We came for a games night, food and drinks. The best part unfortunately was the games and drinks. The food all tasted reheated, overly salty and not the quality and taste that you expect from somewhere with such great reviews. The server would also just plonk the food and drinks down on the table, on top of the games. Massive shame really.

Good coffee and a nice atmosphere. UPDATED - Jan 2025 We decided to give the Foundry Project a go for their bottomless brunch and it was great. Unlike many other venues, you get a 2 hour window, but as they gave us a new bottle of prosecco and beers 2 minutes before the cut off we ended up staying 3 hours, which was great of them. The food was just average, however, despite their food normally being impressive. We all upgraded the bottomless brunch deal from £36 to £39 for more choices and although the chorizo macaroni cheese was enjoyed by two of the party, the other two meals (burger & chicken tenders) were dry and a bit bland. It was incredibly busy though so maybe a bit of leeway should be given. Unlike other venues the unlimited prosecco was nothing like vinegar and went down well. We felt the entire bottomless brunch was good value overall, despite the underwhelming food and we'd definitely go there again as the food is rarely the main star in a bottomless brunch.

Dissapointing. 1. We got told by the waitress on two separate occasions that some people will need to change their mains and others their desserts due to the fact the kitchen doesn't have enough food. We pre ordered over a week in advance. We were told the reason for this lack of preparation was due to lack of communication between staff?? 2. Some food came out cold but other tasted fine. 3. Because the mains took longer than expected (over an hour) we waited patiently for our desserts. Another hour goes by so we asked the staff where our desserts were and their response was that was didn't order any desserts.. this was the same member of staff that came earlier to say some people needs to change their desserts. For this, they give us a few prosecco bottles and 10% discount which we appreciate but overall, not impressed.

Overcooked burger, really loud inside and there was a drunk moron at 12pm kicking the doors in the toilets downstairs, would not go back.

We visited the establishment on Boxing Day 2024. Party of 6. 4 members of my family had chicken dishes. 2 family members had vegetarian choices. The 4 people who had chicken were violently ill 3 hours after dinner with the vomiting lasting 9 hours. It was absolutely horrific and ruined our festivities. It took days to recover. Initial communication with the establishment was satisfactory with a report of an investigation being launched with the catering team. Sadly it’s now radio silence with no further feedback. Despite formally chasing up a response. Environmental health also informed or the food poisoning.

Nice atmosphere, average food. We were told midway through our meal that the tables were reserved and told to leave abruptly; had barely finished our meal. Disappointing lack of customer care. Will not be going back and would NOT recommend to others… more considerate and affordable places elsewhere nearby.

Bottomless brunch is one of the best in Manc, and Evie was a fab host/waitress.

Frankie has been so lovely and accommodating to us, so funny and lovely. (deserves a raise honestly) . He gave us shots for the birthday boys and i can’t recommend them enough.

Bottomless brunch! Food was not a great standard. Drink selection was good, as was the service. Automatic service charge added, which I have a contentious issue with. Pay staff fair wages and don't expect customers to substitute low pay. I will of course tip above and beyond service, which our server presented. However, when questioning the automatic service charge I was told management (who aren't even working that shift) get a percentage of all servers tips, again a contentious issue for me. I simple asked for the automatic tip to be removed. Paid the server a cash tip discreetly. Will I return, yes, and I will ask for the automatic tip to be removed! :)

Your bar tenders taemar and Fred were very good. They knew the skill set well, they were able to make recommendations according to our pallet. They were friendly and fun. They were good sales men too, upping us to doubles. If I were a bar manager again I would want them on my team.

La comida y las bebidas llegaron dentro de un tiempo razonable, una vez que finalmente se ordenó, sin embargo, tomó más de 40 minutos para ordenar debido al código QR que no funciona, un yo nunca fuera del personal que no sabía para qué era el código QR y, posteriormente, tomó mucho tiempo para ser visto por el personal de trabajo, considerando no muchos clientes al mismo tiempo. Cuando se trataba de pagar una chica nueva vino y preguntó si estábamos pagando en efectivo o con tarjeta y dividiendo la cuenta, dijimos que dividiríamos la cuenta y pagaríamos con tarjeta a lo que ella resopló y suspiró y dijo: ¿Pueden todos ir al bar a pagar entonces porque es más fácil. Amazing quiz, great staff, brilliant food

Absolutely excellent. The staff were all amazing; polite, friendly and helpful - especially despite some of our guests not turning up last second. Really really great team, everyone of them. The food was delicious. After 14 years in employment, this was BY FAR the best team Christmas dinner I've ever had. I'd never heard of Foundry before, but I was extremely impressed all around. From the initial booking, to the food, to the service by the staff. Absolutely incredible, and if you pick a different venue, you are missing out.

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and a lovely interior design. Top service, especially from Taemar. You feel very welcome and comfortable as a guest. We'll be back when we're in Manchester.

I cannot recommend Foundry Project enough! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were delightful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my girls and I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday Sip ’n Paint event. The food was delicious, and the drinks were not only great but also very affordable—such a rare combination! The atmosphere was perfect, and every detail was taken care of, making it an event to remember. A huge thank you to all the staff who made my special day so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

Came for my 18th birthday and was very well looked after by Em-J. They’re very good with making sure you get the most out of your two hours of bottomless!! Food too was lovely

Me and a friend came for bottomless brunch. 50 minutes in we hadn’t received our food or drinks, it was busy but obviously this was a little frustrating as brunch is on a timer. Spoke to a member of staff called Taemar.. she basically then gave us the best customer service I’ve ever received! Restarted the brunch timer and made sure we were looked after all night. Genuinely can’t say how lovely she was. Completely turned the night around! I would definitely go there again

Had a lovely Christmas meal here, food was great, the veggie option was lovely. It makes a nice change to get an actual Christmas meal, as the veggie option is always pasta (which no veggie wants)! The sprouts were so good. Evie and Lucy really looked after us, the drinks were flowing, thanks for a nice night out.

A time was had let’s just say that. Bottomless brunch with a fantastic selection of drinks and let’s face it that’s what we went there for. It was my 27th weekend and time with the family who travelled from the bottom of the country and this place left a lasting memory to say the least. We were served by Charlie who was super attentive even though the place was packed! Music for everyone’s taste and we were sat by the DJ and to say you get 2 HOURS!!! Of bottomless drinks is insane for the price you pay. If I want to get merry and have a little nibble again I will definitely be returning. Good value for money too I mean look at the bill!!

We had a lovely time at the foundry project! We took my partners parents for their first bottomless and Frankie was so friendly and on top of the drinks. He kept up topped up and was working so hard with the busy Saturday rush! We had a great time and will be coming back again!

A partir de entonces el servicio fue deficiente. 3 empleados del bar de pie, 2 esperando - en el personal de limpieza de cubiertos mientras estábamos esperando a que se tomaran bebidas y comida y tratando de llamar su atención. El código QR para el orden de la mesa no funcionaba. Tuve que subir y pedir que me atendieran. Suficientemente educado, pero no lo suficientemente atento. Las hamburguesas a base de plantas eran sabrosas, pero ‘salchicha tailandesa’ faltaba en ambos platos. No pude llamar la atención del personal para decirles que renunció a tbh! Positivos fue dos por una oferta de cóctel y código en línea dan para obtener un 30% de descuento en los platos principales. Desafortunadamente no volveremos. Podría haber salido sin pagar, ya que ningún miembro del personal estaba atendiendo para hacernos pagar la cuenta.

Yo, amigos y yo fuimos a tomar un almuerzo sin fondo en un sábado ocupado. Nuestro servidor Frankie fue más allá de nosotros. Él era tan complaciente con nuestra amiga embarazada, recomendando alternativas de alcohol. Estaba lleno, pero todavía estaba tan atento. Él corría constantemente, pero siempre tenía una sonrisa en su cara y era tan educado. El sin fondo era tan buena relación calidad-precio debido a lo atento que estaba. Definitivamente conseguir su dinero vale la pena

I can’t speak for an average service; however, the bottomless brunch that I had was sub par. Service is slow, so slow that in the 2 hour slot we had paid about £46 each for, we were served two drinks. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the venue was busy, but our server spend most of her time playing around behind the bar and actively ignoring our table. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. Staff don’t seem to want to be there and it shows.

Our waiter Charlie was amazing! So attentive, helpful and friendly, always made sure our drinks were topped up and we had everything we needed :)

We went for a friends 30th birthday. Despite the delay in being seated, our server Charlie made our experience great! We did the bottomless brunch, we had 2 big tables & the place was busy too, yet Charlie was very attentive & regularly checked in on us to provide us with drinks. The food was really nice, good portion sizes & the choice of drinks included with the bottomless was really good. All in all we had a great experience here & would definitely return for another bottomless brunch in the future - excellent quality for money

Called in on a Saturday lunchtime initially just for a couple of drinks. Half way through our first drink we decided to get some food. Before we could ask about ordering food or going to get another drink, someone came over, told us the table was booked in half an hour, and placed a reserved sign on the table in front of us. Feels out of place in the Northern Quarter, should be in Spinningfields.

A veces, el brunch sin fondo puede ser caro por lo que obtiene, y el servicio puede ser dolorosamente lento. Esto fue todo lo contrario. Evie era un excelente anfitrión. Ella estaba atenta y nos explicó a la llegada qué combinaciones de bebidas estaban disponibles y cómo funcionaba todo. Evie se aseguró de que tan pronto como hubiéramos terminado una botella de Prosecco la botella fue reemplazada. La selección de comida fue buena, y la comida me sube los pulgares. Mi hamburguesa de pollo estaba abundante y sabrosa. No se puede pedir mucho más que eso. Evie fue muy claro que necesitaba la mesa de vuelta casi inmediatamente después de que nuestra reserva terminó, pero porque nos hizo saber con mucha antelación que teníamos tiempo para terminar nuestras bebidas y pasar al bar. Nada se sentía apresurado, lo cual me gustó mucho. Sin duda volvería a Foundry Project para el brunch sin fondo sin dudarlo.

Not the best experience in Manchester. As for the food - I had a full English breakfast, it was delicious and really filling, the girl had avocado toast, it was on regular bread and overall it tasted pretty weird. As for the serving - there are a few weird moments: the spoon they served the latte with was completely dirty (as if they mixed it up and brought it unwashed), there were two hairs in the food (one in the latte, the other in the egg with avocado toast), the table was really dirty and sticky (my plate was so stuck to the table that I couldn't move it lol). As for the staff - everyone was really nice and sweet, thank you for everything!
