Manor House Hotel and Spa, Alsager in Cheshire East

This is such a stunning hotel and Spa. Highly recommend the morning spa session. 100% worth the price. This place just has a special atmosphere to it which makes it so relaxing.

Fantastic Christmas venue. Excellent catering and staff. Lovely Christmas food too.

1 star off as Spa was supposed to be open at 7am, I went to spa at 740am had to come out in bikini and tell reception steam room and sauna wasn't switched on lost - waited for it to get to a suitable temperature and lost out on 30 mins of use...Steam room didn't come on at all, unfortunate as was really looking forward to use as only one day of stay couldn't use again the next.

Booked this hotel vis country hotel breaks and matched every detail promised. The staff are all friendly and attentive. All facilities are clean. The room with king size bed had great bath/shower and in a quiet part of hotel. Even with functions on we had loads of space, staff and choice of food and drink. If you want a chill the pool, steam room and sauna are available to guests all day. We will be returning.

Stayed several nights for business. Within walking distance to Alsager restaurants and shops and has a bar and grill on site. My room included free breakfast each morning which was excellent and convenient. About 20 minutes drive from my work location at Stoke-on-Trent.

By far the best spa around here. I have been twice in the past 2 months and I can't wait to go again. Little tiny suggestion- please put a little mirror in the private changing cubicles :)

Gorgeous spa at reasonable prices, it feels like a hidden secret but I doubt it will be for long!

Love this spa and hotel. This was my second visit and I'll be booking again soon. The staff were very kind and very accommodating to a couple of requests/changes I had and I can't commend them more. Many hotels have few options but there are plenty of options and different spa deals to choose from. The food was outstanding and I'd highly recommend the dinner on site. Thanks to all the staff.

Absolutely amazing place, met the owner very pleasant and staff were great,rooms were brilliant. Spa treatments were unreal. Service succeeded our expectations. Can speak highly enough. Out of this world experience in my opinion. If you want relaxation, spas pools and a nice environment this is definitely the place. Will definitely be coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An absolute hidden gem of a hotel. We have stayed here twice and if I didn’t know better, I was staying at a Hilton. The restaurant food and service are exceptional and according to my wife, the Spa is very good! The drone photo was taken by me the first time we stayed there and the new Spa expansion is not shown. A great quiet hub to explore the area!!!

We went for a full relaxing spa day . The place was lovely, staff great . Spa ladies a credit to the hotel. Food presented well and very tasty.

I am dairy intolerant I went to the Manor Hotel and spa with my daughter and granddaughter who had a rough time lately. The spa is fabulous the massage was disappointing the food shocking I was given vegan cheese which is like lumps of fat, on the afternoon tea, no imagination.The evening meal was awful I had little choice finally chose lamb cutlets which were served pink I asked if the could be cooked well done and they were only seared inside was pink. The price of the food is high and I expected better. If the chef was unsure of what to serve a customer they could always ask.

Beautiful spa, swim up to bar, lovely mixture of pods for different spa experiences. Indoor n outdoor experience. Must go to experience the full relaxing day.

Pure bliss! Second visit to the spa, excellent afternoon tea! Staff were helpful and the service was exceptional. Stayed overnight and had a fabulous full English breakfast. Room was comfortable and cozy.

Great hotel - very clean with friendly staff. I attended a wedding here and it's an ideal place for a wedding, just the right size but still quite intimate - it's fabulous. I do however think they massively overcharge for rooms, they're nothing if bog standard so I was a bit disappointed but all in all I enjoyed my stay.

This spa is beautiful but it was ridiculously busy so we felt like we Couldn't relax as much as we wanted and felt like everything was quite sloppy with out timings of our day .

Stunning spa 🤩 I'd say it's the best I've visited. It's very pricey though, so be prepared.

I love this place though the fact they restrict drink choices is appalling. You can get orange at breakfast but if you don't drink tea or coffee you are stuck with water or overpriced vending machines. The crafts are good this is our third visit. The app was not working despite it saying it would be which is stressful trying to ensure you can do the things you want to.

Stayed here last night with the mrs for a friend’s birthday party in alsager. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room we stayed in was brilliant, it was one of the older rooms with great big wooden beams running along the ceiling. We also had breakfast today at the hotel which was really good! We both loved our stay at the hotel and hope to come back again at some point and try out the spa.

Booked a 2 day break at Manor House Alsager which was our 4th visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived & was given a lovely room but it was too hot. We changed rooms without fuss. Again the staff were first class they were attentive & friendly. When we went down to our anniversary dinner we were seated in a lovely quiet area & were treated exceptionally. They even surprised us with a platter. We really appreciated the great efforts the staff went through to making our visit memorable.

Overnight stay and visit to the Spa. Everything about this visit was perfect, the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast was amazing; quality ingredients and great service. Value for money. The spa was one of the best I've visited (& I've visited a few) seemed quite busy but still lots of areas to make use of. We'll laid out too. Absolutely loved my visit here.

£90 spa treatment package for my birthday. On arrival, I wasn’t made to feel particularly welcome. The massage treatment itself was good, the bloke got the knots out. But Didn’t see the point in staying for the ‘relaxation’ room - not a lot to do really. General experience was ok, not great customer service. Not great value for money - £90 for massage but no use of pool etc, not even offered a cup of water etc afterwards. Shame really as live fairly locally and hoped it would be good/ better value for money so we could come regularly. Probably won’t be recommending to friends and family based on experience today.
