Short old guy at the counter was so aggressive towards customers. Don’t know how to be polite with customers and look after the business.

First time I went there today . 1. Very expensive 2. I bought a bread(nan/roti) every where you get 1 pound 3 bread but they are selling same thing 1 pound 2 bread . Staff were unprofessional and not welcoming. I will advice every one you will get better options near by in the same road you will get good quality and cheaper price I will never go again .

This takeaway place use to be my Friday night stop off, until I found out the Sekander the owner was deliberately selling smelly chicken, his own staff said DONT ORDER the chicken. The salad has also beem cross contaminated with something disgusting. I even still went there after being warned about the chicken. And as expected I woke up and ended up on the toilet for a considerable amount of time. Sekander your a dirty dirty man.

Tried this place as other place wanted to try was shut. Spoke to the curly haired lad on the counter and he was sound as a pound once you get talking . Gave me a pot of sauce to try when asked what's the best so thumbs up. Food was lovely a nice freshly made naan for the lamb and chicken kebab.made in the tandoori in front of you. Lots of chickens cooking in the rotisserie but wasn't ready so could get one. Kebab nice and fresh in fresh naan with fresh veg. Just watch the chilli sauce it's hot hot. Kids ate all the pepperoni pizza it's all gone so that's always a good sign. And fries were thin and crispy with red salt on lovely . They have a tureen special sauce but none available today.

It's good place to purchase cheap and best foods.dont expect premium services.but they are serving quality and tasty foods with affordable prices .

Message for Owner. The guy with curly hair, the boy with attitude problem most probably is the Owner's son and always on drugs. Can you please keep him at home if he doesn't want to work. Some of the menu items, he will only prepare if he is in good mood. Witnessed the worst ever customer service at this place. No hygiene, always touching every single food item without gloves.

Absolute joke of a place don't know why the locals go their...went back to tureen after they were closed for about a year ordered food no queue system nothing most staff don't speak English as they prepare the food you got each of the staff leaning in touching the food unhygienic you got a young boy at the front with an attitude problem with his curly hair going everywhere touching food as they are putting putting in salad sauce etc...Liverpool city council needs to come inspect this place and shut it down...the staff don't care about allergies they will put on cheese on a burger etc then scrape it off and still serve you that

The food is amazing, tasteful and appetizing but be prepared to wait atleast 10 to 20 minutes. The waiting on staff will ignore you request most times, just being honest.

Food is great and authentic. Can get busy with staff running around the kitchen like headless chickens though.

This spot is amazing and well known for their half chicken and chips which are only £4.95. It was absolutely delicious

Best gaf for a scran by far, money worth. only if you pick it up or collection. dont try the delivery apps or order over the phone,your food will arrive late and cold dry. Ive always ordered on the spot for my family and guests. However not sure why its been closed for 4 months, hearing its going under refurbishment and extension. was told by the business next door, they will be re opening in few days in April.

The best kebabs in Liverpool by a mile. Also Hot Chillies on Berry Street. The only place you can get better kebabs is a restaurant. I don't know about the customer service but I have never had a bad experience here and I've been a regular since 2004.

I got chicken today but it was totally awful and burnt and it was so small that nothing could be seen it was really bad

Such careless staff, no proper management. Waited for an hour, called them and found that they hadn't even made the food yet, then they had the audacity to say that they'll send someone to pick up the money before making and getting food to us in the next 30 mins. If management is this bad you might a well close down.

I’ve had multiple problems with Tureen before. Their customer service is appalling and all the workers are so rude. I’ve ordered some chicken nuggets for my young son today and has arrived burned and he couldn’t eat it. I rung up and have told them about this and they’ve said not to eat the chicken nuggets and chips as they’ll replace them for us. After a while, I called up as they haven’t arrived and they’ve told me that they’re not replacing the food and the person who told us this ‘doesn’t know what they’re saying’ so now the chips are cold and inedible. They also provide such a small amount of chips you’d think the chips they’re giving you are made out of gold. Absolutely awful so don’t waste to your time with them especially if ordering through delivery as when you get a problem with your order it’s harder to sort it out over the phone as they’ll just hang up without sorting anything out.

I have ordered 4 chicken burgers with chips, I was waiting 25 minutes and then they told me we don’t have chips any more and the way the man told me and it wasn’t nice, it was very rude and the guy call Muhammad said go out if you don’t want and we don’t have time all I say if you don’t have time don’t take the order!!!!

All I want to say if you don’t have time don’t take the orders because I went there last night about 11:45. They was rushing to take the order and then after 30 minutes the man said there’s not chips anymore without saying we are sorry we don’t have chips but the man was saying quick we don’t have time and go out if you don’t want to buy it and they are so rude.

This place is great! Convenient rates, considerable dishes and the staff members are regularly very kind.

Ordered donner kebab and double chicken burger phoned up told them 2 burgers came up one special and one donner they put phone down and then brought me a burnt donner kebab no chicken burger and I phoned them again he was shouting and then called me a liar and I said that I have my chicken burger and he made it also he told me to never order from them again no problem but am pretty sure if I was lying I wouldn’t have 2 wrong burgers I wouldn’t waste your time going here waste of money and no point support rude and disgusting businesses

They don't send the right order I bought one half chicken and Lamb chops and I paid for both, but they did not put the lamp chop in the bag when I arrived home I phoned them.they said give us your address and I did. but unfortunately they did not send me back the lamb chops 😞😞

This is some of the best value food you can get in Liverpool. Half a chicken and chips for £3.95? YES please. the quality is great to boot, their half chickens are easily as good as ones costing 2x the price. The chips are fine, as is the salad, but the chicken is the star of the show. Unfortunately, I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but when you have one item that's such good value and such good quality, I can't imagine I'm missing much. Let me know if I'm wrong though.

This takeaway is substandard! I had allergic reaction to there kebab and roast chicken.I ended up in A&E and confirmed it was allergic reaction From there ingredients. After asking them.? I have now have my legal represtative suing them,they're due in court in October. I have all the evidence against them I nearly died and was hospitalised for 8 weeks.my throat had closed stopped breathing. My partner had to call the ambulance Use to be good and well cooked food,however past 5 years ,the food is undeniable. They don't care about allergy,food is missing wrong sauces and cold. See you in court tureens. You don't care about your customers but only taking there hard earned cash. Then have the nerve too absolute nonsense over the phone and immigration have been informed also by the li for illegal staff Stay well away cheap food and Death

Worse kebabs and grilled chicken you can have in your life, I bought full grill chicken and special grill kebab , , no taste at all only feel chilli and very spicy. Never recommend to any one 👎👎👎

The donner kebabs are one of the best iv had.Delivery does need sorting out do.It can take ages to come which as probley got to do with how busy it always is.Just try and see for your self.

To be honest I would have given it 0 star but google wouldn’t let me do that, so 1 it is . Good food always busy, need more stuff

Food was due to be delivered an hour ago and no contact from the restaurant. Tried to call to ask what is going on and every time the line is either busy or rings out. Charged a 50p service charge ordering online and I've not even had food let alone service

This takeaway is not right. They need to fix their delivery and the customer service. Also the fact that every time you order from them half the food is missing. They take all your money and give you half of what you paid for and then when the delivery person is coming to give the missing food they try to charge you for it. The only time the customer service is 100% is when you go to the shop in person. Don’t bother ringing them. The food is 50/50, sometimes amazing sometimes not so much.
