This is the slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. It’s routine to wait 7-10 minutes after ordering till coffee. The staff are pleasant, but there’s no sense of urgency, rather a lackadaisical attitude and socialising with each other seems more important than serving customers. I’m in here twice a week at this time and I usually wait ten minutes. Really not good enough

My twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Starbucks as we were wandering around this part of town and I must say that for a first time visit we were totally impressed. A cozy interior, lovely decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Myrtle Street. We were here on a Thursday afternoon, we track and traced and ordered a flat white coffee, we chose to sit outside, our coffee's arrived steaming hot, we just kicked back, chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. From the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve, I am a big fan of Starbucks coffee ,its so tasty, totally reviving. We moved on after our coffee's and for a first time visit to this particular Starbucks cafe we were totally impressed. This Starbucks is easy to locate along Myrtle Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 9am till 5pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Super caro té y café, y sinceramente, no vale la pena. Nada que hace que destaque de otras cafeterías donde puedes conseguir lo mismo por la mitad de precio. He tenido un espresso en Greggs mejor

While waiting for OH, I nipped in to Starbucks opposite the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Friendly greeting. Queue of 1 (me!). Served by Marika - lovely cheerful smile. As I was staying in, I had a lovely big Starbucks mug for my coffee, and I managed a blueberry muffin as well. Both were tasty. Cafe was busy. Appeared to be students but who knows? In any event they were all using laptops and engrossed. I’ve no t been in here before, but I will visit again as it was a nice experience. (Btw u searched in vain on TA for this Starbucks listing. In the end I msgd them to advise and they’ve kindly sent me the link today, enabling me to produce my review.

We go to Starbucks all the time and this one is now our new favourite. It's really modern and the service is fantastic (the best in town)

I offered eight quid for the tap water. They said it was too much but I insisted so they agreed. All very reasonable. Unfortunately the water was cold.

I'm sitting in this spacious air conditioned Starbucks with my latte and heated tuna baguette and I'm feeling good like I know I should! The scouse customer service was very good, the lady brought the food and coffee over to my table, and I'm reading the fantastic art on the wall that teaches all about coffee and the world coffee scene. I'm impressed!

Found this new branch of Starbucks, after visiting the nearby Philharmonic Hall. It's spacious and like all the branches , has a dark interior. Coffee is good, and there is free wi-fi ( sketchy reception,) and loads of sockets for charging devices. It is in competition with another chain, Costa which is on Hope Street. It should be popular with students and tourists.

We ordered a giant cookie on the second of feb to be collected on the 17th feb giving plenty time for it to be made. The day before pick up I ran the branch and asked about the cookie to which the lady rudely replied she hadn’t got an order and that there was lots of staff so it had gone missing, she didn’t even think to ask what was my order and instead told me to ring back at 4:30pm as she was extremely busy. As this cookie was for an event I didn’t want to risk not getting it and with the employee not really listening and being rude on the phone I went down to speak to her to my Surprise (not) she was not busy instead on her phone with her headphones in I spoke about the issue with the missing order and showed her my receipt to which she replied (I believe you) well I’m glad she did as she took my order on the 2nd. She never apologised or even acknowledges her mistake instead was extremely rude. I’m sure this isn’t the time of person Millie’s wants as the front for there business because I will not be going back and I’m sure others will feel the same if they have to deal with the same rudeness and inconvenience.

My girlfriend asked for a medium strawberry acai with lemonade but no ice and the drink cost £5.60 already for this price you could expect them to fill the cup, instead served a small cup half full, i asked if they could fill it up with lemonade as every other starbucks has done. I had to ask for a refund as i wasnt paying £5.60 for a half drink, we sat down to enjoy some time together and we overheard us them attempt to whisper about me asking for a refund by one staff member to the other and i found this to rude, when all i asked was a simple request. Any other starbucks or even staff have been much more accommodating. Wont be returning and ask people to go to the other starbucks in town centre.
