Servers did well considering it was a busy Saturday evening. Food was nice although one of the starters was lukewarm at best and one of the steaks was rare rather than medium rare, but other than that the food was good.

We love this establishment, it's warm, welcoming, clean, great food, and a good selection of drinks. We have been served by a lovely and professional staff member. She has served us before and I can safely say that she is one of the best. She goes above and beyond to help and is friendly polite and well mannered. Estela is a godsend to miller & Carter and when she is in we know we will get exceptional service. Thank you Estela and the M&C team. Food that we recommend is the bread bowl, or the mushrooms for starters then the chateaubriand for main, with truffle fries. I do not do deserts but my family love the cheesecake, and the sticky toffee pudding. I always have my tasty go to which is the espresso martini which is well executed at M&C. I can't fault anything about this venue.

Had a fantastic meal at Miller & Carter today. The lunch menu offers great value for money, with high-quality steaks cooked to perfection—tender, full of flavour, and served with delicious sides. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Sinead, our waitress, was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for a great steak at a great steak.

Had an amazing time here, we were waited on by Estela who was great explaining the way they do things, was very friendly and honesty made the night even better. The steaks were cooked exactly as we asked and was the best steak I've had. Will definitely be back.

Not been for over two years and was very impressed with the set menu choice and value for money (before 5pm) Service was excellent from Maggie who couldn’t do enough for us. We went for a Valentine’s Day meal and ordered their special offer butchers block for 2. It was all delicious and received great service from our steak expert waitress Estela who explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We both had a really lovely time.

Food was fantastic. Service was excellent. Jasmine our waitress is briliant. So friendly and helpful. A gem in the middle of a leisure estate. I had the 50 day, 10oz rib eye. With beef dripping sauce, chunky chips and galic and cheese sauce on the salad wedge. So, so good. My wife had the rack of lamb with the sauce. OMG. That was sensational.

It was our first visit to a Miller and Carter. I have always wanted to go. My Grandson and his Partner paid for us. As a treat. We will definitely be going again to experience the sharing platter on Sundays. We like to thank Sophie. For her excellent service. It was a very pleasant afternoon. Great Hot Tasty. Food. Cooked to perfection. 100% quality.

On arrival we had a short wait to be greeted by your front of house staff member and was told you was running about 15mins behind. We were directed to a seating area and a suggestion was made to order a drink whilst we waited. At the bar there was a very long queue due to there bring one member of staff taking drinks orders and another one taking payments. We were called to our table after about 15mins and was net by our waitress who was very attentive and apart from calling customer darling she was a credit to your team. Our starters of mushrooms in a cheese sauce arrive but sadly lacked flavour. The cheese is too mild and the dish needed some seasoning. Our main course arrived. A rump and a fillet steak from your mid range British selection both cooked to medium. The fillet was delicious however the rump was incredibly chewy and frankly very tough so not too enjoyable. If that wasn’t bad enough the fries were double cooked as they were hard and served cold. I did make the waitress aware of this and she did apologise but nothing more even though she returned a full potion back to the kitchen. The desert was the cheese cake and chocolate brownie dish. The cheesecake was delicious but the chocolate brownie was served boiling hot which affected the texture of the dish. Overall a really poor and expensive experience.

Food very nice, prefer the small prawns not king prawns in prawn cocktail,not keen on the veg underneath the seabass, a bit soft and squidgy. Sinead fantastic waitress , couldn't do enough for us.
