Pizza was thick in some parts and in others paper thin, which left the topping falling off. Chips didn’t have enough cheese on and garlic was very watery and didn’t taste like garlic. Very disappointing.

Nearly a £30 order. I got 2 meals, both large and only received small portions, It’s the 3rd time i have bought large and received small. It’s ridiculous how much money you spend just to be given what you over payed for in terms of portion size and to top it off all the food was freezing on delivery!

Hi I ordered a 16 inch for but I wasn’t in to receive it as I ordered it for someone else how ever I only received a 12inch

Ordere at 17:05, estimated delivery between 17:50 and 18:10. Called shop at 18:17 and was told it'd be another 20 minutes. 35 minutes later the food finally arrived. This page that I'm writing these comments from says that it was delivered at 17:55. I have no idea how you've worked that out as it didn't arrive until almost 18:50. Nearly an hour later!

Parmesan was terrible chicken tasted sour couldn’t eat any of it such a shame

Have not been here for years as it went downhill. Thought I would give it a try again so ordered a hotshot parmo. Ordered online and went to pick up. Only waited about 5 minutes after my collection time which is fine. Food was hot and the parmo was really nice. I would order again. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the food is because I have had better parmos elsewhere. But still a nice parmo

Ordered at 19:20. Told delivery would be between 20:00 and 20:20. Called at 20:30 to chase. Food arrived at 20:45, still hot so had obviously only been prepared when I chased the order.

Order missing the 2 cans of coke but food was nice

Order a parmo burger with salad when I come bk home the bun was burn the parmo was crispy round the edges and no salad was in the bun chips were cold

Food was ordered at 6:30. Just eat said 35-45 mins. When I rang the shop they said it was incorrect and is usually up to an hour. Food didn’t arrive until 8:15, nearly 2 hours after placing the order. Even if the recommended time was an hour for delivery, we have waited 45 minutes longer than expected. Not impressed at the wait time at all.

Only takeaway my daughter ever wants, spot on every time and the portions are huge

It was more than two hours late, after the first hour we received a messaged that it would be delivered in 10 mins, it wasnt delivered till 1hr and 20 mins later. I would like a refund please.

My food was 1 hour late waited 2h from ordering then when got my food they got some of my order wrong so then had to wait another 30/40 mins for them to bring it back through out the whole time all this I rang them about 4 times to see where my food was

Kebab nice thick slice chips chunky soft very nice

Kebab was pink and cold chips were cold

Parmo burger was cold u could still taste the oil on the chips and the kebab was little bits of meat and it was cold and dry worse takeaway ever

Shocking ! Loved this place in the past but the Parmo was burnt thin & tiny with zero béchamel … food was cold & over 30 mins late .. the delivery driver sat in her car for about 10 mins on the phone prior even getting out to give us our order … won’t be returning

30/45 min delivery it advertises as I waited 2 hours the shop is round the corner I have baby in bed I phoned the shop 25 min ago to be told it was out on the road im still waiting now I phoned shop again to be told I’m not the only delivery just got hear 35 min after I was told it was with driver now sat with cold meal and a diet coke

Food ordered at 18:53 it’s now 20:55 still so sign called said it was with the driver. 2hrs for a bit of pizza shocking service. I’d rather they said we’re not taking orders right now or give a more realistic delivery time if things are this backed up and slow. Maybe provide delivery estimates before taking orders

Really cold and not value for money. Medium chicken Parmesan with chips and salad. Chicken very stringy not enough bechemal sauce or cheese . Chips very cold. Salad nice and plenty. Really quick delivery but a disappointment

Got told food was with driver an hour before it arrived, when we did get it the medium parmo was more of a kids parmo and cold and the pizza was stone cold also! Only reason I kept it is because I still have kids to feed

Ok so it was going to be late with the weather etc, but over 2 hours from ordering and numerous calls to the place but only got answered once to be told it’s on its way now, 40mins later it arrived and very disappointed, will not be using again in a hurry.
