OMOM hosted our daughter’s wedding (August 2024) and proved to be an excellent choice. With the wedding being a same gender wedding our daughter and her partner were amazed that OMOM willingly accommodated a Christian blessing as part of the day before putting the finishing touches in place for the celebration meal and party. Nothing was too much trouble, the team were fantastic, the food first class and the venue beautifully decorated. Thank you for being a truly inclusive venue which delivered everything that was asked of you, and did so with a smile even in the early hours of the morning.

This is a lovely venue with grand marble floor and walls and a delightful mezzanine area. Unfortunately the acoustics are awful: put a live band in with all those hard stone surfaces and it sounds like someone battering steel dustbins with a cricket bat.

Lovely afternoon with The Mother for Afternoon Tea, served by the fabulous Jason (Whitney 😁) who was funny,attentive and full of chat xx food was gorgeous, just the scone not to our taste but enjoyed our afternoon with some 90s tunes too and some very tasty tea choices 🥰🥰 we will return and try the cocktails next time 😁

Perfect venue for a special time with friends. The staff and management are amazing, the drinks are stunning and the food is out of this world! Jason was our host, he was attentive, friendly and fun! Could not have asked for more. An added bonus was that it was an 80’s theme with a DJ playing some proper bangers!!!! Perfect!!

Unfortunately we came here for our anniversary for afternoon tea. I got the vegan afternoon tea and it was completely inedible. The scones were completely raw in the centre, the coconut pot was straight up coconut oil. The sweet stand made me physically gag which is such a shame. My partner got the normal afternoon tea which wasnt much better but was at least edible. They also got our teas wrong twice and the options weren’t great. Beautiful venue but the food was terrible!

I went for afternoon tea with my daughter, as part of a birthday present from a friend. The food and drink were all very well presented and tasty. We had a varied selection of different teas offered, those we chose were very good. The food was freshly made and delicious, but as always too much so we had to have some of it boxed! We chose to have a bottle of prosecco, which although a bit expensive, went down very well! Our server, Jason, was very friendly, funny and attentive. The atmosphere is quite chilled, and the presentation of the room a bit stripped back and bare with minimal decoration, being mainly nets of fairy lights, so not quite what I had expected. So, all in all a good experience and would recommend the place.

Jason looked after us when we went for afternoon tea. He was superb and made our afternoon wonderful. Cakes and sandwiches are excellent and hot chocolate yummy. Atmosphere and room lovely. Definitely going back at Christmas time.

We recently had our wedding reception in OMOM and it was the most perfect day/night! The staff were amazing and a special shout out to Rinah who helped with everything on the run up to the day and ensured the day was perfect! Very speedy on email replies and nothing was too much - she made me at ease on the run up and on the day. It was a lovely chilled vibe on the day. The rooftop is amazing for photographs and you can have sparklers up there which is a nice touch. The food was amazing! We went for a 2 course sit down meal and a dessert table which worked perfectly for us but they offer a wide range of options. The bar closes at 1am but you have the option to pay to extend this until 2am and you can also pay for exclusive hire of the roof for a 3 hour period. Could not fault this venue and would definitely recommend to any engaged couples looking for the perfect venue! 10/10!! ❤️

Came here for Afternoon Tea before my graduation and it couldn't of been better. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make the occasion special, especially Jason who was very chatty and even gave us access to the rooftop terrace to take pictures (and gave us photography tips). Thabk you so much and we will definately be back!

Dire. It seemed that every time you wanted a drink the bar was closed for wedding speeches. Huge queues for the bar and then it was summarily closed. Not sure that this is the way to run an entertainment venue.

The lift to the Rooftop Bar for Oh Me Oh My is disgusting. Last night it stunk of urine. There isn't enough toilets so people urinate in the lifts. The smell made me gag and its only going to get worse in this heat as the staff of Oh Me Oh My don't seem to check the lift on a daily basis or even the night of, morning after they have an event. The whole place is dirty and not well maintained or cleaned. I would not recommend anyone to book an event there or even use the rooftop bar until the staff actually start to clean.

Visiting a family member today at West Africa House and was absolutely shocked and disgusted that Oh me Oh My treat the residents hallway like this. My disabled brother had trouble manoeuvring in this area. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Not only it is an inconvenience to those that live in the building but it IS a FIRE HAZARD! Shame on you!!

We had an amazing day celebrating a baby shower for 12 people, several of whom had dietary requirements and were perfectly catered for. Nothing was too much trouble when arranging the event and we were even kindly offered the mezzanine space which was gorgeous. We had it all to ourselves which made it so special for the Mum-to-be, she absolutely loved it. The service was superb, as was the food, and once again Oh Me Oh My never disappoints!

I received an afternoon tea for two as a gift . I went with my husband we both enjoyed it tge food was delicious . The staff where very friendly polite and helpful .

Afternoon tea booked for 11 people. Approx £30 each for a slate of 5 individual savoury items. There was also a cake stand to share between 3 people and a hot drink each. The servers were polite, explained the various tea options however this was not something any of our party was interested in. Personally, I would have preferred more savoury to sweet. When I asked for access to the disabled toilet, I was told this was closed due to a blockage that occurred the day before. This was the only disable toilet within the building so my expectation is that this is a priority to be fixed before opening the following day. By the time I left this had still not been fixed and I noticed a lady in a wheelchair as I was leaving. I just hope she didn’t have to experience the same discomfort and disappointment that I was left with having to leave the building to then try and find an accessible loo somewhere else.

Came here for a friends party. The building inside is stunning very spacious, pretty hanging lights from the ceiling you cant fault the decor the way its styled is gorgeous, its just a typical beautiful listed building of Liverpool with incredible architechture. Very spacious you feel like you have plenty of rooms inbetween tables which is great if you in a bigger group. Now for the food, oh dear a very small slate type plate arrived with 3 tiny finger sandwiches on, some tiny lil quiche that was no bigger than a 50p peice even the scone was dissapointing and so small. The tea range is impressive tho I had the champagne chassis very nice. But as far as the food goes, probably the smallest and most basic afternoon tea I have ever been served in my life the fillings and bread were nothing special I was so shocked tbh not what you would expect at all for the price and in the heart of the city centre. My advice eat before you go, or arrange to go for food afterwards as this tiny offering will leave you feeling very ripped off and hungry. Oh and no hand wash in the ladies toilets. I told my sister today and the same happened to her when she visited last year again no hand wash? plus be prepared service is very slow I waited over 25 mins for the glass of processo that comes with the afternoon tea package. I wont be going back, its such a shame because the place itself is stunning. Nevermind, another city centre place which all about the look and nothing more.

Had afternoon tea there for Mother’s Day and couldn’t fault it . Service and food were fantastic. The room looked beautiful with its net of fairy lights . Room was lovely and warm despite the cold wet weather outside. Would really recommend it . Staff are lovely.

Had a lovely Afternoon Tea here. Food was very tasty, an extensive choice of tea to choose from to drink hot or cold. Great atmosphere with a brilliant view. We booked to ensure we'd get a space.

We went for afternoon tea and the food was delicious! The tea selection was wonderful, we chose English Breakfast and it was the perfect accompaniment. We enquired about mocktails for one of the party, and the staff were super accommodating and offered to make any alcoholic cocktail into non alcoholic. The service was a little slow, but there were 2 girls on trials and they were excellent 👌🏻 So the delay can be forgiven! Only real negative was the toilets - they were all blocked. I was able to use the upstairs accessible toilet, however, so not the end of the world. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend for afternoon tea - we've had a few in Liverpool and this was the best to date!

Food gorgeous and staff knowledgeable and pleasant but service was a little slow that's why it only got 4 stats not 5 . Atmosphere is hard in a big open place but it looked lovely x

OH ME OH MY 🍰 I hadn't been for an afternoon tea since I had my baby and its one of my favourite things to do. My sister booked @ohmeohmy_liv and their afternoon teas was priced at £25.95 which included unlimited tea and coffee. Their tea selection was from @leafonboldst which was great to have a wide selection but, I'm a bore and just like English breakfast! I have to be honest, it's probably right down my list of afternoon teas. The venue itself looks quite bare and empty when you walk in in my opinion- maybe they were getting sorted for Christmas or it's a look that's popular nowadays! The sandwich selection was lovely, the salmon was my favourite along with the goats cheese. I think what let it down were the cakes. The sparklers were a nice touch to the dark chocolate but, none of the cakes wowed me. The scone which should be the main event of any afternoon tea failed to excite me, it lacked flavour. It's also a bit difficult to get into the venue if you have a pram- there's no ramp to use so you can struggle up the steps- something that needs attention. The staff were attentive and lovely, it's just not a place I would return to for food.

Never again! Pre booked afternoon tea with my husband, a Mother’s Day gift from our children. We were ignored for at least 5 minutes on arrival, with a couple in front being taken to their table, but no acknowledgement from the staff that they would be back for us, with staff passing by but still nothing. Eventually shown to a dirty table for 8, with no cloth but dirty crockery and sticky menus smeared with something. After another 15 minutes waiting to be offered something, another table of 2 came in, were seated and eventually offered drinks; still nothing for us. I got up and asked to speak to a manager. The guy who had seated us asked what the problem was. He denied we had been ignored, offered no explanation to the delay but agreed to a full refund(£59.50). No apology was offered, completely disinterested. I was so upset as it should have been perfect. We had taken the afternoon off work, travelled in by bus, train and tube and we had been treated badly. Staff need retraining and the place needs a good scrub.

Wow - delectable sandwiches 🥪 and cakes with a lit sparkler 🧨. We had the English breakfast tea which was tasty and not too herbal tasting even though it was a special blend ☕️ The best mini Dane jug was the chicken pesto bacon one 🤤We went on a Thursday at lunchtime - it was very quiet but beautifully lit snd had candles (Christmas music was playing in late October but it was jazzy and gave atmosphere). Feedback - the disabled loo hand dryer wasn’t working and the bin which was a foot pedal also didn’t work. This may be a problem for disabled customers.

Came here for an afternoon tea & was really impressed overall, compared to other high end places in Liverpool city this one is priced & has great quality food in it. My only complaint is that everything took too long, we waited 45 minutes for the sandwiches and cakes to be brought out and any hot drink we ordered took at least 15 minutes. The staff serving were fantastic and very helpful, but I do think there needs to be more making the drinks.

The nicest afternoon tea I’ve ever had! The savoury options were just as good as the sweets, and the setting was just as beautiful as the food! The service was lovely and to top it off, unlimited tea and hot chocolate. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Went for the Afternoon Tea, it was a bit of a fail from start to finish. The food is quite nice though. Although everything was broke the lift, ice machine. Ordered drinks waited 20mi utes, after asking 4 times. Didn’t get the Prosecco either with the food had to ask for that - 3 times. It was the small things. Spent a lot of money for hardly any food and the service was really slow! Some of the staff were nice. But no one really knew what was going on. Overall very disappointed and dissatisfied. Would not go back.

Rooftop bar with views. Checked the bar wax open before going up 8 floors to the rooftop bar. When got there told the bar wasn't open - and may open in 30 minutes or an hour!! Also told that we'd have to go back down as the bar staff (1 person) had to go back down to get something!! Then told we could go back up ... lack of communication and decision making. Poor customer service.

If I'd paid for my wedding holding there I'd be pretty disappointed. The food was a let down, and there wasn't enough of it. The drink prices are crazy and the roof garden area has no provision for the rain, how hard would it be to string up some canopies up there?

I booked afternoon tea for a birthday treat with my sister. We arrived at the time booked but were asked to wait in the foyer till a table came free, 15min later the maitre de called us through joking he had forgotten we were there. He walked away and all the staff wandered past as though we were invisible. After a further 10min and many attempts to get someone's attention we collared a waitress and complained. She said she couldn't apologise enough but the barely conscious staff continued to wander doing very little and it was an effort to get anyone's attention. Food and drinks were OK, nothing special but on the whole the experience was poor given the dreadful service.

On the rooftop the venue was tacky and scruffy as well as the staff. No service, expensive and a lot of drinks ‘unavailable’. Glass was mucky covered in lipstick and refused a refund or even a new drink/glass. Toilets stank and upkeep/ cleanliness was bad, I would definitely go to a different bar in Liverpool.

Absolutely stunning food. Brilliant service and exceptional views from the rooftop bar. 10/10 from me. Definitely going back with my daughters.

Am amazing venue for my friend's wedding reception. The food was delicious and the main area was beautiful with stunning lights.

We turned up late afternoon in the hope of having afternoon tea. The delightful Jack greeted us, showed us to a quiet corner with a lovely sofa and served us with delicious cake and excellent tea. The ambience was so relaxing and this was the perfect end to a busy day visiting Liverpool. We would certainly recommend others to visit here, and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the city. Thanks Jack!

The most expensive drinks in Liverpool. £4.80 for a blackcurrent and soda. The beer was £7. Needless to say only one drink was had. Nothing short of a rip off. I would say if you are looking for a wedding or celebration venue do not- unless you are rich beyond your wildest dreams- book this venue. They will rip your guests off.

Excited to book an afternoon tea with my daughter for her birthday, especially as they were more than accommodating to cater for our dietary requirements - one gluten free and one vegan. However, the food was in edible from a vegan perspective - the gluten free more tolerable but it was obvious that the food was prepped earlier and left out - there was a crust on the humous and cakes were dry. No thinking through for my daughters vegan food - i.e. no vegan cream for the scone. The tea presentation was poor and i was shocked to see two trays of tea selections were left uncovered throughout our time there . My daughter asked for peppermint tea and when she was served it - the waiter asked if we would like the bill now! I The customer service was extremely poor and staff didn't have adequate customer skills - mumbled responses as they were walking away and our plates positioned in such a way we couldn't converse -the high tea towers were in front of our faces. We explained that the vegan savoury selection was too salty - my daughter ate one sandwich and they didn't seem to care. I asked to use the toilet and was told to go down stairs - i need level access and enquired if there was an accessible loo, to be told there was one - no signage - i used it and found there was no loo paper! I use oxygen to walk and it should have been obvious to the staff that I had needs. I am so disappointed about our experience and sadly would not recommend it as a place to go. It certainly was not value for money .

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at oh me oh my last Friday. It is actually impossible to sum up in a review how incredible the staff at OMOM have been from start to finish. The venue itself is breathtaking and our family from Australia and Canada got the true Liverpool experience being in a venue that captures the heart of the city. Honestly nothing was too much for the team - we had our food tasting and fell in love with the staff then, they couldn’t do enough for you and make you feel like the only couple to ever get married there, you feel like such a priority and that is so unique. Our original wedding planner Laura was incredible - so attentive - so responsive, an amazing human being!!!! She left the company a few weeks before our wedding and we had Rinah. Rinah has an incredible warm and calming energy the second we met her (at the tasting) and I knew we were in safe hands. Safe actually doesn’t cover it- Rinah and her team set up all my decorations perfectly - I could have spent Thousands on venue dressers but they did it all. My family loved her- we love her !! Her sense of humour and the fact she understood us as a couple made our perfect day, perfect! She spent every minute checking that everything was just right and I could tell she was so invested in making our day special. Rinah you are incredible and a massive reason why our day was the best it could have been ! I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else and everyone that took over on the night as managers were incredible too - they literally couldn’t do enough and we are forever grateful! Fantastic staff jack was amazing

We attended Oh Me Oh My Sunday 28th May and there was 14 of us booked for a hen do morning. The area provided for us up the stairs was beautiful and the privacy allowed us to play hen party quizzes without there being others around and was absolutely perfect. We brought some balloons to decorate and staff were so accomodating letting us come in abit earlier and making sure we had some water while setting up or if we needed anything. Our server Jack who brought over the teas was so helpful and really made the experience enjoyable. He talked us through the selection of teas made recommendations allowed us to smell the different types to make choices. He was very kind and allowed us to order both hot and iced tea selections should we not like one of the options. He would keep checking in on us and his personality was so likable and fun it really just made the experience even more perfect. The other girls bringing the orders and taking further orders were also so lovely and I couldn't fault the service at all. The food itself, well normally at afternoon tea you leave still abit hungry, and I can honestly say this was not the case as the selection was so good and food tasted delicious. The towers of sweet food were beautiful and the raspberry and white chocolate profiteroles were a highlight. We actually couldn't actually eat it all and staff kindly allowed us to box up some left overs. This venue would be suited to almost all events from casual afternoon tea, baby showers etc. I really couldn't recommend this place enough for a delightful afternoon tea experience with the lovely venue decorations, amazing staff and fab food and drink.

The place was really nice, been before for wedding party. This was afternoon tea as a birthday treat. Food was really great and plenty of it. Service was poor as I had to look for a highchair for baby it was tucked behind stairs, I couldn't get it, so someone finally came and got it for me. Had a great experience with teas as the different varieties were explained very well. Getting the bill was a bit slow, then it arrived twice as we were trying to pay the first one. Apart from that we had a great time, definitely recommend especially for afternoon tea.

My Daughters wedding reception venue a few dags ago , what a fabulous place, big enough for a wedding but not so big that you miss seeing anyone, just right. Staff were the best, polite efficient and very good at what they do. As for the food it was fantastic, the bar prices were lower than I expected and plenty of bar staff on hand. The roof top bar was amazing, as the sun set and the surrounding buildings were lit everyone took photos. For a private function I can highly recommend Oh me oh my

Amazing attention to detail, best place in Liverpool

I attended a wedding at this venue and the service was perfect. The staff were very friendly and informative. I believe I was the only vegan guest out of what must've been at least 100 people but they took great care to cater for me. Despite there being no specified vegan option for the main course or dessert when I RSVP'd to the wedding they made sure I was a satisfied customer. And I was. They made a bowl of roasted potatoes especially for me as the others weren't vegan and they were the best roasties I've ever had. The brownie they made me for dessert was perfect as well. All the food was delicious and I cannot fault the service at all. Every time I asked if a certain item was vegan or not they didn't react badly at all. They smiled, said they'd check for me and came back not long later with an answer. Would highly recommend this place

Had a corporate event here on the grand floor. Venue looked lovely, food was delicious, table and chairs good and the staff onsite were lovely and approachable. The only down side was the food was late coming out which set us back on our time line as this was a charity event with an auction. If the food wasn't late I would have rated higher

First time here based on reputation and it was perfect from start to finish! Our server was Honey and honestly.. they need to keep hold of her! Funny and friendly, refreshing and informative. She was just as much a part of the experience as the afternoon tea! Lots of choice and everything was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere, the decor and the piste de resistance was when we were asked if we’d like to go to the rooftop with our cocktails to watch the sun set and the lights of Liverpool come on. I would highly recommend and intend to return. Just fabulous 💕

What an absolutely fantastic place this is. My favourite afternoon tea in ages, and our host was wonderful. One of our party is pregnant and they took time to go through the menu and offer alternate options with zero fuss. Lovely. The tea selection was from Leaf (assuming they're owned by the same company maybe?), And the cakes were from heaven 😁

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea! Staff were very friendly and accommodating and food was excellent - especially those scones! Teas were carefully explained and choices we made were great. Would definitely recommend especially for a celebration!

My husband and I visited for afternoon tea. This had been a gift for our 50th wedding anniversary in March and we booked for yesterday 23rd November. When we were seated a lady came with a tray of different dried teas for us to smell and choose from, sge was very knowledgeable. You can have unlimited tea/ coffee or hot chocolate. The sandwiches arrived, all freshly made and very tasty. Then the beautiful 3 tier cake stand with the most delicious cakes. Well, we rolled home, full to the brim and I didn't eat again until lunch the next day 😊. Lovely friendly staff, great service - would highly recommend.

Great place for afternoon tea. Fab choice of loose tea/coffees and varied choice sandwiches and cakes. Friendly staff that are very knowledgeable about the tea but not intrusive either. Lovely touch for a birthday- sparkler brownie from the chef. Highly recommend a visit
