I have to say, people are too quick to say bad things about all their experiences! Seriously people. I don't know if you are so piss poor that you can't afford to eat out? Or that you just love to complain? Read all of my other reviews and you will see I speak the truth!!! "THIS PLACE IS FU $#@NG AMAZING!!! smiley warm welcome from olinda, then all of the staff are so commited to serving excellence! The food was bursting with flavours and spices! The beverages were chilled to perfection! If I were to score this experience it would most definitely be a 10/10! So people, don't be put off by negativity! Please try this place, its awesome! Food, fresh. Staff, attentive. Surroundings, warm and confortable, overall......absolutely taste sensational fantasticly delicious! Cant wait to return!

First time at this restaurant in years and we were bitterly disappointed. Parmos were thin and the béchamel topping was tasteless, chips were dark in colour and tasted like old fat. We had to chase up drinks, were never asked once how the meal was, and waited a good while for any service staff to appear to ask for the bill. Adding insult to injury, you have to pay extra for garlic dip (£1), coleslaw (£2) and even a takeaway box (50p). Plus they add a 10% service charge on. We asked for this to be removed due to the lack of service - all in all an overrated venue, and average food. The place was packed - it obviously attracts many people due to the extensive parmo menu - but they should focus more on service and quality. We won’t be rushing back.

Supposedly a dog friendly cafe, it's a shame that doesn't apply to the staff, the woman in the cafe collecting the dirty trays is definitely not dog friendly or people friendly come to that she was very rude and in this day of being aware of mental health does not put it into practice at all, my daughter was going to sit with her dogs in the" correct area", however there were no CLEAN tables so she positioned herself and the dogs on their cover with their water bowl just outside the area while I got a coffee, however she was abruptly informed she couldn't sit there and the assistant pulled up the cover while the dogs were still sat on it and took it over to the dog area and put it on the floor and then cleared a table, totally unacceptable action against someone who suffers with anxiety, the prices of the food were ridiculous, £10 for a hot turkey sandwich!, so I settled for a Decaf cappuccino for myself but I think the assistant forgot to add the coffee because it tasted like a mug of hot milk and also a regular cappuccino for my daughter, however when I got to my daughter, eventually, both her and the dogs were so stressed because of the rudeness of the staff that we left the coffees and the items we had put into our trolley and left. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Don’t usually write reviews but was so disappointed just had to! After a long day at work decided to treat myself to fish and chips. Had never tried Hartburn Fish Bar before even though ‘my local. Never again - I’m not that fussy an eater but the fish was absolutely inedible. I’ve given 2 stars cos the chips were passable so managed to avoid the whole meal going in the bin.

This Caffè Nero has gone way down in terms of welcoming and a clean place to have a coffee The tables always dirty but also in need of a re decoration and new tables and furniture Last time I was there I spotted fruit flies which is not good The step outside is a health hazard and why people still go here I just don’t know Close it down

Sunday 19th January 2025 We fancied eating Sunday lunch out today so paid our first visit to the "Warehouse" on Preston farm in Stockton on tees and I'm glad we did as it was delicious! The beef was perfectly cooked and the trimmings were gorgeous! We both had a dessert too which was lovely. Staff couldn't be better, they were all so nice and attentive. The place is really quirky and we loved it! We'll definitely be back soon! (Please get lamb on the menu for Sunday's, would happily pay more to have it!) Try this place out, you'll love it x

First visit here for Sunday lunch with family and food was really lovely, ample amount even on the child’s size, seven of us ate and all loved it, staff friendly place clean and walm, sticky toffee pudding was one of the best I’ve had. Will be going again soon.

NEVER EVER AGAIN Ordered a takeaway, over an hour later it arrived. Pizza 1 Overloaded with salt to the point of making you feel sick on the first bite. It was thrown out. Pizza 2 Under cooked, had to be recooked. It still didn't taste good. Chicken item This also had to be thrown away, it was appalling, tasted awful. Money lost. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Booked a table, turned up lights were off, gates were locked. No contact from Finkle and Green to say it was closed. Avoid.
