I went here for my friends birthday today. The service and atmosphere was great. Very lively and lovely friendly staff! However, me and my friend both ordered the Nutella French toast but, to our surprise, there was a tiny blob of Nutella and the rest, including the shot, was clearly just chocolate sauce. I’m not sure if they ran out of Nutella, which I understand happens, but I would have appreciated being told they were substituting it for chocolate sauce when ordering so we had the option of ordering something different, as me and my friend both don’t like chocolate sauce so we didn’t really eat our food. I would come again and try something else as the other food looks great and my other friend’s meal was lovely and she really enjoyed her English breakfast. I just think they need to inform customers if they are substituting an item on the menu as they order it. Iv attached a photo so you’re able to see the colour difference between the chocolate sauce and the Nutella.

Lovely brunch. Great food portions and our server, Ruby kept the drinks flowing. They had a DJ with great tunes to dance to! Would highly recommend xx

We went on Monday morning was really busy but we managed to find a table. The food was amazing everything that we got was perfect!!! The service was quick despite the full restaurant!!! A warm atmosphere and welcoming!Sarah was lovely thank you for everything!!! If you bit Liverpool it’s a sure place to go for breakfast-brunch!!!!!

The atmosphere was really nice inside but it looks like it’s always busy not loud though so you can have a peaceful meal the service was great and they helped us choose as well I highly recommend to try the pancakes they where so fluffy and delicious if you are visiting Liverpool highly recommend the place next time we coming Liverpool we be coming back

Took our mate for afternoon birthday brunch, could not fault this place. Such great value for money in Liverpool City Centre! Delicious brunch options, presented well, served hot and no time at all waiting. Such friendly professional staff, couldn't do enough for you. And cocktails are superb 🙌🏼 our server was Hannah and she was just fab! Friendly, and very accommodating. She even arranged for the staff to sing happy birthday to our mate, which was lovely. Defo coming back. We need more venues like this in our cities serving tasty affordable food, proper food, with fantastic service. Support your locals x

Visited here today and had the maple Japanese bacon soufflé pancakes, they were 10/10. Customer service was just as good, we were served by Hannah who made our experience very enjoyable. She was welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful.

We came to celebrate our friends birthday and Hannah served us. From the moment to arrived to when we left Hannah could not be any more helpful. With knowledge of the menu and perfect recommendations Hannah made our experience so special. Ruby was an absolutely fantastic waitress. We had a very large, loud group for a hen party and Ruby treated us with such respect and fun. She was kind and considerate to the bride and made our experience 100/10, we will definitely be recommending bam boo because of her service!!

Great place to have brunch we tried short rib shakshouka and pistachio pancakes and was the best brunch I have had in liverpool. Sarah was so lovely and welcoming , she gave us the best service and she is always smiling. And making sure all customers are happy

Hannah was really kind and welcomed us. We didn’t have to ask about halal options as she told us at the door that there are. She helped us pick a dessert which was the pancakes and it did not disappoint.

We brunched here having spotted it the previous day when walking by. Super friendly team, so welcoming, food is absolutely gorgeous (check out their Insta page, it really is as good as it looks!). Thank you too everyone, oh, and great playlist!!! Don't pass it by without heading in the Hash Stacks and Shakshuka were top drawer

Love this place. This is our second visit, the staff were friendly and attentive. Food was unreal. I had the breakfast bagel which was fantastic & my husband had ordered one of the breakfasts. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Just AMAZING experience!! It was 3 p.m. when we arrived, TOP welcome. Service nothing to say. The decor is splendid. The DISHES are just fantastically GOOD! We enjoyed a baby Mac&Cheese, 2 chicken burgers and RIBS Tacos. My god, my mouth is still watering. I really recommend it to you.

Too long to wait for a mediocre meal. Steak sandwich was tasteless and despite seemingly many staff available, it didn’t seem efficient, we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food. Cocktails were lovely though!

Visited for my daughter's 17th with 6 girls aged 7-17 and wow! The staff were ridiculously accommodating making sure I had everything for the younger girls. Our main server was Hannah and what a pleasure she was, made us all feel very comfortable. The food is insane...the portions are huge! The french toast and souffle pancakes should be illegal! Luckily they have take out boxes for left overs because the kids were practically in a food coma! Beautiful environment, lovely staff amazing food...can't wait to go back. Thanks for making her birthday fab 😍

Easy to book online but the organisation on the day was pretty sketchy and they clearly hadn't held our reservation. Food comes out really quick and decent, pretty overpriced though this is a treat place nor a regular haunt. Better than Leaf over the road but definitely the same sort of clientele.

10/10 food was amazing! I’m normally more focused on the drinks at Bottomless brunch but wow I couldn’t get over the quality of the food. I had the ‘hash stack’ I’m planning another night out just to taste it again 😅 service was great, staff were very accommodating and kept us topped up 5 throughout. Also had a DJ who kindly played all our requests. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend

Highlight the pancakes. Very good. Eggs benedict disappointing (spinach tough and lacked seasoning). Service was slow and impersonal. The place is very busy. Very little milk provided for my tea and hard to get attention to ask for more.

Was seated without a reservation and feeling happy about getting in. The place was not too busy and the waiters seemed to be running, so I sat and relaxed for maybe 10-15 minutes without putting in an order. When it approached 20 I asked a waiter why nothing was happening and she told me that I didn't have a reservation and maybe that's why people who came after me had put in orders. I ended up leaving without food as they wouldn't take my order and then getting treated by a waiter like that when politely trying to get their attention was too much.

The cocktails are phenomenal and the staff go above and beyond to cater to the customers. The portion sizes are amazing, the taste and presentation are phenomenal and the enviroment is so relaxing.Will definitely come here again 10/10

One of the best breakfasts we have had. We were the first ones in on a wet morning. Warm welcome and food came out promptly. Thought it was a little pricey but definitely value for money. Large portions and delicious too. Would highly recommend

Came for a birthday meal for my friend. We had great service from the moment we walked in from Hannah, Kuz and Michael.The portions were very generous and we had bottomless drinks which were topped up as soon as we’d finished with the bartender Joel making us lovely cocktails. The food was beautiful, thanks to the chefs Marley, Frosty and Liam. The restaurant itself was beautiful too.

Food and drinks were good, only takeaway for me personally is that I asked to swap two of the items in my breakfast (feta and chickpeas) due to allergies and replace with cherry tomatoes and i was charged and additional £1 for this which wasn’t explained.

Went for bottomless brunch! Great food, interesting selection compared to other places, and plenty of Prosecco. Not the cheapest bottomless brunch, but would definitely eat there again!

I can't rate this place enough.All the staff were super friendly with amazing service.And the food!!!! Well......It was the best ever.We ordered a selection of different dishes and each one was perfect!! We were all so full after we didn't want to eat anything else for 8 hours.Thanks so much xx

What a special place to have brunch. Love the decor and the staffs were all friendly and attentive. We ordered the Hash Stack and Soufflé pancake stacks. Both looked amazing and delicious. Flavours were good and not overwhelming. Pancakes’ texture was fluffy and light. Highly recommend this place for breakfast/brunch!

This institution was a delight and if I didn’t live in Montreal, I would easily become a regular. The servers were friendly and attentive. The dishes were delicious, creative and served hot. Excellent presentation. The environment was well lit. Inviting and clean. Music not too loud. Only downside is that the tables are close together. EASY recommendation.

My friend and I went to Bamboo for brunch. The coffee was such good quality and really nicely presented. The breakfasts were delicious - a great spot if you’re wanting something sweet such as French toast and pancakes! We both left feeling really impressed and we also had great service from our server who we had, thank you!
