Good value food, varied menu with traditional English, Mediterranean and North African dishes, excellent service and always clean.

Papillion is perfectly placed between the two cathedrals and close to the Philharmonic Hall and the Everyman theatre. This time, we called in for an early dinner follwing a matinee at the theatre. There were plenty of tables available. We were well looked after by the friendly staff. There is a good, but not extensive, choice on the menu - but there is 'something for everyone'. We started with home-made onion bhajis and followed with a chicken caeser. (Lots of chicken, smothered in parmesan ... yum yum), and the house burger .. cooked pink just the way i like it. A couple of glasses of wine and a bill of around £70. Pretty good!!

This is the slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. It’s routine to wait 7-10 minutes after ordering till coffee. The staff are pleasant, but there’s no sense of urgency, rather a lackadaisical attitude and socialising with each other seems more important than serving customers. I’m in here twice a week at this time and I usually wait ten minutes. Really not good enough

Burger meal and garlic bread was delicious but the biryani and garlic naan were really not nice

Very slow. Waited over an hour for some bingsu as they were prioritising later orders. Clearly do not know how to multi-task. Don't come unless you've got hours to spare.

No, terrible, salado, sobrevalorado, caro, comida realmente mala, experiencia horrible, ingredientes baratos, tardé 15 minutos en recalentar una comida en microondas, tan salado que tuve que beber agua durante unas 3 horas

got a garlic bread and found a bug in the crust. Very unhygienic and not close enough to go back and hassle with getting money back. It was cheap enough but of course did not eat it
