very bad quality of food and the manager was very rude

Love this KFC! 1. They have cuttlery, napkins, ketchup, mayo and salt free for customers, no need requesting from the staff. Save time! 2. They put perfect combination of salt and pepper on fries. Make it tasty!

today i ordered delivery so that i could claim a reward which is the 8 pieces of free fillet , but they forgot to put it in, i went to the store. the manager instantly gave me the fillets and they even gifted 2 packs of regular signature fries! how generous and kind of them, i'm a happy girl again :)

Jack was really kind and had amazing customer service, couldn't ask for much more when there was an issue with the delivery of our food. Thanks Jack!

Loved it. The quality of their chicken is slightly better than anywhere else. Just the fries are little soggy.

Place was filthy and food waste and wrappers all over. Probably worst kfc I've been into

Low stock should be put cross on the screen self service, least the staff change it to water for my son even though she seems stress, one of my fizzy drink is flat I should have gone for just water. Chicken wings is not spicy at all though it is moist & crispy. The table needs wiping got dried old food that seems not been wipes for days, eating my food in unclean environment made me feel uncomfortable eating & not really enjoyed my food. I can say chicken is moist & crispy so that's one good thing.

Foods pretty good to be fair, prob the best KFC to visit (I say to visit) But, yes there is a but, they can’t communicate with their delivery partners in particular Uber eats. Delivery seems to be fine with Deliveroo but UBER eats will mess your order up 4 out of 5 times. For some reason we receive ice cold or the wrong order. I can only put this down to poor communication with the Uber eats platform. Secondly, they are uncontactable by phone. Meal is never rectified

Good place to dine in. Myrtle street is generally calm and pleasant.(Except for occasional robberies just outside the KFC!)

Small KFC but very clean and friendly service. Parking disaster - can’t park car outside and have meal as all parking machines down or broken. So you can’t eat with peace of mind as you stressing about if you won’t get a ticket 🙈

slow service, order triology box meal , which luckily I checked before I left . order was completely incorrect gave ma a burger and 1 peice of chicken chips and beans told them it was wrong , he told me me it was correct . I told him no its missing fillet and popcorn chicken he then proceeded to say no what you have is correct until i pointed to the board and read out what it said . absolute joke no apology whatsoever, no customer service skills at all !!!!

Misleading. It says open until 11pm but they closed and locked their doors at 10:15pm. I could see them chatting in a group at the back of the store - that's fine of course, but not if they're supposed to be open?? Very odd.

Waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 burgers but the rest of the food I had ordered had been placed in the bag 15 mins before

KFC, food is fine, it's just eat that's a shambles ordered food 9/05/2023, it never came, now KFC say contact the delivery user which is just eat, but they don't realise there breaching there contract, as the contract is with them and you, as its them that are being paid for the food not just eat. So don't let them fob you off with contact just eat.

The worst kfc I ever had👇 Food cold and cremated!!! Ordered on Uber eats no forks or salt provided to try and disguise the burnt taste! Might aswell tried to eat a camels toe!!! One star was too much to even give!!!

The food is standard KFC, it usually is ready nicely and at a reasonable time. However, the floors, tables and toilet are quite dirty. Not sure if it's because of the customers are extremely careless or the staff don't clean the place enough.

Food was piping hot and delicious. Had to request our table to be cleaned. Quite a chaotic place catering for students. But definitely yummy

Awful place. Food all over the floors, tables, dry gravy everywhere, rubbish everywhere. Imagine what it's like behind the counter if the restaurant looks like this.

Absolutely No The staff seems to work under a huge pressure. The place is dirty, disgusting to seat and eat at any time. Notice that this is a common denominator for KFC but this one bits any record. FILTHY IN every single way

Ordered a 4 piece meal and got 4 chicken strips which by the time I got it home was too late take back.

The worst food of any KFC I've used. Overcooked chicken, dry & mostly bone. The bbq bite sauce wasn't bbq, don't know what it was, but it definitely wasn't bbq. Wouldn't use this KFC again, even if I was malnourished.

easily the worst KFC I have ever had. place was filthy, leftover food and rubbish all over the place. the toilet here was cleaner than the restaurant itself. and don’t even get me started on the food. the chicken was lukewarm and dry. might as well have been eating a condom.

Popped in,, very busy service was quick food was very good,. One thing, tabes could have been wiped more frequently.. Ortherwise 5star

Food ok, but the place is always filthy! No tables get cleaned, rubbish and spilled drinks everywhere. Toilets are THE WORST!. It's ok to rush in and rush out of as the food is standard KFC but the actual place is a mess. Which is a shame because if the staff cleaned it it would be quite nice

The worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. The place was filthy with food and debri strewn all over the floor. The staff Were is horrible as the floor. I shall never go there again.

Decent enough, get what you expect in a KFC

Very busy. Tables need to be cleaned more regularly. Too many people are too lazy to tidy up after themselves.

The queue was expected on a sunday night at this place. Food was served hot and properly packed. The place itself could have been cleaner but sub-standard for a sunday night.

I don't like giving bad reviews. But I think some one needs to speak up. I stopped eating KFC long time ago due to this particular store in Mytrle Street, close to Herons. Their chicken either rotten or stale. Recently my son bought some food as I was not well. They had to throw it away. This is really bad. You need to think about what you give to people to eat. I want to believe this store is a franchise but what ever the case might be please don't kill us faster. I am happy if the owner what to contact me.

Great customer service. Was served by a lovely member of staff called Amber who was so polite, considerate and jolly, despite the late time of night.

Don't bother ordering for delivery from just eat. You'd be quicker flying to the USA, finding Mr Sanders grave, digging him up, inventing away to bring people to life, getting the recipe from him, putting him back to rest, flying back to the UK and cooking it yourself.

Good food. Very busy, avoid Saturday evenings, waited 20 minutes for order. Small shop, with too many delivery people. Better travelling to the Dock road to the drive through.

Don't ever eat KFC. If you do you're a bad person.

Waited what felt like a lifetime

Very Dirty toilet unclean tables wouldnt recommended.

Food was great, friendly and helpfull staff, easy ordering and good seating. Cleanliness could be better of the floors and facilities though, the single toilet was in a disgusting state.

Terrible. Brown lettuce on burger, and thankfully only 3 tiny pieces of it. Guy in front literally got a large fries that had 3 fries in and missing chicken. Total disaster of a place. Just down to a sheer lack of quality control and effort.

Ordered 4 box meals and everyone of them was incorrect. We were missing many items and sides and none of the tabs were pressed on the boxes so we had no idea who's food and drinks belonged to who. We had to start taking apart the burgers to work out and taste each coke. Really terrible service and experience but took take away so couldn't rectify our problems.

The staff are always kind and respectful here to me. As long as youre respectful and treat them well they're accomadating. Except once I was served by an Indian guy. I asked for no leg or theigh prices and he gave me...leg and theigh.

Best chicken money can buy, consistent with every other KFC I've been to. Service is good, though I would like the option to pay with cash.

Absolutely fed up either getting the wrong order or leas than I ordered or cold food. At one point you could complain over the phone but I see now they have switched phone to voicemail. I live in Aigburth so was too far for me to go back kids were hungry and food was scanty and stone cold. I used to always check the food before I leave and every time I don't it's wrong. All my kids like plain burgers but they are never plain despite actively telling the server that that is what I want. It's like the staff can't even get the basics right. It's great having great customer service smiley faces and all, but if you can't master a, simple straight forward order, then were is the hope. Won't bother again. It's a place of poor order performance and confusion.

The last meal that I ordered from this fine dining establishment left me nothing short of feeling pure ecstasy. When I placed my order, I was mentally invested in the prospect of enquiring a number of the finest Zinger® Chicken Wings as well as some of the extravagant gravy. The nectar of the gods. The fluid from the teet of the being above. Having ordered from this specific chain of Kentucky Fried Chicken, let it be noted that my expectations of a correct order were lower than they should have been. But previous experiences be damned as my meal arrived in perfect condition, much like a pristine bottle of Chateau Margaux 1787. As I prepared for a dining experience that would rival that of Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, I whet my palette with a quick slurp of Tango Orange ensuring that the flavours of the beverage are truly aerated. The zesty notes lined my tastebuds, as my excitement continued to increase. The foreplay of the flavourful intercourse was complete the true intentions were about to become apparent. As I took hold of a supple wing, I made sure to caress the crispy Zinger® batter making apparent that it was about to enjoy the experience as much as I. I made sure to sufficiently lubricate with gravy, in order to make the event smoother. As I tighten mon petite bouche around this flavourful poultry, the crispy skin gave way to a tender and inviting warmth. It took me back to a time where I would bite into my Waitrose Cajun Chicken Breast while at home on the family estate after returning from a long day of Dressage training. One bite became two, which became three. At this point I felt like a serial killer planning his next victim, however these victims were much more flavourful. To quote Guy Fieri I was on a "road rockin' trip down to Flavortown". This experience I felt was over far too quickly. I felt like a cheapskate as I didn't take the dive and invest a further £2.50 for an extra four tender pieces of joy.

Overcharged and the member of staff was clearly fully aware he overcharged me and didn’t rectify. Went up to the till and server had earphones in - great customer service!! The sort of place that breeds food poisoning

Kfc myrtle street. Absolutely disgusting! Kitchen was filthy, the chips taste like they are 2 day old the staff building up cigarette rollies in the kitchen. Think food hygiene should make a visit.

Great food, lovely frothy latte, excellent service and happy staff. We were treated to a sing-along to the background music whilst we ate. :) I left my card in the machine and it was promptly brought over to me. Thanks for that.

Standard kfc quick service bit on the small side

It is extremely dirty place stuff dropping chicken on to the floor i got pictures... no one is cleaning the tables and the floor anf old food is everywhere... people wchich works there doing that job like someone is forcing them... don't go there

Terrible. Everything in the same bag together and they forgot part of our order. Chips overcooked and chicken soggy.

Food was okay but the restaurant was filthy. It was almost empty but the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves or flirting with customers rather than cleaning up. I regret not going in to the MacDonalds nearby, which looked spotless.

LFC management really need to look at the standard of this place. Maybe students are happy with the food but they will eat anything. Greece soaked chicken and chips, Chicken flat and not fresh! worst KFC Iv been to in Liverpool
