I visited here for a cooked breakfast a few months ago but have also sampled their great lunches over time and gave it the best rating possible and proclaimed to all those who would listen, that this is the best in the area. Unfortunately my recent visit didn’t live up to my own expectations. Ordering exactly the same full English cooked breakfast, I was served by the wonderful staff here and picked a table. I was the only one in a waited for the quality to be put in front of me. Unfortunately the presentation let it down straight away. I wondered what had been put on the plate and found it to be a large upside down mushroom. I’m not that picky but every one I’ve ever had was the right way up? …ok that might sound picky! The yolk had been broken while cooking so I got a yellow looking flat egg. One of the sausages was burnt which was left on the plate and the other tasted a bit strange, so was left too. The black pudding was also a little dry. Strange that I was first in on opening and yet these ingredients didn’t seem fresh or the quality I experienced previously. The bacon was superb though! Now here’s the strange thing about this place. I’m used to salt and pepper on the table or at least some of those little sachets to hand. When I got the breakfast I was asked if I wanted sauce. I got it and the guy walked away. Went to look for the salt and pepper. No salt and pepper. I asked at the counter and the staff member turned to the same guy in the kitchen if he had the salt and pepper and he said “I’ve already asked him” before turning to see me standing there. Now this isn’t new. Myself and the family have joked on other visits that the condiments must be on rationing. Overall, disappointed on this occasion, but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back for their lunches etc. the girl on the counter is superb and I’ve always found the ambience of the place good.

Stayed here for business on more than one occasion and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent. The rooms are so spacious and the beds are so comfy clean and the staff really can’t do enough for you would recommend this very welcoming friendly place.I do travel a lot for business and stayed in a lot of different places and this is one of my favourites.

Living local we headed to Fratellis again for another amazing meal. It was my little boys birthday and they went above and beyond. Our waitress India ( who has served us before ) was such a welcome as she is so friendly and pays great attention to detail like providing a steak knife and asking about birthday celebration for my little boy. She really is made for the role such a bubbly personally. Thank you so much India and fratellis well be back soon

Went for dinner on the 27th December, we were a party of seven, I could not fault anything at all ,Food was first class, waiter service excellent, I have been several times and always an all round excellent service in all aspects of this resterant Wellworth a visit ,

Visited yesterday (17th Feb) They are, I think, having a licencing issue. So for now NO alcohol can be served. That's fine they still have plenty soft drinks and I believe they were allowing people to take their own drinks in? The food and service from start to finish was amazing. The food was at times was too hot to eat which is amazing. We were early and asked to wait but we were given prawn crackers. We waited a little past our reservation time but we were kept informed and more than happy to wait on our first visit. The lady (presumably manager) seemed a bit abrupt at first. But I work in the hospitality industry and realised that was stress (probably from a rude customer who thought they deserved more for the pennies they were paying) but she was actually adorable All in all I will return. Probably time and time again and be the size of a house end by 2026 Thank you princess garden. You did yourself proud x

Positives - A nice setting and a lovely function room with friendly staff. Negatives - toilets not in same building and in need of some cleaning and painting, function room needs some sound deadening panels as virtually impossible to have conversations round the table, and staff did not provide alternative to tea/coffee even though it had been ordered, nor did they provide spoon for chocolate mousse, or dairy free spread or cream for scone (also precooked). For the cost it was a bit underwhelming.

The whole package of food, customer service and location are simply awesome. The fish and chips are some of the best I’ve eaten, and the curry sauce was a well balanced, fruity and spicy icing on the cake. I followed this up with the apple crumble tart which had a white chocolate covering that resembled half an apple…delicious It couple highly recommend

Went for the first time last night for my daughter’s birthday. What a fantastic find this place is! Food was AMAZING and very reasonably priced! I had a fillet steak which was cooked to perfection with some lovely home made chips and an amazing peppercorn sauce and my daughter had the Pasta Carbonara which she said was also really good and a huge portion which she couldn’t quite manage to finish. Staff were excellent and the place was very clean and tidy! 10/10 for all and we will be back very soon!

Ateesh restaurant looks beautiful, the service is superb and the food fabulous. The menu provides lots of enticing Middle Eastern dishes and the portions are generous. I can’t wait to return.

Food was okay apart from the starters. One chicken skewer with 3 lumps of chicken on seemed a bit tight for one starter. My Liver Pate had 3 massive slices of bread and the finest sliver of pate to go with it. Had no pate left to go with most part of the bread left. Service was very poor… nobody told us about registering our parking in order to avoid charges upon arrival. Terrible lighting at tables…massive spot lights on the tables, felt like a UFO was about to land on our dinner! Main server was very loud and not very attentive. Asked if we wanted to order drinks when we arrived which we did and then came back to take our food order and asked if we wanted to order drinks again and I said we were still awaiting our first order of drinks…probably waited close to 15 minutes for our first drinks to arrive and this was at 6pm, not busy… I’m rating the service poor as tbf I could have gone to any local hungry horse and had the same service, for some reason I thought this may have been better. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Poor service and stingy, uninspiring menu. Not worth the money or leaving the house for.

Very poor customer service. I thought my food was being delivered they thought collection. I rang back after 45 minutes to be told that he was on his way. I then rang back after 1h 25 and I was told it was waiting there for collection. I asked for it to be delivered. I paid £23 for 2 meals and when it arrived 2 hours later they sent me my cold dish. Obviously it was inedible. I rang back up to discuss and was berated by the manageress on the phone who wouldn’t let me speak, spoke with a raised voice and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. Poor customer service, what restaurant wants a customer to eat food that has sat there for 2 hours and delivered cold. That sums up my experience so unfortunately I won’t be going back and it’s a shame as I really liked it. I count myself well and truly told off by the manageress. Thank you. I won’t ring back again!
