Fantastic service. Fast and friendly. Food is spot e. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I had my first Honest Burger experience in London at Camden Market. The minute I came back to Liverpool, I searched for the Liverpool location and rushed to eat the veggie Burger. It was just too good! As a vegetarian, it was rare to find good yummy filling burgers and Honest Burgers was just *chefs kiss*

Chicken tenders nice, burger really nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the rosemany & lemon fries but that's just personal preference. Feel like plain fries as an option would be better. Wasn't a vast selection of drinks and a can of coke was £3 which is a bit excessive. Service was a bit slow and it wasn't particularly busy. Overall we really enjoyed the food but there are other burger restaurants I would choose over this one.

Was one of the safe places for me to order due to me being gluten free, burger came raw! I don’t know how you can mess up a single smash patty 🙄🙄

The restaurant has a nice rustic decor and friendly welcoming staff. The Honest Burger was nice but very small and thin compared to other burger restaurants. The Hunter chicken burger was really nice .We also had the salt n pepper fries which were really nice but disappointing that they were quite cold. Looking at other reviews the cold fries is clearly an issue at the moment. The air conditioning was very cold as well that we had to keep our coats on. However staff very helpful in explaining the sauces that came with the meals though. Overall an average meal that could have been better.

Honest Burgers is the best I find for gluten free and vegan options. The burgers, rosemary fries and onion rings are all gf. Also dog friendly.

Portion size needs looking into, fries are small and one piece of steaky bacon on a bacon burger! Ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, rosemary fries and large onion rings. Such a shame the food was really nice although cold (no fault of the restaurant) but the burgers only had on piece of bacon, no pickles and onions, and barely any sauce. Onion rings are very good and the fries are some of the best you can hope to order. Overall wouldn’t order for delivery again but would definitely go in to eat.

Honestly honest burgers should give me some extra discount😅 I can’t count the number of people I have taken here saying this is one of the best burgers and no one has ever said the opposite.

Best value lunch in Liverpool. My friend and I stopped today , 2 Smash Burgers Chips and Diet Coke £20.00 including tip. Burger delicious , freshly made pickles and sauce delish. Bun fresh and held all the good stuff well. Chips need no seasoning as the Rosemary is lovely. Chips super crispy and looked like skin on. All served hot and a Tap water for the dog with no problem.

Best burger I've had. I like my burgers really well cooked and they made it just how we asked. Gluten free buns and beer too ! Perfect 😁

Went with family, child aged 11 is gluten free so thought we would give this a try as he wanted a burger, he liked the salt and pepper chips and said the burger was nice but I had the same I didn’t rate the burger at all the beef was really chewy and the sauce they put on wasn’t that nice, it was lukewarm but the chips was hot so it seemed the burgers was sitting a while whilst waiting for the chips to cook, I would take him back for chips but wouldnt eat there myself again and I had the normal bun on my burger. There was a service charge added on of nearly 5 pound so I felt the need not to tip, can of coke was the drink at £3 a go so cost £55 for 2 burger and chips and 2 side chips with 4 drinks I felt was a bit over priced as it wasn’t as nice as other reviewers made out.

Love coming here - quick service and safe for my dietary requirements being gluten free. Value for money

Always a delight to eat at the Honest restaurant chain. The burgers are excellent! The rosemary fries are delicious! The servers are always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend eating a burger there!

Amazing, very tasty burgers and really impressed with the gluten free options. My coeliac son was very happy with his gluten free chicken burger and fries. We don’t find places where he can have burgers very often so it was a real treat that he could choose anything from the menu. Lovely staff too! We will be back!

My family and I were traveling in the UK and happed upon Honest Burgers while looking for a good, safe gluten-free option, as I am gluten intolerant. The food was amazing, atmosphere great, and the values of the company are just what we want to support. It was a refreshing treat to enjoy delicious food without having to try to figure out what was safe to eat. We ended up seeking out other locations while we were in London, and loved it every time.

Hmhmhm, basically burgers are great fries are good chicken tenders are decent. Now then why 3 stars? Mostly because of delivery experiences, as much as i understand that it’s not the fault of the restaurant that food arrives cold. It’s not a one time thing, maybe a change in boxes would help? Not sure. If we exclude deliveries, burgers are 5/5 fries are nice and crunchy, staff is very pleasant and vibe of the place is great. If you’re thinking of going there personally I recommend it. If you’re ordering watch out it might be hit or miss.

El personal era excelente y la carne real en la hamburguesa era posiblemente la mejor que había probado. Las patatas fritas de romero fueron un buen cumplido para las hamburguesas y mi esposa y yo realmente disfrutamos de la comida y estar en el restaurante. Had a burger delivered at home and will never do again, it was dry, overcooked and cold.Its probably best to visit the restaurant judging from the other reviews. Chicken tenders were cold as well but at least properly cooked, hence 2 stars.

I'd definitely recommend Honest Burgers over the similar options in Bold Street.

La hamburguesa estaba buena. Sin embargo, las virutas de romero estaban ligeramente frías y gomosas y parecían haberse recalentado. Having found Honest Burgers on the finding me gf app, when we arrived I asked did they cater for gf, the answer was”everything is gf” wow! The smash burger with gf bun was delicious, as were the chips. My non coeliac hubby had the Liverpool burger and chips, lovely. We shared a small portion of onion rings, I was in heaven! Washed down with gf lager, brewed locally. Service was excellent, will be back on my next trip to Liverpool!

Had brunch , plant burger , gluten free burger not on meal deal fryer broken so served with salad and slaw salad was lettuce and rocket no peppers tomatoes onion etc. No reduction in price even though no chips , and even charged 30p extra for a gluten free bun , very expensive just under £30 and we had a voucher code, I would say it was rip off burgers for us , shame as we were looking forward to eating here.

Our 1st time here today, food was good, bit of a wait, but it was worth it, but when it came to paying the bill, we were surprised to see that we'd paid a 10% service charge/tip, there was no warning of it on the machine, and the girl never mentioned it either, left the place feeling like we'd been scammed, I didn't like paying nearly £3 for a can of coke either, if you'd bothered to pour it into a glass it would've been less of an obvious insult.

The wing was on point, the sauce counted the hotness in such a perfect way and the meat fell of the bones with little to no effort. And the honest burger has been one of the best burger I've ever tasted it was so juicey and melted in your mouth

Everything in the menu is gluten free, staff were very accommodating and showed the iPad with the dietary information and order to be doubly safe, food was great and service was equally good. Would 100% recommend

Delicious burgers—we tried their “Liverpool Special”, and it did not disappoint! The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere had just the right vibe. A perfect recipe for success! 🍔🔥

Went today and had the double patty burger, coke, and chicken wings with onion rings. The total was approximately £27. The burger was made just right and very flavoursome. The patty was not overcooked. The chicken wings were so tender that the meat readily came off the bone. The fries with Rosemary i initially were nice but then got a bit sickly, I wish there was an option to have plain fries or cajun fries instead. Equally, the onion rings were tasty, but the oil made a bit sickly after a few. Would be better if the wings didn't automatically come with the 6 wings. Overall, I would recommend the burger and wings.

The food was amazing paired with Simon who was honestly so lovely and we had such a lovely time with him as our server!! I’d definitely recommend to my friends as the student deal makes this place even better - i wouldn’t even complain paying full price it’s so worth it 🫶🏻

Chips were not very good at all. So many tiny crispy ones. The burger was ok. The service was good, the girls were nice. But I probably wouldn't return if I'm 'honest'. Chips were a real put off

Came all the way from Doncaster to see my brothers show at lipa, with my mother and her P.A, we had seen this place that caught our eye and though we give it a go. The burgers were tasty, the fries too full of flavours well seasoned. We all were happy with the service these lads were polite and friendly. Great food coming from a chef myself this is one of my favourites. Now I know where I’ll go next time I visit👍🏻

10/10 venue!! I cannot fault Honest Burgers! It's been a go-to for our family for a while now. The selection is varied and every single meal I've had here has been consistently brilliant! Great food, great atmosphere, great staff and extremely reasonable prices (not to mention a decent drinks selection too! 😂). Whether your visiting Liverpool or just a fan of good food... Really good burgers. Chips are good too. Interesting with rosemary salt. Service isn't overly welcoming, and we only got one pot of ketchup to share between 3 burgers. Luckily, we had bought some ketchup from Tescos. Would be 5 stars if they brought the customer experience to the same level as the food.

Honestly the wings here at the best I've ever had , they fall off the bone and just taste amazing with the sauce . 10/ 10 get the wings

Siempre está zumbando, especialmente en las horas pico, pero no se siente superpoblado ni ruidoso. El ambiente siempre es acogedor, y siempre me lo he pasado bien aquí. Honest Burger has been a staple for me since I first visited their original stall in Brixton, back when my brother introduced me to it. I’ve seen it grow, and it’s safe to say it’s practically taken over the burger scene in London. So, when it finally made its way to Liverpool, I was stoked. The burger itself is always solid. I go for the Honest Burger every time – it’s simple, delicious, and consistent. I appreciate the stripped-back menu and the ethos of focusing on doing just a few things really well. No gimmicks, just well-cooked patties, fresh ingredients, and those signature rosemary salted chips. That said, I can't help but wonder if my familiarity with Honest Burger is what’s keeping me from giving it a perfect 5. Don’t get me wrong, the food is always good, but sometimes I’m left wishing for that one showstopping item that would take it to the next level. I get the charm in keeping it simple, but maybe that's what’s holding me back from giving it the full five stars. Still, it’s a go-to place for a solid burger when you want something quick, satisfying, and reliable. If you're new to Honest Burger, you'll love it. If you're a regular like me, you might sometimes be left craving that extra wow factor.

Was greeted by two lovely members of staff; Isaac and Lydia, who helped me pick from the menu. The wait wasn't long at all and the food was delicious. It will be difficult to walk by without stopping in for another bite

Went on Saturday 14/12 5pm, it was really busy but we were greeted warmly by the staff who asked us to grab a seat at the bar until a table became available, which was only about 2 minutes. When we sat down at our table Isaac came to take our order and he was so friendly and welcoming, he kindly and patiently answered all of our questions about the menu items - lovely lad. Food was unreal, 10/10. I got the Honest burger, rosemary fries and bacon gravy. Would 10000% recommend Honest to anyone visiting Liverpool.

Staff are lovely very helpful and pleasant. Service is good food arrived in good time from ordering which was nice but average. Chips were tasty but looked pale and unappealing, I had the pesto chicken burger again which was nice but unfortunately the food was squeezed onto a tin oven plate so there was no room to manover your food easily, I.e cut your burger and handle with ease. We had a side order of coleslaw, which was just white cabbage, so again it looked bland and boring we also had 6 onion rings that were large battered rings that looked delicious but were quite greasy with not much onion in. Overall, the food was okay. Toilets were unisex, im not a fan of this as every toilet in the cubicals had the seat up and urine on the floor, not nice for a woman who then has to touch the seat to lower it before she can use it whilst trying not to stand in a puddle of urine. Cost was reasonable for what we had.

Una comida absolutamente hermosa 😍 .. la hamburguesa Liverpool destrozada era fantástica y muy sabrosa .. las patatas fritas de romero saladas son muy agradables ligeramente mejorado por las patatas fritas de sal y pimienta 🍟 wow tan sabroso .. mi esposa tenía la última hamburguesa de pollo frito y parecía delicioso .. enorme trozo de pollo frito y relleno de ensalada y tocino .. un montón de cosas para gente como yo siendo celíaco sin gluten también .. buena ubicación en Bold Street y los precios de lo que obtienes son muy razonables tanto para la comida como para las bebidas con una muy buena elección de ambos . . Ambos muchachos trabajando allí era agradable muchachos y muy amable . . sin duda iré de nuevo y recomendaría encarecidamente 👌 👍
