Delicious bubble tea with well cooked boba. Friendly staff. Accept cash

Okay. Slow service. Didn't like the vibe. One person loved their drink. The others thought they were okay. Roasted milk flavour was novel.

Ordered brown sugar milk tea. The drink was produced fast and tasted really good. There is a good seating area in this shop too.

Very nice little shop in the midst of Liverpool, and the atmosphere is very warm and I love the decorations!

Lovely shop, great service, nice furnishing and atmosphere in the shop. Options easy to understand and menu displayed for everyone. Can't argue about anything in the store other than it is quite small inside for seating etc. Would definitely recommend, Mt goto bubble tea/boba shop

This place has gone down hill since the 2 white lads have left, been a few times last few weeks and every time the tapioca pearls are rock solid in the center and mushy AF on the outside. Staff are super friendly and nice tho.

There was a period of time I used to get chatime drinks daily!! Only bad thing is that sometimes they are out of my favourite milk tea or chewy bubbles but this is not a problem because they have so many other excellent flavours to choose from, both in teas and bubbles.

The peach black tea with mango popping pearls is my all time favourite in summer. 🍑🥤

Ordered a ‘Too Good to Go’ parcel, exactly as described. Wasn’t a fan of the combinations preselected but oh well. Definitely still high quality ingredients.

I love the one in Liverpool one, but its very popular so expected to wait a while. And they usually run out of what I like, but the taste is fabulous 😋

Sunday night the girl is rude and stupid. She didn't understand any customer's words at all, so she gave me the wrong order and justified it.

Was planning to order an Brown Sugar with roasted tea and Honeydew Tea on the app but had some technical issues and ask the barista if it would be the same price ordering over the counter directly, she said yes but when I swiped my card, I was charged 10p extra (£9.20), also not alot of choices of toppings near closing time. The Brown Sugar Roasted tea didn't taste the same either.

Lovely bubble tea and fruit teas! Ok prices and fast service. The staff are careful & adhere to instructions. Drinks do get more pricey as you add toppings. I removed one star however as my last two Oolong tea mousse drinks on separate visits have some reason tasted or been made differently (the mousse used to be on the top of the drink, but now it’s mixed/stirred together?). Maybe the recipe changed (?). Still overall a lovely bubble tea place in Liverpool.

Every time I go there my bubble tea is always delicious and the staff very friendly, but the lack of communication regarding your opening times is very annoying. Opening times on the door say the shop opens at 11, but it does at 12. The shop was also closed for some maintenance and there was no information about it before. I don't live next door and it takes time to get there :-(.

Ordered the Peach Milk Tea, less ice and less sugar but but unfortunately did not taste the Peach flavour at all, felt like they had just made a regular roasted milk tea with zero sugar. Service was quick though.

It was so lovely, very quiet when I went (around 2/3pm on a Saturday). The service was amazing and very quick! Amazing atmosphere! I have autism and anxiety so I struggle ordering normally but the person serving me (I believe his name is Kurt) was extremely understanding with me even though I took a long time deciding. The tea was so delicious and refreshing so was perfect for the hot summer weather - I will 100% be coming back, even though its far from where I live, it is totally worth it.

staff are really friendly but the drinks always taste watered down. im assuming cause they add water to fill up the cup at the end.

I have ordered Chatime milk tea sugar brawn with pearls and Roasted milk tea. Since I get used to with this kind of tea in Thailand, the taste of tea at Chatime is just okay for me. I don't like pearls because they are not soft enough and the tea with brown sugar is too sweet.

Nice place to chill and talk. drinks are what you would normally expect from a chatime which is good.

Overall, its a good milk tea outlet. The large Chatime milk tea with pearl costs 4.2 pounds. Yes, its a bit pricey. Unfortunately, you don’t have too many choices if you want to have bubble tea in Liverpool. Cha time is like a monopoly here.

Matcha red bean frappe was delicious

Fui al té de burbujas antes y estaba bien y realmente delicioso. Estaba listo en 5 minutos que había estado allí, 3 minutos ordenando, 2 minutos preparando el té y esto fue cuando estaba bastante ocupado. Recomendaría té verde de maracuyá y perlas de fresa o té de maracuyá y perlas tropicales. Aunque vivo fuera de la ciudad, definitivamente viajaría solo para conseguir uno. En general, un buen servicio y delicioso definitivamente volveremos!

Always has the best bubbletea, LOTS of variety I get something different every time. Workers are friendly and welcoming, and sitting area is comfy with a nice atmosphere. I'd say the only problem is that there's no toilet.

I like bubble tea and this place provides decent one. Problem is irregular time. I took a walk to have milk tea here before 3pm last friday and the staff told me that the bubble tea is ready by 3pm so i should wait for 10-15 mins. Today i deliverately come here at 3pm because i know it wouldn't be ready before 3pm. But the staff told me to wait for 20 mins because it would be ready by 3:30... So I'm waiting, writing this review in the meanwhile. Not sure when exactly this shop starts bubble tea as the staff said it's flexible. FYI the opening hours from 11am.

Have been here several times now. Favourite drink is the Durian milk tea with mango jelly, no sugar & no ice. Lovely.

Taste of Asian Bubble Tea but a little bit pricey.

Pasé por mi camino a casa cuando estaba deseando té de burbujas. Había alrededor de 3/4 personas en la fila frente a mí esperando ser atendidas y wow fue lento. Esperé alrededor de 15 minutos para que mi orden fuera tomada. Trabajaban 3 personas: un hombre que tomaba el pedido y dos que hacían las bebidas, y nunca en mi vida he visto a la gente trabajar tan lento como estos. El tipo que tomó la orden parecía nervioso y no podía manejar lo que estaba pasando mientras los otros dos trabajadores se movían al ritmo de un caracol. Mientras esperaba, llegaban los servicios de entrega y en realidad habían perdido un pedido, lo que ralentizaba todo aún más. Finalmente obtuve mi pedido (té de leche con perlas) después de aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos. La bebida estaba bien, pero la espera no valía la pena.

Ir con mi hijo parece ser el nuevo lugar de moda para ser. Sólo pequeño pero ordenado, no hay baños! ! Bebidas con burbujas alrededor de 4. Buena selección de sabores.

Visitamos Liverpool por unos días y terminamos en Chatime todos los días. El ambiente súper amigable y cómodo y la selección de tés y aderezos es increíble. Me sentí completamente arruinado, aunque tuve que dejar mis bebidas sin lácteos. ¡Recomiendo echar un vistazo a través del menú exterior antes de entrar ya que está garantizado que hay más de una cosa que quieres probar! Te vas a perder no viene aquí todos los días.

Hot roasted milk tea is my go to drink from Chatime (yes, even in the summer!) The Liverpool branch is one of the better ones in terms of space and seating (compared to Manchester and London branches.)

Decent milktea. Good if you miss milktea in China. Recommend for British to try Chinese drinks

You can have these types of bubble teas if you like them. For me a bit pricy and they have no toilet. The personnel was very friendly explaining all the options

我是台灣人，我很負責的說，口味（茶類）和台灣在地店家的明顯有差異，也許是利物浦當地民眾喜好不同吧。我只能給一顆星。 I am from Taiwan, where Chatime was born. The taste of Chatime Liverpool is different obviously from the stores in Taiwan. Maybe British here in Liverpool prefer this kind of taste.

so far, mango frappe is great, the other ones the taste is, let say is flat, service very good.

A nice Taiwan bubble tea in Liverpool. Roast milk tea with pearl is my favourite. It is another good place to leisure if you miss Asian sweets/drink. English ppl may wonder why Asian couldn't make our own cup of tea, so please try, it is more like a dessert.

My daughter and I were going to see a show at The Unity Theatre and came upon the place by accident, and we're both very happy that we did. I had a lemon tea with pearls and my daughter had a passion fruit ice with strawberry pearls. We would both recommend people try the place as the prices are reasonable and the service both helpful and speedy.

味道只能说是一般吧，有不少种类都不好喝，比较推荐茉香绿茶。环境蛮好的，可以和朋友们一起聊天。

I ordered the jasmine milk tea from the chattime app which has an automatic location. My friend and I waited in the store for 20 minutes without any notification. Then I came to ask stuff, she told me the order has gone to Manchester and they haven't prepared for me at all. They wouldn't give me back the money or prpare another milk tea. The attititude of the stuff was very cold. They said it's none of their business and we bothered them doing business. We called the customer service of chattime twice-the store wouldn't offer us the nr. So we found the nr. in internet. But nobody answered. They said they had no mistake. There are several mistakes I found serious: 1. The app is not working properly. 2.As we were waiting, we got no notification they hadn' begun to prepare our order. I remember clearly, the stuff has accepted my order from the app and didn't mentioned the order had gone to the Manchester store until I asked her again 3. The attitude of the stuff are very bad. It's not feel like they are a chain shop. The customer is like flowing band product for them. I wonder if they behave also like this when the customer is british? Because in the UK customer are usually not treated like this 4. The telephone of the customer service is not working. In all, the experience in this Liverpool store was awful. We wrote this review in the store. Till we left we got no apologize or solution from the store.

Good interior design and good bubble tea. Prices are a bit high though, and for a place that mostly sells drinks, there's no toilet, which is unfortunate.

Nice place. They're open until late too so it's perfect for people to hang out in if you're not a bar hopper. They offer frozen yoghurt too. My favourite flavour is the pistachio flavour. You can custom make them. One star loss because they can tend to sell out of certain ingredients or flavours. But that's because they're very popular. The staff will suggest great alternatives for you to try instead. Also wish they'd have more comfortable seats. Super friendly service and staff. Totally recommended!!

Fantastic place to be if you like Bubble tea! This place make me think that I have to come back for at least ten more times to try all the tea I spotted that looked yummy! You can actually choose so many variety of tea like Black roast tea or Matcha green tea or chocolate or Jasmine gosh what more? Too many I've forgot some I'm sure! And what I like is you can adjust the sweetness by telling them -70% -50% sweet or non sweet!!! And yes Hot or Cold , less or medium ice !!! Fab hey? 😻 Topping is the eye popping ! SOOO MANYYYY ! As I said I have to go back ten more time to try them all at least 🤔😘💕 DOWN SIDE : NO CUSTOMER TOILET ! HELLO ! YOU ARE SELLING DRINK , MAKE PPL WANNA GO PEE BUT NO TOILET! Ha ... Haaaa 😅😅😅😭🌨🌨🌨

Very overpriced and quality or venue don't match the costs

It’s expensive compared to the price in China, milk tea tastes not bad, though. But maybe it’s because I have long time no drinking bubble tea. After all, there are only two shops in Liverpool. But THE POINT IS, I FAILED TO GET ASLEEP that night after I drank it! Even though I drinks coffee I guess it never happens before! Two stars for the milk tea.

I used to love this place a lot due to good and fast service as well as the quality of drinks which I would give at least 4☆ for. But last week was the second time they made a mistake with my order. Tea turned into milk tea. I would advise others to check the price first and then order, so you will be more likely to know if they place your order wrongly at the first place. Overall, tasty and freshly made bubble teas.

The drinks and staff used to be very nice. But the new staff made the drinks awful and made mistakes for our drinks. We pointed menu and the staff knew. But she still charged more money and gave us wrong size of drinks.
