Merton Way Chinese Takeaway in Northumberland

Very very poor with horrific customer service, delivery time of over 2 and a half hours, restaurant wont answer the phone after orders are placed. Ive received multiple wrong meals from here and they wont exchange or replace them. I received raw prawn batter balls, the batter was literally stone cold LIQUID BATTER inside not cooked at all, extremely dangerous!!!!! I have given them the benefit of the doubt to many times now, the wasted wrong, tasteless, late, cold ,raw meals are not worth the risk.

I ordered for delivery. When it arrived we realised half the order was missing. I rang them back but the person who answered the phone didn't have a basic grasp of English. We were overcharged considerably but she wasn't "getting it". We'll use a different chinese from now on! Thanks but no thanks!.

Visited this nanados in fordsburg, absolutely disaster.. No Aircon,no ventilation, the family hated it and just needed to got out,rush and ate our food..because we you cannot enjoy food in these desert temperature conditions..and no sauces on the self sauce counter Let's see if this owner of this store even gets in contact with me..

Order a takeaway but had to collect itmyself due to a lack of a delivery driver. Wish i hadnt bothered, as food was overcooked and disgusting. Items missed off the order also. Used this place over many years but will NEVER set foot in it again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, there are much better places around. Gives Blyth a bad name.
