El personal es muy amable y servicial. Los cócteles son increíbles y a un precio muy razonable - 2 por £ 15. Teníamos el melón y el hibisco amargos y era para morirse.

Visited Brass monkey because was recommended by a friend and was not left disappointed. Dylan served us the best cocktails and they even had a cheeky promo on so wasn’t heavy on my pocket!

The worst mojito I have ever had, 6 slices of lime??? And a tree of mint! Crush led ice that small it blocks the straw so can’t even drink it! Won’t be returning

Stumbled across this special special place in my first few days of moving to liverpool. The staff is friendly, vibes are great and interiors are gorgeous. The drinks are so well made and I highly recommend the cocktails- especially the Espresso Martini, which is one of the best I’ve had. Brass monkey is the perfect place to have a quite, wholesome evening- ps: sitting on the swings is the best part!

Totally ripped off here tonight. £20.80 for two glasses of wine.!!!. I said to the barman your are taking the pxxs? .Refused to pay. Thinks we were from out of town!!!. Do NOT GO THERE!!!!

Lovely service and atmosphere but let down by the drinks. The margarita tasted overly sweet and synthetic and was not enjoyable.

El mejor lugar para tomar cócteles que encontramos en nuestra “ruta del tesoro” alrededor de Liverpool. El interior era encantador, festivo y acogedor, con música de amor en una tarde de domingo. Un mojito realmente maravilloso fue hecho con cuidado y atención al detalle! Desafortunadamente tuvimos que irnos a casa en tren o hubiéramos tenido unos cuantos más 🍹

A gem of a pub Well worth a visit

No food but great cocktails, nice wine and good beer. Atmosphere is fantastic, One of my favourite haunts in Liverpool.

Unique cozy bar with wonderful staff and quaility cocktails, it has a very alt aestetic and is possibly one of my favorite bars, though i havent had the food here so i cant judge it

Great little place for a pint or cocktail. Always a nice atmosphere and staff are warm and friendly. Would highly recommend for couples or small groups.

Amazing city with fantastic people. Best of all to visit in Beatles week. So much music and a fantastic happy atmosphere Can recommend the two Staycity Aparthotels for the best accommodation at a reasonable price.

Just a perfect bar for a beer and a cocktail. Clientele range from 18ish to 60ish - and everyone is chilled, smiling and friendly.

My twin brother and I were walking down School Lane and with rain eminent we decided to drop into Brass Monkey, been here before, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking bar,interior is superb, main room dominated by an eye catching tiled serving bar, eclectic decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling School Lane, its just a really good bar to unwind in. We ordered a guinness each, these were poured in the correct manner even allowing time for the all important settle, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular bar while we sipped our guinness. My guinness was absolutely superb, thick, creamy and most importantly iced cold, nothing better than a pint of guinness to chill out with . We both really enjoyed our guinness in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Brass Monkey we had a great time. Brass Monkey is easy to locate along School Lane. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, midday till midnight. Friday & Saturday, midday till 2am. Sunday, midday till midnight. In my opinion its a great bar to seek out if you're in the area.

My wife's favourite place in Liverpool

In the city to see a band- Came in early doors for a drink as we were passing, very friendly approachable staff very knowledgeable too , a nice change ! We had a drink and left and later returned after the “gig “ for more drinks. 100% recommend.

What a lovely place I dident have anything to eat but look very clean and the staff were very nice so on my next trip to liverpool I will be trying the food.

This is definitely mine & my husbands favourite bar,every time we pop into Liverpool for a shop or lunch we always end up going in to round our day of with the best cocktails we have ever had,Adam & Dan the two bar men on made us the best cocktails yesterday, Adam stood talking to us both about all the spirits & cocktails they do & the new one's that was coming soon,the knowledge of what they do is amazing, giving us so many new ideas to try & make at home,my husband loves making cocktails, thanks again for the perfect end to a lovely day out in Liverpool 👍🍸🍸

Popped in at 3pm on a Thursday, 2 for £14 cocktails all excellent, mojito, caipirinha, spicy marg (delicious) and pina colada (the best thing we’ve ever tasted), excellent decor and service.

No food anymore unfortunately but still the best drinks to offer, prices very cheap considering the location and tasted almost the best in the city, I would recommend here as I will be returning myself

First time visit and we will be back. We had an issue over the flatness of the mixer (diet Coke) to our drink, which wasn't really resolved apart from the bar staff tasting it, but I'd still argue it was flat, so only stayed for 1 drink, otherwise we'd have stayed for longer. A lovely chilled vibes. Relaxed and informal. We will be back.

Unlike many city centre establishments in major cities, this little place packs character, it's unique and not another run of the mill chain bar. Drink are reasonably priced, friendly staff, cool and awesome decor, pay these guys a visit, as visitors to Liverpool we were made extremely welcome and found this and excellent little spot, music was at a volume where it was relaxed and you could hold a conversation and the location is very easy to reach.

Cracking little Boozer, nice welcoming/comfortable atmosphere 😎 Customers are a mix of all ages and all walks of life which I think is great. Has a good selection of Beers and the Staff are really friendly and quick to serve Customers 👍 I thought it was quite small but it isn't, I only realised when I was leaving that there are loads more Seats and Tables further down the back of the Pub, near the Toilets 🤦‍♂️ Great place to go for a Drink, any time of the day 👍

Little hidden gem of a place: absolutely loved the unique atmosphere and decor. Drinks were reasonable and the cocktails were on point. Will definitely be on my list anytime I'm in Liverpool.

Lovely little cocktail bar. Their menu is great and the staff are super friendly. Especially when making drinks they offeree to tailor the sweet or sour ratio to suit you. The atmosphere is good. We went on a Sunday night and it was still buzzing in there.

My wife and I went in by chance when visiting Liverpool. The atmosphere was really good, friendly. The staff were excellent and made us very welcome. My wife loved it and gives it 5 stars immediately, and we are both retired.

Top decor at the moment. Chinese lanterns all over the place. Mix that with a load of eclectic country memorabilia, and you have... strange and unusual! On top of that, decent cocktails and a smaller bill than usual, you have yourself a pub that's much better and more memorable than those around it.

Came here for a couple of drinks and had a really lovely time. The staff are really friendly and attentive, and have a bit of a chat with you as they make your drinks up. The decor is quirky and charming with a few seats and tables in 3 different areas of the bar. It's quite a small and intimate bar. They had a good selection of beers, wines and spirits so something for everyone. Definitely recommend popping in if you're in the area!

Lovely staff and great selection of drinks. Told the bar man to surprise me with any spiced rum and he made me such an unusual but lovely version of a rum cocktail. The music is at just the right volume and always has a cosy atmosphere and nice vibe.

We loved this bar young lady behind bar a credit to owners. Great music and loved the decor we can't wait to visit again we'll done.

Really lovely pub fantastic decorations and warm welcoming atmosphere everyone was lovely and welcoming It is very busy at the front as it is a popular spot which might be a lot for some people but there was a much quieter space towards the back with tables so should suit different peoples requirements!
