Ranelagh's Tavern in Liverpool

Staff are pathetic to say the least. Especially the security. People in the pub are extremely unfriendly. Really disappointed with the whole experience. A really demeaning atmosphere.

Jackie the legend made the weekend went for a stag have to go there if you are!

Booming, great atmosphere mostly older people all having a dance and a drink.

Called in on Tuesday 25th at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, place was busy & great atmosphere friendly staff, karaoke with funny compere sorry I can't remember her name, will call in next time we're Liverpool well done to everyone at ranelaghs

Really friendly staff, the dj made are visit , interacted with customers as soon as they came in, was funny and the karaoke was brilliant, a great choice of songs and really organised and did it fairly. The bar had good deals also. Will definitely be going back on my next visit

Didn't eat here but can't leave a review without commenting on the food. Had a great night! The staff are excellent. The bouncers dealt with an issue promptly and professionally. The bar staff are helpful too.

Great place.. staff and customer so friendly... 12 noon on Saturday music on and everyone so happy I stopped for coffee but ended up drinking lager because of the great atmosphere there is spot on. Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Liverpool for weekend away 100%

We visited Ranelagh's Tavern again last night, as we like the friendly atmosphere there on a Saturday night. The only thing that spoilt the evening was that the disabled toilet was unusable due to it and the floor around it being cover in urine. We're not talking about just a few drops here. It wouldn't have been any worse if people had aimed at the seat. I saw at least ten fully able-bodied men go into the toilet in the time we were there. My wife is totally blind. She asked me to take her to the ladies toilet rather than use the disabled one. After showing her where the toilet paper, flush, wash basin and hand dryer were I waited in the bar, outside the ladies. I was then told by a member of your staff that I wasn't able to enter the ladies toilet as it could upset other women. The same member of staff then used the disabled toilet himself. When he came out after using it, I spoke to him about the state of the toilet and he told me that he'd had to wipe down the seat and around the toilet. It's totally unacceptable to expect any woman to use a toilet that is covered in urine. Woman really don't want to have to clean toilets and get their shoes and clothes covered in urine on a night out. Can I ask that a Radar lock is fitted so that only those people with a disability Radar key can gain access, keeping the disabled toilet for disabled customers?

Always great Craic and everyone joined in singing to the artist songs 🎵 and 💃 👯‍♂️ 🕺 from the gecko. No place like liverpool to just drop your guard and feel part of the action.

I popped in for a cider this pub is a proper local pub for local people but it was okay.

Good atmosphere plenty of old folk enjoying the live music,beers good not my cuppa tea but ok for an hour.

Was in town yesterday morning with my partner, so popped in for a drink only a wkd ha. And the girl behind the bar was so friendly, and lovely and polite.. You don't really get that nowadays, so great service, and manners cost nothing. Didn't get her name, but she was the only staff on because it was early 👍

Family wedding pop in as one my dad mates wedding day the ranelaghs tavern was fantastic enjoy the day and night watch the Liverpool and Everton game last night good win the toffees all in all be back again soon thank you great staff and friendly

Great pub love it , atmosphere is great if you love karaoke then this is the place for you. Friendly staff n Bouncers do there jobs great no fuss if you look drunk or act drunk or cause any trouble then they are hands on and will get you out of the pub 😊

It's different but a great way to spend some time. Mike Dakat was terrific entertainment even though he kept going out down the road (putting a bet on I think)

Four of us travelled up to Liverpool on Wednesday and wandered into this pub in the afternoon, what a great place! the bloke on the guitar was brilliant, great atmosphere, lovely locals, one of the best pubs we've been in.

A very good bar a cross the road from Liverpool Central Station staff are very friendly and this pub has music as well if your looking for a great place to drink this is a good place to go and not expensive for drinks as well ... but the door staff here can be nasty towards you there is a member of door staff with ginger beard with a black hat on when I was last here just walked over for know reason and told me to leave and I was on holiday . So be careful

Lovely friendly pub filled with locals and tourists! Great karaoke and the resident Karaoke Master sings so well!

Funny and friendly. Nipped in for a pint and spent most the day in there. Comedy and music for everyone.

We have been travelling to Ranelaghs Tavern for 7 years now from North Lincolnshire, a wonderful, friendly pub situated opposite Liverpool Central Station. Entertainment every day and reasonably priced drinks from friendly bar staff.

Great karaoke bar. BUT not all singers are good lol.

Great craic on a Sunday afternoon karaoke and would happily recommend it 👌
