Ordered with the app and it took a half an hour to arrive.

Ordered drinks using the scan and pay service. It took half an hour for them to arrive. Wine glass was dirty. Tables around were left with no members of staff collecting glasses or clearing up. Very poor.

It did the trick for a quick lunch meal. The food is good, that’s the main thing.

Only disappointment was that they allowed dogs to sit on chairs at the table which i thought was quite disgusting !!

Went here after Disney on Ice at the M&S arena. The Albert Dock was busy but 3 adults and a toddler were seated quickly. Having eaten here before and at other Lounge venues we know the food is always good and service is efficient. Again yhe Brasco lounge delivered, food was served quickly and was as expected. Good food, good service, reasonable price. What else is to say.

Sloppy place, staff disinterested, food very poor. Stale flatbread , cremated buttermilk chicken Kiev. Disgrace a chef sent it out. Worse food we had in Liverpool by a mile.

Went here for breakfast and immediately got greeted by Jay who gave us a warm welcome. We had looked at the menu at the restaurant next door but no one came over to urge us to sit down had they done we would have, however we were like “let’s look at Branco lounge menu and decide” to which as soon as entered we were greeted warmly. The food was delish - Shashuka and Miami brunch so tasty. Also Jay bought over treats and water for my dog without us even asking. Honestly really impressed with this place, music great also for the time of day. Well done Brasco lounge I’ll be back - adding this to the regular breakfast list.

Researched menu on line and then following a great walk on the docks (restaurant superbly located), got a warm welcome on arrival. It was very busy (game at Anfield) but service was great. We ordered a Lounge Breakfast, Breakfast Muffin and Chips. All the food was hot, fresh and tasty. Well presented. Price was very reasonable for the location and quality. Recommend.

I think this might have been the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had, perfectly cooked egg, sausage split lengthways, open face - loved it. Great coffee too.

Visited today. I have a severe gluten allergy and not only does this restaurant have a load of choices for people like me but the staff seem to be helpful and know a lot about allergies and intolerances. Food was delivered in half an hour despite the restaurant being extremely busy. The food was absolutely wonderful. Halloumi fries, bbq chicken wings and the juice were all amazing. The lounge burger tasted phenomenal but lacked the juiciness and texture you could find at other places. Pets are also allowed, that’s nice. Considering a) the amount of food, and b) the quality of food, around £32 per person isn’t bad at all. The burger comes with a large amount of coleslaw and chips, which were soft, crunchy and tasted nice. Desert was amazing, if you go here I would suggest you get these foods: Maple BBQ chicken wings, steak(medium), lounge burger, halloumi fries, ice cream sundae(with brownies chunks), buttermilk fried chicken, and I’m sure there’s more nice foods I haven’t tried. Overall, not too expensive, loads of options for people with allergies, pet friendly environment, not that long of a wait for food to arrive, and friendly/knowledgable staff. 10/10 experience, would come again. 👌💯😋😋😋

Such a friendly, warm, inviting place. Can relax with a coffee or 3 course meal. Gorgeous tapas, love the squid, meatballs. Breakfast is the best, and do a great coffee.

I thought it was a lovely restaurant and bar. With a very original decoration and many tables. Of course...you have to order things at the bar...which I didn't like very much. What we ordered was very good and reasonably priced.

Family lunch for parents children and grandparents was excellent. Food, drinks and service were all spot-on.

Fantastic service - no problems fitting us in during the lunchtime rush, even with a wheelchair and two dogs.

When me and my partner were in Liverpool over the weekend, we came here every morning for breakfast! We couldn’t resist every morning. This place is so good for gluten free, which is great for me, a celiac. They are so knowledgeable on gluten free and cross contamination, which is really reassuring for me, and a main reason why I kept coming back. They also didn’t judge me for having a brownie for breakfast. Bonus points! I’m going to miss the staff here, they were so friendly and recognised us every morning! I can’t wait to come back here for food :)

Wonderful dog friendly venue. It’s such a perfect place to go and read a book and relax. The streaky bacon sandwich is just unreal and so are the sausages. My dog and I enjoy it every time. Great staff. Great place. Great vibe. Love the little book swap area and all of the comfy sofas. Great little hideaway in the city.

There are also healthier foods. The pancakes were fine but not outstanding. The environment is beautiful and the service is fast.

Place centrally located on the docks. Cool atmosphere, very good beer! I had a burger, which was tasty, not perfect, but definitely edible. A good quesadilla for an appetizer. It's worth coming by and trying it. Interestingly, orders are placed at the bar.

Conveniently located near the pier head, so handy for a drink or meal when visiting nearby attractions. Called in for lunch, food was reasonably priced and tasty, we had the chicken shawarma which was very tasty. Service was pleasant and efficient.

I had a Mexican Super Bowl and my friend had a buttermilk fried chicken, both were delicious, and the friendly vibe definitely made the experience perfect.

Called in on a Sunday afternoon for a coffee. The place is tastefully decorated and very clean (including the toilets). ALL of the staff were friendly, helpful and "smiley"! The coffee was strong and hot and served in decent sized cups. Another bonus (for us) is that the place is dog friendly and has a dog station with water bowls and free doggy treats. Although we didn't eat on this occasion, we looked at the menu and the prices appeared decent with around £13.00 for a main course. Based on this visit, we will call in again and maybe have some lunch. Thank you for making our visit memorable.

A quirky bar/restaurant in a lovely location by Albert Dock Food was good and our waiter was really friendly. The restaurant is dog friendly and there are lots of different sitting and eating options (couches, tables etc).

Have been in Liverpool for years but haven’t explored much of the city. Visited Brasco Lounge after mooching round the Museum of Liverpool and we were quickly greeted by friendly staff despite it being very busy. We were seated immediately and our food was served soon after ordering. It was super tasty and reasonably priced. Can’t ask for much more! Nice atmosphere and will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Ate here between Christmas and New Year. We were left standing at the door for a good ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Then after being sat down for 20 minutes we asked to order only to be told we had to goto the bar. That wasn't a problem but we should have been advised that on being seated. The food was average. Me being veggie ordered three veggie tapas dishes including the "bang bang cauliflower" my husband ordered three including the buffalo wings. When the dishes arrived the chef had topped my husbands chicken wings with spicy sauce and jalapenos which he can't eat.(these should have been on the cauli" My cauli dish was dry as a bone and tasted burned and was so black. It was obvious the chef hadn't taken care as to which dish he was putting the sauce and chillis on. We didn't approach the staff to rectify the situation as they were so disinterested it was ridiculous. Husband left his chicken and I didn't finish the cauliflower as it was dry and unpleasant. Needless to say we won't be returning. I may add our friends did enjoy what they had , maybe our choices were wrong , who knows . It did explain why it wasn't that busy though.

We enjoyed our visit here, by the liverpool canal, nice atmosphere, yummy food and a massive choice of gluten free choices that were tasty and the staff were helpful about allergy requirements.

Food is pretty good, the service is also very nice but the decor is amazing. There is a peculiar and positive feel about that place. Definitely recommended!

Updated review. Had a burger here this evening, undercooked and very pink. Sent back and head chef agreed it was undercooked... Refund issued for food and my drink due to this. On speaking to the bar manager, he assured me this burger was cooked for the correct amount of time and probed for temperature (this burger was not hot throughout), stating the burger was cooked correctly. My argument being how can you have cooked this properly If an undercooked burger was served to a customer. I've eaten here on and off for a period of six months living locally, I only ever eat the burgers!! , great cosy little place and food usually good. However this time around I was surprised to have been served a very very pink burger. I'm now sat at home, a little worried..... having suffered food poisoning a couple of years ago, which caused a severe reaction! Something I'm very serious to avoid again. Sadly, I've decided that I will no longer eat here again after the experience based on the fact that the food is being "correctly cooked" but served undercooked. Why should I be checking my food, having put my trust in professional cooks who are trained and tasked to cook food properly and SAFELY.. Which on this occasion, was not the case. If you're not checking this food before it leaves the kitchen, then what are you doing?If you're going to offer a properly cooked rare, medium or well done burger to customers you need to be asking them which they prefer. Visited on a rainy Monday evening, it was quiet,service good , varied menu served quickly would revisit .Also got free desserts as it was a Monday offer.

Waited at the door to be seated for 5 minutes. Staff saw us and ignored us. Manager was on his laptop, saw us and didn't come over so we left. I could see there were a number of reserved tables so if they were fully booked they only needed to tell us.

Really great staff but the food was of poor quality. There are many different cuisines, tapas, Malaysian, burgers etc. Had the nasi goreng with prawns and chicken. The portion was small, chicken was like rubber and the prawns were the smallest I had ever seen and non existent. Everyone at the party agreed the place was below average.

Google's first one-star rating goes to you. It's hard to achieve a one-star, but you managed it. Needs improvement in hosting – isn't the purpose to provide better service? In reality, every group of guests stood at the entrance for a long time without any staff assistance. Inquired about sitting in the sofa area with a child, not allowed, but the last two adults were seated in the sofa area. Are there special conditions? I'm not sure if this is the restaurant's style, but the tabletop was covered with granular substances that hadn't been cleaned.

Always know what you are getting at Brasco or the sister venue Milo Lounge (Lark Lane). I believe it's a national chain too. Simple casual dining, with a varied pub style menu. Great that it's so child and dog friendly - perfect for us with also needing vegan and gluten free options 👍

Visited for Sunday brunch, were you order at table from app, the food took nearly 20 mins and then after prompting the staff the cool coffees arrived 5 mins later.

Liverpool was very busy yesterday, we couldn't get in a few of our preferred places so thought we'd try here. We have been a couple of times before mainly because it's dog friendly. We waited for a table and although we could see a table empty, nobody seemed to be in a hurry to clear it and set it up for us. After ten minutes the waiter came over and said the only thing he could offer was seats at the high table on bar stools, which was fine and wonder why we had not been shown to it in the first place? The food we had was lovely, fabulous chilli and buttermilk chicken got the thumbs up from my son. Our only negative was that considering the place is furnished to offer a relaxed and friendly vibe, the staff seemed to be very miserable and unhappy in their work

Brasco Lounge is part of a wider chain but does manage to have a local feel. Perfect place for a quick bite to eat or lunch. Had the Chicken Flatbread and a portion of chips. Delicious flatbread, especially at this price. However, the size of the chips for over £2 was a bit of a joke. I would definitely expect a larger portion. People I was with had problems with the WiFi, and the music/decor were both a bit too loud for my tastes. Garlic flatbread was also a disappointment, seemingly covered in Red Leicester other than Mozzarella. Would recommend if you're in a hurry but there's better places in the area for better value. £14 for a large breakfast is a bit steep

My twin brother Stephen and I were exploring around the wonderful Pier Head complex and decided to drop into Brasco Lounge and what a great time we had. A great looking lounge bar ,interior is light and airy, great decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling dock area. We grabbed a table were we ordered beers ,these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, for our meals we both opted for the lounge burger option with fries ,service was quick and what a treat awaited us. Burger was amazing, so many different flavours ,so filling, just what we needed, coupled with our beers made for a great dining experience in a cool looking bar. We really enjoyed our burger and beers in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to Brasco Lounge we were totally impressed, its well worth checking out if you're in the Pier Head area.

The service was friendly and staff were helpful in sitting us quickly and explained the ordering system. The menu is quite vast with so many items you can choose from from Asia to Europe… the food did not taste very fresh and did not have any exceptional quality, but fine to eat if you are stuck with options for lunch in the area.

First time I’ve heard of Miami brunch so I tried the dish. Everything in the plate complement each other - tomato, avocado, beans, egg, cheese fritters. Location is cosy. Staff are friendly and polite.

Reduced wine list not fault of staff, outside causes, so not marking down. Unusual combo on the Ciabatta, very tasty and actually crispy for a change. Full autumn sun outside with bistro tables. Could have have been one of the more modern bars in Nice.

Was a bit cold inside, as the doors were open. Prefer the Southport one.

Today was our second visit, the first being last month as a larger family meal. As we’d been to the Brasco Lounge previously, we wanted to try somewhere different, so we went to Nova Scotia next door. Realising their menu wasn’t to our liking we went to Brasco. The Brasco Lounge staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive. Great food choices with an exclusively extensive gluten-free menu. We ordered Goan Lamb Curry and Lamb Schwarma. Both were well presented and really tasty. A good change of mind. We’ll be back, a new favourite for us in Liverpool.

Staff were hit and miss. They all looked like they dodnt want to be there tbh apart from one that was fab. The food looked nice but the avocado pieces within the avocado paste was brown, not a problem I just picked it out but then apun further inspection it had white mould and made me a little unwell for the rest of the day. The mocha was also made with milk that was turning, not sure if the fridge maybe was broken and they hadn't realised or something. I go in my local lounge all the time and have never had any problems so maybe they just had an off day.

We just went in for drinks but our friends ate and thoroughly enjoyed the food. My spiced pumpkin martini was beautiful which compelled me to treat myself to another. The staff a friendly, atmosphere great and fabulous location.

Both the food and service were excellent. For me the only problem was that it was very noisy inside and for someone with a hearing impediment it was a real problem to hear my friend.

We love it here! Two for 1 cocktails during the week. Great staff whats not to love. Some of the dishes are excellent. The sharing tapas boards could have more variety and larger portions!

Chain restaurant with a decent atmosphere and family friendly. Food is pretty good. Felt like we could take our time there, which was nice. Had to go and order at the bar, which is odd as the food is brought to you at the table so why not take your order there too?

Our favorite place in Liverpool. Apart from the Beatles experience, that is.
