The best restaurants in Stockton-on-Tees North East

Past few times have ordered from here and every single time the order is wrong asked to speak to manager asked for refund and got told to send food back they don’t do free food! when I wanted a refund for the items missing on my order when it clearly states on the app that I ordered it! Real poor service!

Expensive. Bland and absolutely no meat in the salt n pepper beef dish I ordered The spring rolls had literally no filling. An absolute rip off!!!!!

Ordered bbq spare ribs and got bones with hardly any meat on them with loads of spicy things all over them tried to call before closing to be ignored going hungry tonight

Food was sat under hot plate far too long, bread on hotdog was rock hard, all chicken came out burnt salt n peper chicken was covered in teriyaki sauce, onion rings were soaked in fryer oil, very disappointed, as years past have been brilliant front of house server was lovely

JERSEY ROYAL NEW POTATOES Select Farmer Philip Le Mastre 1J0405C1 rotten and unacceptable. 3 rd Year running but this year returning most for a refund. Also the ones we did eat were tasteless. Where are the buyers at M&S and quality control ?????

$63 for 2 medium pizza's and bread is freakin crazy, I'll be going somewhere else from now on!! Freakin $63, that's nuts

Visited for Sunday lunch with family . Overpriced and probably one of the worst Sunday lunches I have ever eaten .Beef tough as old boots ,hard to cut with standard cutlery , broccoli pretty much raw . Pork fatty and wafer thin .Roast potatoes tasted like reheats,luckily only given 2 of them and carrots again hard and barely edible. Dinner saved by the mash which was the best thing on the plate .We mentioned to waitress about meat being awful who didn't look surprised or interested. Honestly save your money and go to one of the many local pubs that serve great food in this area .

Car park scam. Went in July for drinks wasn’t told to enter my reg no sign posting to advise this was needed, 2 months later get a fine for 140 quid.

Not a clean place, nor the food quality. Disappointing.

This was our second visit to Five guys the first been last year as its a good 50 minute drive to get to from where we live. On this last and i mean LAST visit to Five Guys The burgers have shrunk and were tasteless, Go woke go broke, it was a marked difference in QUALITY and we will not be going back. McDonalds is better quality and VALUE.
