Highly recommend. Had some amazing food and a great atmosphere. The staff were attentive to our needs throughout the visit.
The outside seating area is small, but encouraged us to share a table and spend time with some lovely people. A board was being 'tugged' down the Manchester Ship Canal as we sat outside. (Photo)
Lovely food and staff entirely spoilt by the tiny bottles of beer costing £5.50 each. After 4 of us walked a long way from the other side of the city, on the hottest day so far, we consumed two little bottles each. £44 spent already! Fortunately the food and service was excellent.
Been once before and was excellent. Been today and again faultless. Accommodated for me as a fussy eater and changed a special for me as I can't eat prawns. Dog friendly, staff can't do enough for you. It's definitely worth a visit.
Walking by the canal, we passed this stunning restaurant, decided right there and then to have dinner with my family. I had the mussels in tomato sauce which was divine as my antipasti, on the chef’s special. My mains was really scrumptious lobster ravioli in creamy lobster bisque sauce with baby shrimps. My hubby chose the Paccheri Al ragu and my son had spaghetti bolognese. All very delicious and hearty family dinner with bruschetta and tomato pizza bread for their starter. Nano and Lee are very nice, courteous and attentive. All the staff are really, really pleasant. I would recommend it for special lunch and dinner out and for a relaxing meals with friends and family.
Great communication prior to the reservation and the preorder of all food enabled a very efficient service, which was a welcomed bonus with four hungry children. The decor was fab, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. The food was truly delicious.
Whilst a little way out it’s well worth the drive. The menu has a wide range of options and an excellent array of gluten free dishes. The service was excellent with staff busying around the restaurant attending to customers, nothing was too much trouble. The food came quickly, piping hot and very tasty. The cost was very reasonable and the portions were large. A fantastic place and I can’t wait to return.
Could not have asked for any better service or food. Having been in earlier in the day with friends who let slip it was my birthday I returned to enjoy a fabulous meal. A table all decorated and a card. The food was good and the service from Lucy and the staff was above and beyond. I will certainly be returning
6 of us went for a birthday celebration, one of the party is a coeliac, staff were extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable in explaining all of the gluten free options. Food was delicious 🤤 If we lived closer it would definitely be our go to place to eat.

Service was very slow. Had to go to the bar ourselves to order drinks. Waited 45 minutes for our pre-ordered starter. Same wait for pre-ordered main which was burnt. Most of the chicken souvlaki was inedible. Majority of the main meals in our group were burnt.
