Pret-A-Manger in Liverpool

It was okay but they didn't have what I wanted and staff not very friendly. I wouldn't go back to this one.

I have been coming regularly further last two months as the app offers good value and the location is convenient. However though I order the same thing every morning the coffee is always different, the shots are continuously pulled into the same cup then free poured into, so the strength of the coffee is different each time. Further more, they get very busy, which is great for buisness, however there is no order and the service is poor. Three separate people kept taking my drink before me, the simple solution would be names on the cups. Once my sub has expired, I shall not be returning once the sub has expired.

Excellent service, staff are exceptional helpful.

It's a comfortable inside with nice staff but at lunch time the rat race spills in and the place gets noisy and overbearing. If you want to unwind without commotion going on around you just don't go around office lunch hour.

Charge 20% more for “eating in” then the price displayed. Then found a bone in the duck wrap. Unpleasant experience all round

Usually very pleased with visiting Pret but disappointed this time. I had a hot bacon and egg roll....filling was okay although bacon very dry but the roll was inedible! Extremely dry on the outside and soft and "mushy" inside. I will never order this again! This is the first time I have visited this one. The one in Chester and in Liverpool 1 seem much better.

I called in for a coffee a few weeks ago and my card did not work. The really nice lady who served me was really kind and helpful. Made me day! Highly recommended.

Go here every Thursday for my morning coffee, the staff are excellent and would recommend pret a manger to anyone.

This is my go to coffee shop whilst at work. Staff are super friendly and efficient. I must mention the £25 per month coffee subscription which allows you 5 drinks per day at 30 minute intervals which is great value for money if you have 1 coffee a day (based on a 20 day working month).

xxx STRONGLY RECOMMEND xxx PRET in Old Hall Street is my fav city coffee shop! There is a wide variety of breakfast foods - especially VEGAN - selection of fresh sandwiches, and of course great organic coffee ! Staff if Amazing - hard working and very helpful :)

Disappointing sandwich selection. Not been to Pret for a few years and I'm sure it used to do interesting and exciting new food. Maybe everywhere else has caught up. Service was OK.

Called in with my wife and son and asked the girl serving if my son could use the toilets as he's potty training. She smiled and said yes, the tall guy who was working with her locked the toilets and let us find out for ourselves that it was locked, when asked the girl looked shocked that he'd locked them. She apologised and he rolled his eyes at us. Wouldn't go there again. The girl serving was great but he's got no Empathy and wouldn't look at us Wish I could give minus one

Simple coffee and a sandwich - Perfection. The staff were superb nd so pleasant. I needed the toilet which can be a problem during lockdown with everything blocked off but I was shown where they were and shown by the most delightful person. Its so nice when people are so nice ! A lovely clean outlet.

Apareció para un bocadillo rápido y café a la hora del almuerzo. El sandwich estaba muy fresco y el café preparado a mi gusto. Una buena elección a un precio razonable. Recomendaría.

We were in Pret a Manger in Old Hall rd Liverpool this week ordered a coffee and a hot milk and the young man serving us with such a pleasant manner waived the charge! (I presume he was the manager to be able to do this.) We were aghast at this random act of kindness.

Ordered 2 coffees to take away and a bacon roll. I assumed the bacon roll would be heated up as they are in paper bags on the counter. I was given the coffees and waited for the bacon roll. After waiting about 5 minutes I was asked what I am waiting for. They then decided to tell me I just take the roll and they dint heat them. Very unhelpful staff. Left very disappointed as wanted a hot roll to give to the homeless lady who sits over the road. Wont be going back

Voy todos los días de semana, a veces más de una vez al día, y cada vez que visito al personal es tan agradable y amable, es un verdadero placer verlos. La elección de la comida y la bebida es excelente, hay muchas mesas si elijo sentarme, y siempre es fresco y cómodo por dentro. ¡Hace que mi jornada laboral sea mucho mejor!

Obviously a chain and you get the standard selection. But I like it for lunch. This is quite a nice one to visit. Convenient but not too crowded. Good service always.

Fabulous choice is this Pret, wifi also available which you can also use in other Prets across the UK and also picks up in New York! Love their ginger ale!

Nice to find this pret in the city centre. A great place to relax after our tours. All my favourite food too. However tables were not cleared despite the hordes of people buying food at the counter. I realise that it was lunchtime but it felt like a scrum.

Better than other coffee bars. Love their Chocbar.

Very clean and organised Pret! Closing time week days is 17:30 and not 18:00 as google suggests. Friendly people and a good atmosphere. Will definitely be back for breakfast, lunch and possibly dinner 🥘 😁!

I went in there twice today as I had to get an express passport-stressful! Both times staff were very friendly and in particular thank you to Mark who was very empathetic and took the time to have a chat with me. A stressful day ended on a good note so thank you! :-)

Ok for a quick bite to eat. Clearly more business orientated and less family friendly despite the high chairs as 1. Didn't have the basic cheese or ham sandwiches like the other city centre stores for my little boy and 2. No offer to bring the food and hot drinks to the table like the other stores when they see you have kids with you so I balanced a tray with hot drinks on one hand and steered a buggy with the other!

Comfortable and very close to The Mersey Pier Head and ferries.

Pret simply do the freshest food of all the high street chains, the difference being good prices, great food, fast service and clean premises - well done.

A nice buzzy example of this chain with lovely friendly staff who clearly were enjoying their job and interacting with the customers nicely!! My salad and flat white coffee was well up to scratch and the store was bright and clean!!

Friendly staff limited choice on snacks and cold drinks. Poor gluten free choice. Ordered 2 hot chocolates which were loot warm. The clue is in the name of the drink.
