I have to follow a gluten free diet, so ordered the gluten free salmon fish cake of the main meal menu. I was served a small fish cake on some broccoli, and chips. The whole amount could have been served on a tea plate. The fish cake had no taste at all and the inside looked like grey mush, I could have been eating anything. One of the party had ordered the standard salmon fish cakes. She received two fish cakes, to my one and were filled with pink flaky salmon. (I have to say, my one fish cake was @15% larger). No one came to ask how the meal was, till the end. I hadn’t eaten all of my lunch and when I pointed out the lack of salmon or taste, when the plates were removed. I was told these fish cakes were bought in, and I was later told that they were in fact smoked haddock and no one had realised. Needless to say i received no apology. Very disappointing meal and diasappointing service

We arrived at about 4.30pm and we had the whole restaurant to ourselves!! The food was beautiful 10/10 I am married to the fussiest eater ever known and he throughly enjoyed his meal!!! So a 10 out of 10 from him is outstanding praise indeed!! We will be back we had garlic king prawn and chilli king prawn starter and then surf and turf fillet steak absolutely beautiful!

Superb lunch today at this fantastic country pub. We booked (recommended) and were really impressed with the food and service. Had the special crispy squid with salami salad and brown shrimp with smoked salmon rillette to start - both really delicious. For the mains we opted for the pork belly and fish and chips. The standard of cooking is the best in the area. I’d forgotten my hat and they called to warn me when I was only 5 mins down the road so could go back to get it - much appreciated. Really deserves its pub of the year award. Hope they can repeat it again this year

We visited for dinner. The new souvlaki skewers changed my perspective on grilled meat. Service felt casual, prices were fair. Kids enjoyed pizza too.

Es un buen centro de jardinería, aunque mi padre dijo que estaba impresionado. El personal era muy amable y servicial, sin embargo cometí el error de tomar mi perro. El sitio web dice "dog friendly", pero si vas a llevar tu caca, ten en cuenta que NO PUEDES llevarlo al café (como puedes en la mayoría de los centros de jardinería). Conseguimos café para llevar, aunque, ningún lugar para sentarse y tomarlo, así que no pida comida. El café con leche era bueno, pero muy caro, así como la comida para aves. No me apresuraría a regresar, pero mi papá probablemente regresaría así que supongo que todo es relativo.

Desayuno y cena muy buenos. Mucha variedad con buenas opciones sin gluten. Precios razonables. El personal realmente amable y servicial. Realmente recomiendo este lugar.

Yolo wanted to make an exclusive bar that did not fit the local community, the bar itself has no respect for the local aesthetic and provides a dull experience with overly loud music and no oppruntuty to have a entertaining time.

We called in today for lunch having searched for somewhere that catered for my wife's gluten free requirements. The pub is full of character, clean and welcoming with polite friendly and courteous staff who make you feel very welcome from the moment you walk in. We had the last table in the restaurant, which in itself is full of history. The food was amazing. A great find for when we are next in the area.

First time visit to this cafe. Lovely experience. Service was friendly Our drinks and food arrived very promptly. Loved the decor. We will definitely be back

The honey it's delicious. 2 stars because I paid for 2 340g jars odd English heather honey and 2 340g blossom honey. Only 2 jars were delivered in time for a Christmas present and I'm still waiting for 2 more after sending 2 separate emails. Phone calls not being answered

Never in my life have I encountered someone as ill-mannered and discourteous in customer service as the blonde woman we crossed paths with whilst stopping here. Attitudes like that are something that will guarantee a customer never to return. Hopefully she can cheer up with the onset of the festive season and provide a more pleasant experience for future visitors.
