Didn't eat but a late drink with our son visiting him at university. We have visited Tipple on many occasions when in Lancaster and certainly will again. Lovely place great service and atmosphere.
Slight negative the toilets were unusually unkempt on this visit.

Fantastic food at very good value. Slight delay at table availability but it was a last minute booking so can't really complain. Shout out to Hemesh for creating a great atmosphere and keeping us entertained. Definitely recommend.

Friendly and fast service, good variety of food on the menu but no atmosphere at all.
I also felt quite chilly sat in the corner so maybe the heating should have been higher.
Parking was on the street at the side of the restaurant.
This restaurant doesn't serve alcohol but you can take your own.
Went for a boxing day walk, decided we needed tea and toast and stumbled into this beautiful place, it is so full of nautical lovliness and the atmosphere to match! We enjoyed our food the service was amazing such a happy couple of people that run and work here, always makes the place feel better, lots of things to look at while sitting & chatting, then we saw they did alcohol... I mean it was Christmas and didn't want to be rude haha so for the purpose of research we had to try!! Such a lovely lite Cafe, and as we have family in Whitehaven may need to go back and try it again 👍🙄
Among all of the restaurants this one has a very good menu ( not your usual burger and crowd pleaser food - )
Great servos and very reasonable prices.
I certainly will be returning 👍🏻
Always cooked to perfection. Been 3 times now and would highly recommend. Yet to try the pasta but going off what I have already had it would be 10/10.
If your looking for authentic Italian go here

Was there yesterday for the Dickensian Festival. Pub was very busy. First time I had seen Robinson Old Tom on pump. Only sold in halves but at 8.6% abv probably wise. Works out about £8.40 a pint. The staff were busy, but friendly and efficient. Will save my pennies and visit again. Perhaps on a quieter day.
