Really chewy chicken on pizza. Potato skins were that thin it's as if they used walkers crisps. Also forgot bottle of pop

We are regular visitors to the cafe and have always had excellent service with friendly staff however we visited today and ordered cheese and tomato toasty on gluten free bread which I asked if they had and she said yes, when it came I was surprised as they usually have a brown bun toasty and this was in thick white bread , I was suspicious and worried about eating it because I am coeliac and it could make me very ill, I asked the girl if she would double check which she did and came back saying it wasn't gluten free the till hadn't printed the gluten free out!! and she would get me another......I was disappointed to say the least

Hosted an Aussie leaving party in the upstairs function room for around 100 people. The staff/management couldn’t do enough for us from start to finish. Didn’t wait more than a minute or two to be served all night, don’t know how they kept up but they smashed it! 10/10 would definitely recommend

delivery person was lost when he got here he started asking me for my internet connection I am disabled and live alone I didn't enjoy him knocking loud on my door asking me for the code I had already given him this is the first time I have not enjoyed the home delivery experience

What a great little place this is ..the staff are supper friendly and like a bit of banter ..we call in here every time we are working near by as the food is very good and great value for money ...well worth a visit if you are in the area

Ordered 2 piza’s & 2 portion of fries between my self and 2 children . It was out on the table in less than 5 mins the piza’s weren’t even cooked they were shocking we were all starving the kids had one slice each The fries were rubbish as well big portions but rubbish quality should of just gone to McDonald’s and that’s saying something. Probably the worst meal I’ve ever paid for don’t go there for food shocking

Previously, I had a good experience with ordering here, This is my third time ordering delivery, and I waited 3 hours before calling a second time asking for an update on my delivery. I was told my delivery appeared to already be delivered. I had been waiting close to the door, so i knew that wasn't true. It took them a while to realize that apparently, due to the locations, they had deleted my order without calling me or letting me know. Even though they have been delivering to my house over the past several months, they are now unable to deliver to my house. The only redeeming part here was the night managers who kept calm even when I didn't. It would have been nice to get some kind of heads up that my order was canceled a few hours ago. Now we are eating a can of soup at almost 10:00 pm, We ordered at 6:30.

100% one of the worst places I’ve had food at. Deffo the worst in the area only gets business because of location. Kids chicken nugget meal - chicken nuggets warm on outside still frozen in the middle. Salad in wraps stale, not fresh in the slightest. Half green half brown. Excuse given, it’s just mixed leaves. Half was dry and well out of date while the only half was just clinging on haha. Horrible food - that’s being nice. Deffo won’t be back and deffo wouldn’t recommend. Should of clicked on when the couple infront of me at the bar ordered a bottle of wine the staff couldn’t find no clean glasses of the ones that were hung up ready to use

Great Sunday Cavery; Good price and lots of food... the two meat meal was good value. Great Bar staff as well and very helpfull

Can’t recommend this place enough! Amazing l. welcoming staff who were very eager to make sure our time here was the best it could be. Food was fantastic, portion sizes are very filling so worth every Penny and very tasty. Offered us a wide selection of drinks and had colouring in things for the children. Only a short walk away from lots of tourist attractions in the town which makes it ideal. Will definitely be back regularly.

Got half half pizza. Waited 90 mins for delivery the bolognaise was so spicy I couldn't eat it. I haven't had bolognaise for awhile but never would I get it again. Ate half of 1 slice and found 3 pieces of grissle in mince. Bloody awful
