Brasco Lounge in Liverpool

Fantastic spot at the Albert Dock. Myself and my partner both have food allergies and the staff and allergen key on the menu were very helpful when ordering. There is a lot of choice on the menu but I recommend the smash burger, it was delicious!! Good cocktails also.

Nice atmosphere. Really great range of food and options, being able to order off my phone was very easy to use. I would definitely come back again.

Delicious food, spacious place and good local beer. This is a chain from England that can be found in many places, but you know what to expect.

Gluten free options were just amazing. I chose an all day breakfast meal, which was delicious. But there are so many options available I was spoilt for choice, which definitely makes a welcome change. 5 star all round. Plus dogs can go in too, so that's a bonus for all the dog walkers!

A nice eatery with broad range of food and drinks, vegan and glutten free menu also available. The food were tasty and cooked fresh, so it may take some time when they are busy. But even that usually still reasonably fast. Pity they haven't changed the menu for quite sometime now. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The venue itself is very cozy and have indoor or outdoor seating when the weather permits. Overall it was a nice place.

I was very impressed that they had a gluten-free menu and a vegan menu as well as the main menu. In order to order you have to download an app or scan at the table or pay at the counter. I opted to pay at the counter. The process took around 15-mins (it was saturday lunchtime). The food arrived very swiftly and I have to say it was delicious and good value. The staff were very good. I was just frustrated by the ordering system, if there was just one person processing the food orders and another making up the drinks, it would've felt a smoother process.

Great buzz about the place, I've had breakfast here a couple of times and it's really nice. Service always good too. I will be back. TAW also do the bacon butty show from here on Mondays which is really cool.

SO delicious!! Loved how safe it was for me with celiac. Separate GF menu. So many options. We loved the halloumi fries (similar to America fried mozzarella sticks, but way better). I’ve missed breaded fried cheese, so this was a treat. Excellent breaded chicken sandwich with a delicious bun. Dedicated fryer. Didn’t have any negative reaction to the food.

Absolutely great place to meet friends and have some food,we went there to painting class and it was great,deffo do it again and we had the best salted caramel Sundays with amazing milkshakes 😀

Had the eggs benedict which were cooked to perfection.

Not tried the food yet but the cocktails are gorgeous!

We are fans of Bordo in Carlisle, and Gallico in Lancaster, so when we saw this place we immediately realised it was of the same group. They have a style of their own but, more importantly, the food and drink offerings are very good. A little quirky without being silly, and food that is a little different without being too dramatic. Very Good !!

Out with my friend as we enrolled in a painting class here. The setting is great with funky paintings to the walls and amazing light shades. There are plenty of options for drinks, I ordered a Nasi Goreng at £13.95 on a recommendation for my meal, It wasn't the best. The rice was clumped and wet, what chicken was in the bowl, was hard and dry, the egg and prawns and spring onion made it look so nice, too. I felt it was a little overpriced for a microwave meal ( as it felt that this is what it was). I would come back for the place, as the service from everyone from the bar staff to both waiters was great, toilets clean.

Absolutely top service and fantastic food. Really relaxing nothing is too much trouble. The kids played board games. Food was so good that little man said I'm really enjoying this burger. The club ciabatta was so good that I went to the kitchen to pay my compliments to the chef. We had a really nice time and really good prices. Their food was even recommended to us by the maritime museum team.

A small Lounges with a nice view of Albert Dock from the terrace. I didn't order a tapas because it was rather busy. I did have a half of Menebrea for £3.05.

Wrongly advertised good service hours. Needs to be updated as this is misleading, yet all the advertising hoarding was still outside advertising food as well Need to update your signage!!!

Great place to chill out and relax with a very good menu, good range of drinks and nicely situated close to the Mersey. We only had time for one visit this time but as previously, it was very good.

Went for brunch after staying over in Liverpool. Food was good just a little expensive for what it was. Service was outstanding and the staff were really friendly (swapping out tomato for an extra hash brown on my breakfast). Great for vegans and vegetarians with a very expansive and varied menu. Really enjoyed it, just the milkshake lacked a bit of taste and was very icy.

Stopped by at Brasco Lounge for afternoon drinks on a warm day (there was one, honestly). The place was busy. As the day headed towards the evening, went for the two for £12.50 cocktails. A good selection that went down a treat. We didn't stop at one. The only food we had was a few fries, so not really a representative rating. The menu did look interesting, with enough variety to make sure we will be back.

My Husband and I regularly visit Brasco Lounge, their eggs benedict are my favourite in the city, they are SO good. I also really love the pancakes! I like the quirky little events they do too. We've attended the board games night and a few quiz's too! The staff are always so nice, welcoming and friendly. They can't do enough for you but also leave you in peace to just enjoy your meal! Great brunch spot - no nonsense, good portion sizes. Easy to order via the website and good arrived fast. Convenient location. We were able to get a table for two without a booking on Sunday brunch time.

Great food. Had the Harissa Chicken Flatbread and Chicken Kiev Burger. Definitely worth a visit! The staff were friendly and helpful.

I don't know how the coffee or food is in the Brasco Lounge in Liverpool. The staff simply wouldn't take our order. We were here on a nice Saturday afternoon, June 29. We wanted coffee or a drink. Maybe something to eat. It was half full, so not crowded. Plenty of staff--we could see them around the bar. When we arrived, we approached one of the staff and asked if we were supposed to order there or sit at a table. She laughed as if it was silly that we didn't know. And she said sit. Fifteen minutes later, we had seen outdoor tables cleared. We had seen a long conversation among four staff around the bar. We had twiddled our thumbs. At last we we left. It was not a big deal for us. But being older folks, we did wonder if the young people running this lounge kind of regarded us as invisible. Or maybe this was a one-time accident. Seeing all the nice reviews of this place, I wish they had waited on us. (Note: after several days in Liverpool, we think this may be one of the kindest and friendliest cities we have encountered in a pretty long life of travel abroad. Hence, this odd interaction stood out.)

The lounge was very clean and tidy. We got welcomed as soon as we walked in. The coffee was so lovely I ordered a second one. Staff very polite and food was lovely.

I have been in this place twice and every time my orders came with missing item, staff were not friendly at all, the quality of food is average and I would not recommend this place at all, it doesn't worth the money.

Terrible service, ordered at the table as requested drinks came straight away, enquired about our food after 30 minutes to be told they couldn’t find us and it had been thrown away they’d have to cook again! Over 50 minutes for very average food, ate very rushed, no complimentary drink while we waited or reduction in bill. Then got an email asking for feedback which I gave and then one from the manager Tom who said we had put the wrong table number on the order!! What??? How did we get our drinks then Tom. Even worse after sales care, blaming the customer AVIOD!!

Ordered with the app and it took a half an hour to arrive.

Ordered drinks using the scan and pay service. It took half an hour for them to arrive. Wine glass was dirty. Tables around were left with no members of staff collecting glasses or clearing up. Very poor.

It did the trick for a quick lunch meal. The food is good, that’s the main thing.

Went here after Disney on Ice at the M&S arena. The Albert Dock was busy but 3 adults and a toddler were seated quickly. Having eaten here before and at other Lounge venues we know the food is always good and service is efficient. Again yhe Brasco lounge delivered, food was served quickly and was as expected. Good food, good service, reasonable price. What else is to say.

Sloppy place, staff disinterested, food very poor. Stale flatbread , cremated buttermilk chicken Kiev. Disgrace a chef sent it out. Worse food we had in Liverpool by a mile.

Went here for breakfast and immediately got greeted by Jay who gave us a warm welcome. We had looked at the menu at the restaurant next door but no one came over to urge us to sit down had they done we would have, however we were like “let’s look at Branco lounge menu and decide” to which as soon as entered we were greeted warmly. The food was delish - Shashuka and Miami brunch so tasty. Also Jay bought over treats and water for my dog without us even asking. Honestly really impressed with this place, music great also for the time of day. Well done Brasco lounge I’ll be back - adding this to the regular breakfast list.

Researched menu on line and then following a great walk on the docks (restaurant superbly located), got a warm welcome on arrival. It was very busy (game at Anfield) but service was great. We ordered a Lounge Breakfast, Breakfast Muffin and Chips. All the food was hot, fresh and tasty. Well presented. Price was very reasonable for the location and quality. Recommend.

I think this might have been the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had, perfectly cooked egg, sausage split lengthways, open face - loved it. Great coffee too.

Visited today. I have a severe gluten allergy and not only does this restaurant have a load of choices for people like me but the staff seem to be helpful and know a lot about allergies and intolerances. Food was delivered in half an hour despite the restaurant being extremely busy. The food was absolutely wonderful. Halloumi fries, bbq chicken wings and the juice were all amazing. The lounge burger tasted phenomenal but lacked the juiciness and texture you could find at other places. Pets are also allowed, that’s nice. Considering a) the amount of food, and b) the quality of food, around £32 per person isn’t bad at all. The burger comes with a large amount of coleslaw and chips, which were soft, crunchy and tasted nice. Desert was amazing, if you go here I would suggest you get these foods: Maple BBQ chicken wings, steak(medium), lounge burger, halloumi fries, ice cream sundae(with brownies chunks), buttermilk fried chicken, and I’m sure there’s more nice foods I haven’t tried. Overall, not too expensive, loads of options for people with allergies, pet friendly environment, not that long of a wait for food to arrive, and friendly/knowledgable staff. 10/10 experience, would come again. 👌💯😋😋😋

I thought it was a lovely restaurant and bar. With a very original decoration and many tables. Of course...you have to order things at the bar...which I didn't like very much. What we ordered was very good and reasonably priced.

Fantastic service - no problems fitting us in during the lunchtime rush, even with a wheelchair and two dogs.

Family lunch for parents children and grandparents was excellent. Food, drinks and service were all spot-on.

When me and my partner were in Liverpool over the weekend, we came here every morning for breakfast! We couldn’t resist every morning. This place is so good for gluten free, which is great for me, a celiac. They are so knowledgeable on gluten free and cross contamination, which is really reassuring for me, and a main reason why I kept coming back. They also didn’t judge me for having a brownie for breakfast. Bonus points! I’m going to miss the staff here, they were so friendly and recognised us every morning! I can’t wait to come back here for food :)

Food was great, the twisted chicken club was amazing

Wonderful dog friendly venue. It’s such a perfect place to go and read a book and relax. The streaky bacon sandwich is just unreal and so are the sausages. My dog and I enjoy it every time. Great staff. Great place. Great vibe. Love the little book swap area and all of the comfy sofas. Great little hideaway in the city.

There are also healthier foods. The pancakes were fine but not outstanding. The environment is beautiful and the service is fast.

Place centrally located on the docks. Cool atmosphere, very good beer! I had a burger, which was tasty, not perfect, but definitely edible. A good quesadilla for an appetizer. It's worth coming by and trying it. Interestingly, orders are placed at the bar.

Conveniently located near the pier head, so handy for a drink or meal when visiting nearby attractions. Called in for lunch, food was reasonably priced and tasty, we had the chicken shawarma which was very tasty. Service was pleasant and efficient.
