Literally the best Chinese takeaway in the area! Amazing friendly staff, gorgeous food, quick time to prepare and cook and absolutely delicious.

This Establishment is not one to patronise. Not only was our meal late it was cold and the chicken was a disgrace. At 78 years old I was so disappointed for my visiting family. Who were disgusted by the total experience.

I’m so sorry we’ve eaten from here with good delivery and great meals, however I must admit this meal tonight was far from acceptable in the standards of the past, very little meat and veg. We still can’t believe we can’t pay by card in this modern system

Recently found this place after moving back to MSG and saw it was just down the road. 4 of us ordered and everyone enjoyed what they ordered, no complaints and the food was lovely and ready in 20 mins. Staff are lovely.

This is a good place with reliable Chinese. Not the best in the world but certainly a lot better than other Chinese takeaways in Teesside.

So you order your food and wait with signs of only 3 in the shop 6 in the shop at once then arrive home cos the staff mess your order up will deliver extra bits then want to charge you for the privalige service terrible block my number won't be again see ya disgraceful

found hair in my food and chicken was stuff and didn't even taste like chicken also mushrooms were awful full lot thrown in the bin will never be back again ans have used this place for a few years but never again

Found big long hair in food,having read reviews on another site someone else has had the same problem, also food was dry and chips all scrappy chips

Terrible Service. First time I ordered from lucky house my order was 50 minutes late, and this was for collection. Second time they told me my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived to pick my order up, they said it would be 10 mins, waited 20 asked how long it would be to be told it’s on its way, another 20 minutes pass, I’m then told my order hadn’t even been started and the ticket had been lost. Deceived to try again, got there and my order had been given to someone else, they clearly have no clue what is going on. Not too sure how they are still open. Won’t be returning.

Ordered food at 4. 30 as shop opened ! Food prices had gone up extra £8 on our order !!! Been sat waiting now fir 30mins spent over £80 What a joke such poor service

Where do I begin with this DUMP...just kidding foods great apart from the fact that I ate a dog. Ordered beef chow mien and when it arrived I found a cats head in my noodles...can’t complain though tasted amaze balls👌🏼

We collected our food had to wait about 45 minutes but they were vey busy! Honestly the best chinese we have ever had, we got honey chilli king prawns, chicken in orange sauce, mixed starter, chips, rice and curry sauce. And free prawn crackers. All delicious and good quality! We will order from here again definitely and recommend to others.

To those who have given this take away five stars, where do you eat? Nothing is fresh. Duck in plum, dried out of a packet and reheated, chewy like toffee. Chicken and pineapple, boiled strips of re-heated chicken? Tinned pineapple. If there are any chefs out there who think this food or type of cooking is good, please let me know so I can avoid your venue. Poor, very poor...

Excellent food, came early and all piping hot, would recommend salt and pepper king prawns. Best Chinese in the area.

My daughter ordered vegetarian spring roll ( never eaten meat and 15 years old) on returning home my daughter took a bite to discover prawns and chicken and was upset and shaking. I rang the number and explained what had happened and was told my daughter is a liar and ordered the meat option, then threatened and advised to send my daughter round in a threatening manner. All I was after an explanation and apology for a mistake. This could have been resolved by any sort of customer service instead of an instant defensive attitude. I would advise anyone to be be careful when ordering from this shop as this could have created a huge incident if the shop made a mistake with someone with allergies.

Varied menu, great customer service, lovely food, short waiting times and the parking is easy but they deliver too.

Good Chinese, with wide menu, more than the usual Chinese takeaway. Easy access and good parking, worth trying.

I always drive here for my chinese takeaway, passing others en route. The food is consistently eccellent.

This is the best Chinese takeaway in the area, the food is always piping hot, tastes great and a fantastic menu The salt and pepper ribs are delicious and the prawns in plum sauce is devine. Since I moved from eaglescliffe to Ormesby I always go back to the Lucky house, the staff are very accommodating and the customer service is brilliant.

Got takeaway with friends on Saturday night. Never been before but having had recent average Chinese takeaways thought we would give it a try. A range of food was ordered for delivery, reasonably priced, plenty of it, prompt delivery. And it tasted delicious! I personally loved the chicken chow mien which had a more than usual amount of chicken in. Delicious. My new fave Chinese takeaway.
