Rang for a delivery, asked for a 0030 spot. Had to ring at 00.50 to be told its with delivery driver. At 2am still waiting for food. Used to get food from there often but won't be using them any more.

Order here all the time don't normally have any problems!! Ordered my son some chicken nuggets and chips as he prefers them from zaks !!! Imagine running a business and the delivery driver says why didn't you just order McDonald's it's only across there !!!! Because it was late and he couldn't be bothered!!! Well that silly comment has just lost your business a good customer 👏

Don't I repeat DO NOT order from this takeaway. ordered a special nanbab that cost 12.50 suppose to have tomatoes peppers onions ect had not only two peices of chicken kebab and nanbab dripping literally dripping in grease i could practically draw a picture with it only nice thing about it was the bloody chips. Will definitely be reporting this to trading standered for the food hygiene bloody disgrace. Place needs shut down.

First time order Food was spot on got a chicken tikka wrap and pepperoni pizza delivery driver had the food here nice and hot Sauces were spot on too, it took a while to come but is expected in a Saturday night especially during lockdown! Will defo order again was worth the wait!

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Went in to collect an order I placed on just eat. Originally for deliver but as I was paying cash and called ahead, asked for collection. When I arrived I waiting for 5 minutes for a woman to come out and say “what”. She then said I have to pay the deliver charge, even tho I collected, followed by “so you want your food or not “ so I paid and left. Got home and my partner called to complaint about the service and the fact they missed the kebab off the order. She was so rude calling me a liar. When I was there I had a peak around the kitchen and felt sick. It was grubby, dirty and very unclean. I was put off my food and ended up just binning it. Not before the delivery driver turned up with the missing kebab and the money they owed me. It was freezing cold and the bag was fixers in thick grease that looked a horrid shade of brown. All around terrible place will NOT be returning.

Currys didn't have much flavour at all. The rice was mushy and also lacked flavour even though I ordered a garlic rice.

Ordered food tonight, got the chicken pilau for a change , the food was outstanding ,best curry I've had in a long time, highly recommend

Just ordered a nanbab with what was supposed to be spicy sauce..no spice what so ever and no taste at all, infact it was completely bland! Put it straight in the bin..wouldn't even rate it 1 star

Ordered and picked up, hot lamb madras and chicken Balti. Balti was fine but the madras sauce was cold, meat hot, there was no spice heat from the madras. I've been coming here for years and this was the worst I've ever seen it. Really disappointed with change of manager/ownership who is very dismissive of complaints. Simple solution I'll eat from elsewhere now.

Would give no stars but no option for this. Ordered from here on few occasions and every time have to call to chase delivery. Always takes approx 90 mins to arrive, even on quiet nights. And always arrives stone cold. Complained and was offered a free pizza. No thanks, will be going elsewhere from now on. Zaks you are a disgrace

Absolutely disgusting. There was no meat in the curries. Mine and my friends. 10 pounds for Chips and Sauce. And about 1 bit of meat. Just chips and sauce. Never Ever Ever Ever buy from here.

Food was 1 hour late they took £2.50 off my bill and gave me free can of coke for my wait kebab was nice but dry not enough garlic on It and chips tasted like they was of yesterday 🤮

Ordered via Just Eat and asked driver to knock on downstairs window as we have a newborn in the house. Almost kicked in the door to deliver luke warm chips. Won't use again and would suggest others don't.

Ordered food came 1hour and 20 mins later which is totally fine I understand you may be busy, but the food was totally cold to the fact the pizza snapped like a piece of card board, then I phoned the shop and they said if I'm not happy they will come collect it, so I agreed yes no problem come collect it as I'm not happy, 1 hour and 5 mins later after 3 calls trying to get someone to come for the food and refund me the driver comes and gives me the correct change for the food but not the tip money back, now some people may agree some might not but when something like this happenes you should receive a full refund including the tip money as well back, really the service was awful, driver also made a scene at my door bad service bad food won't be back never ever complain online this is the first time I ever have as I'm discusted, even ordered from another shop and had eating my food before they came to collect the first one..

Tonight will be the last time I order from here. It was obviously one one of last night's that didn't get delivered . Shocking. First time I have ever felt the need to complain on a website.

If I could leave no star review I would. I have used Zak's for a long time but ever since it changed hands it's never been the same, ordered tonight at 8.20 to be told would be here in an hour! At 9.45 called back to be told they knew it was 1-5 hours plus but the poor reception weren't aloud to tell customers and the reception need a medal as they are so good at their jobs and have to put up with allot of angry customers. The food finally came after calling 3 times and I only live around the corner from Zak's. One of the pizzas came with no topping on was meant to be a mixed Maza City pizza few bits of meat and no base mostly cheese which I order every time was mainly cheese and the chips were burnt and stale and nasty. My children were starving by this time I doubt I will every use them again after this I am fuming to say the least. The reception girls are both lovely and good at their jobs I feel so sorry for them having to put up with all the negativity.

Got the food cold and delivery driver said he’d just left the shop which was a total lie then after an hour for fresh and was hot but I don’t trust them so blue light to check food make sure no spit or anything as I’ve heard a lot blue lamp is an amazing tool. Results tomorrow but I’d never use them again

Just had to have a conversation with the manager about his delivery driver. Buzzed in three times. Let him in, refused to come up, misses went down to get food, he has then seen her and took the food from the step then handed it to her. Called the restaurant that night to make a complaint, was told I would get a callback. No call back was given, had to call myself. The manager then got me on the phone and got the delivery driver on the phone, who called my other half a liar (in polite words) made the situation worse. 0/10 on customer service, have lost another customer.

Waited over an hour and a half for food to be delivered. Contacted restaurant to be told food hadn't even been cooked yet. No apology at first just got asked if we still wanted the order. Will never order from here again!!!

Ordered pizza, had an hours wait. Waited at least another 20 mins and rang to find out where it was. Ours would be with us straight away. 10 mins later it arrived. The spicy vegetarian tasted of nothing but chilli. Barely any other topping on it. Rang to complain (thought it was the wrong pizza) told that is how the chef makes it and it’s because we chose no mushroom that there was no other flavour. Asked for a refund and was offered a different pizza. No chance I was eating anything from there again. Requested refund again (if they would drop off another pizza why not our money??) and was told “they’re not free” and the staff “work long hours”. So do I. And my money is from hard graft. Robbed us of our money and tea. nothing to show for it that was able to be consumed. Disgusting pizza, even worse service. Wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Went straight in the bin. Vile.

Very disappointed. Wouldn’t even give the one star but that was lowest available. Went in and ordered 2 small chicken wraps. Waited over half an hour. They said came with chips and salad. They had about 3 bits of chicken and same amount of chips. The rest was made up with red and white cabbage that was steeped in vinegar !!! It ended in the bin before my liver packed up with the vinegar.

All the food was very nice not keen on the chips I found them dry on the inside but everything else was great and fast service

Spot on madras curry pizza is my favourite from here ,, delivery was really quick and all staff are friendly....lady delivery driver is polite amd very cheeryful always when she has delivered my food....only kebab meat I will eat from this area.... keep it up guys

Ordered via hungry house .... Delivery was half an hour late, no text or call to say it would be. Once delivery arrived low and behold it was wrong, i rang and complained again and was assured they would send another pizza out for delivery. 45 mins later and still no sign of it, i rang again and the girl answering the phone apologised, put me on to the manager who firstly said i hadnt given my address, errrrm did they not just deliver a wrong order???? Anyway 1 1/2 hrs after original delivery time we are still waiting on our order being completed - really really not good !!!!!!!!

Order two kebab wraps with salad, salad was just cabbage and made whole wrap take like vinegar, ordered cheese but no cheese was in the wrap, chicken was rubbery and had no flavour
