KFC Liverpool - Myrtle Parade in Liverpool

Cancelled our order after 45 minutes. Ordered well before closing time yet they waiting till after they closed to press cancel!

I ordered a meal box for take out, but when I arrived home I found that they didn't give me Pepsi! and it's the second time in this month they didn't pack my order completely. last time they didn’t put popcorn chiken in the box. Definitely I don’t go there any more.

staff are very, very rough and racists . 17.10.2024 21.40 staff called police and 4 police car came and arrested man last time I was there staff also argument with customers no customers service this KFC

wrong items delivered, delivery driver went to wrong road and was extremely rude

Order is always longer than they originally say and notes always ignored

The only thing wrong with order was that it was cold and it did not taste fresh.

The app said he was 5 mins away so I went outside in the rain to wait only for the driver to take over 20 minutes which led to the food being cold, me getting drenched and time being wasted. He didn’t speak clear English and even stoped someone else to speak on the phone and they repeated the directions and he still didn’t understand. Ruined the food.

I was given 19 wings instead of 20

Its gone to expensive and it was dry an not very nice

I have had bad orders from this KFC before but gave them a try and this time my order was good all items were delivered and the food was hot

I got food poisoning because of them

I left a note on my order asking specifically for NO supercharge sauce which was ignored. Also fries were only half portions & the order was squashed into a small bag meaning that all the food arrived squashed. Terrible service

Burger was very dry and the fries portions are usually more when ordered in person.

The food was horrible I ordered a bucket meal for 1 I got 4 dried cold drumsticks I was expecting s mixture of chicken £9.99 for 4 drum sticks cold fries the box of hot wings were shrivelled and dried out the only thing that was edible was the chicken bites . Never again will I order from myrtle street kfc again a rip off £44 fuming. !!!!

corn on cob didn't come with order

ordered 2 piece chicken meal and the 2nd piece of chicken was a like a little piece of chicken had come off a big piece. it was literally a size of one mouthful. poor customer service

The chicken corpse was cold, old, and nasty. Chips had seen the fryer more than once and not in a good way. No hot sauce available to numb the tastebuds - a tragedy. Atmosphere was like a local authority nursing home, peak covid. Avoid.

Sent me the wrong drink and didn’t give me any sauces which I asked for. But delivery time was 1 min early which was impressive

No food, tried to ring the restaurant, and have had no answer. I would like a refund immediately and I am without food for tonight after a 14hour shift.

The driver wouldn't deliver the food to me and kept insisting I come out to the main road and collect it. I'd given clear instructions on the order how to gain access to my apartment building and spent approx 10 minutes on the phone explaining where I was to him. He was rude and abusive and obviously couldn't be bothered. The food was cold because of the delivery delay otherwise the item quality would have been 5 stars. I won't be using Just Eat again.

Driver went to wing house and there is always something missing - no drinks! Food was just about warm

Delivery was great but food did not match the order. I ordered a tower burger and instead got two small chicken sandwiches, I didn't recieve my corn on the cob or the popcorn chicken i ordered. Just dissapointed.

The meal was cold , chips cold, chicken awful, the only part of the meal that was edible we're the 2 fresh fillets, in fact the fillets were bigger than the pieces of chicken, worst order I've ever had from KFC.

Food came and I realised as I was given the bag it was ripped, I asked the delivery driver is that all of it, he said yes. So I went inside looked in the bag to see the hot wings was missing. I quickly ran outside to ask him about the food, he kept exclaiming that he was sorry and drove off.

Freezing cold food delivered nearly 3 hours late. Just under £40 wasted. Kids ended up having homemade food, awful.

Love this KFC! 1. They have cuttlery, napkins, ketchup, mayo and salt free for customers, no need requesting from the staff. Save time! 2. They put perfect combination of salt and pepper on fries. Make it tasty!

Only half my order has been delivered and the fella who delivered it ran off very quickly so tell him to come and get the half order I would like my money back

Food just didn’t turn up! Driver hasn’t called and can’t get a contact number for them!? I’ve got screenshots of the driver being outside the hotel, I waited in reception for 30 minutes thinking the driver was on the way up! Disappointed
