but also i felt really nice by Ethan’s customer service

Wonderful coffee - they roast their own beans so it is always at its best. We buy all our beans here and also enjoy a pour-over in their café. It would be wonderful to have a vegan cake or biscuit option - they rarely do. They serve Minor Figures oat milk which does let the otherwise excellent brew down. Oatly Barista or some of the fresh oat milks now available in Booths or Waitrose would be a better option. I usually take it black so as to avoid spoiling the experience but would prefer a good oat milk. That's nit-picking really though - there are few coffee shops in the same league!

I am a regular here, and always feel welcome by the loveliest staff especially Ethan, great atmosphere and brilliant coffee.

They must learn how to do the v60/drip coffee before selling them.

The tall blond girl should get fired at this point. This racist barista knows that I’m an international student and not British, and every time I get to the coffee to get my order she keeps saying « uff » and on top of that she say that I should try the Indian restaurant “chaiwala” next to them because she they ran out of oat milk, I have ignored all that so she doesn’t lose her job. But today was it for me, I have arrived to the cafe between 3-4 pm and I was the first one to arrive, there were 5 group of girls and 3 other group of girls (all of the girls were British), she gave them their order before me even though they have ordered matcha and other drinks that needs time, mine was only FLAT WHITE, I have waited for almost 12 mins to get my take away coffee. What kind of cafes hire such horrible people?

Speciality coffee, they don’t serve much of dessert or food. Love their coffee and the atmosphere They have a subscription for 30-35£ and you get a 3 cup a day which is great

a great space to study! the service has always been excellent. I highly recommend the vegan chicken pesto sandwich!!

Chai latte was one of the best I've had. So comforting on a rainy afternoon. The barista that served me was lovely thank you :)

Just popped over to the 92 on Myrtle St and had the most delicious flat white - nutty, well rounded and even had some cat latte art on top! The barista, Ethan is super friendly, chatty and all round wonderful, he even remembered my name despite not going there for a couple of months. Please visit and show these awesome barista's some love :)

Didn't stay, place looked messy and bare. Stains on the walls from coffee shots. I've worked in hospitality before and wouldn't come here again

Difficult to do work when staff singing and playing loud music, most days it's fine and the coffee is good.

Lovely place, their matcha is my favourite, if you’re matcha lover you need to try theirs !🤍🍵 it’s always busy though and sometimes i don’t find a seat, the service is a bit slow, like making matcha doesn’t take 10-15 minutes 😬

Tasty brew but the crew a little slow to my taste. Fun and entertaining (amongst themselves) however, it took them around 8 minutes from the time of purchase to make one regular late. Pace it up guys, it's three of you there.

Great atmosphere, but service is terrible. Both times I've been here, the staff took too long to take my order, they were just chatting and laughing. The tables were dirty from coffee stains, and the coffee took 15 minutes to arrive, while the coffee shop was empty. It's a shame, nice place, great coffee and nice location but I don't think I'll be coming back.

Service was a bit slow but this might have been down to issues with the water supply.

Nice enough coffee shop The downside is the lighting is very poor inside if you have a visual impairment. Also the coffee is served in drinking vessels that look like plant pots I would prefer a cup/ mug with a handle to drink coffee from

Delicious coffee for sure, cozy place to set with your friends, colleagues. Close to the university and not that far form the city centre. Highly recommend for quick break of the busy day at the uni :))

Dear 92degrees, Just wanted to say thank you to your staff at Myrtle Street. I go in there about 3 times a week and I never see them stop. Its so busy in there, always full and they just keep going. They are brilliant. They have so much positive energy, so much dedication and commitment. Its wonderful to see. No order is too much for them and they always serve with a smile. Anyway, I hope they all get a compliment as they deserve it. An excellent staff team and a bloody good cup of coffee. Sincerely Tony

Great coffee but always takes at least 20-25 mins to get a coffee, even when it doesn’t seem that busy. I understand when it’s busy that it’s difficult to process orders quickly but when you’ve got a short break it’s a bit disappointing to have to wait that long if it isn’t that busy. May as well just go elsewhere instead, and the subscription doesn’t seem as worth getting if you can’t really get even just one coffee without having to wait for such a long time.

Absolutely amazing coffee shop. As a real coffee-head I love nothing more than visiting coffee shops in my city. I have a real soft spot for independent cafes and this one doesn’t disappoint. Coffee is fantastic and I always get a warm welcome! The Customer service is always great - Nora in the Myrtle street branch is always smiling and is one of the best baristas I’ve seen. Great atmosphere and perfect place to do some work or meet with a group of friends 👍👍

Fab coffee. Had run out of chocolate. This is obviously always bad. It is a bit posey and hipster-ish, but it does tend to be those sort of places that actually do things like oat milk and gluten-free snacks, so very good for my delicate constitution. Did make me feel extremely old though as it was full of students (this branch is on campus really so obviously it should be during term time) & advertising a retro night featuring Justin Beiber and Kanye West, who I think are new fangled. Lovely coffee though. Clear, flat access at the entrance, some parking nearby, navigating around tables as tricky as anywhere but enough lower tables to be wheelchair friendly plus helpful staff who offered to carry stuff over without prompting, wheelchair accessible loo on the same level, although difficult to turn round to reach door etc as not tons of space so depends if you have a bulky chair or what you need for transfer as to how truly accessible it is. Wide enough door, usual rails around toilet and sink, alarm.

Lovely atmosphere, especially in the evening. Perfect place to polish off some reading or essay writing! The food and drink is lovely, too. Brilliant place to go treat yourself!

Is three outlets a chain? Tucked into the edges of the Liverpool university estate, this is a solid, reliable , and lively coffee shop, with a continual buzz of conversation. Good cakes, and attractive looking sandwiches complete the offering.

Really friendly staff with a good selection of coffee and cakes. This is one of four. Music not too loud so you can either talk over it or have headphones on and still hear your own music. Lots of seating. Caters mainly to the student crown. Was a little chilly but that’s the worst of it. Has on street parking and a working toilet, unlike Nero up the road.

This is a review of the branch nearer the Royal Liverpool. I was very happy with my cortado... Rich, smooth and delicious. The interior is quite modern and minimalist. Seemed popular with students, nice place.

Accidentally charged me for a free coffee so they gave me a whole other 2 stamp cards one already filled and the other half filled. Coffee is lovely and people serving it are great as well

Coffee’s good, no WiFi, no options when it comes to food - just one slice of cake that didn’t look appetizing at all. Shame.. location is great. They should visit some of the London top cafes to see how to get better.

No Wifi, No Charging Ports. This is so important for students but I can understand from the coffee shop business model. Just need to get the WiFi sorted. Tea was fine but it's early days.
