Holiday Inn Newcastle - Gosforth Park, an IHG Hotel in Northumberland

Clean spacious family room. Great breakfast, staff at breakfast were wonderful.

Staff were fantastic, lovely hotel, had a great night for our Xmas party 👍

I gave 4 stars previously however I got an advance purchase special price only to discover it's £50 A night cheaper elsewhere & I'm locked in. So much for IHG privileges. Never again.

Attended a family wedding. Hotel lovely and clean. We had a family room which was very clean and spacious. There was an iron and ironing board in the room, which came in very handy. There are lots of drink choices at the bar and staff, especially the ladies on reception, were very helpful. There is a pool and gym facilities which were again very clean.

Food was lovely but ladies toilets are awful

Great place, we've been a few times now. Good facilities and near Newcastle and the airport.

Lovely place to stay. Staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help with my complicated diet. Can't praise them highly enough

A great short stay hotel with brilliant swimming pool and spa for family

My friend and I attended a spa day. Emily did the most amazing treatment starting our day off relaxed. We enjoyed the facilities and lunch a selection of sandwiches/ and sweet treats. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We've had a truly relaxing day and intend to return. Unable to comment on the rooms.

Hotel is really big the lift is out of Order so my heavy case was very hard to get up stairs to my room, very clean someone set the Fire alarm off after Midnight first night there, breakfast starts at 06:30 worse on a weekend starts at 07:30 too late as I start work at 07:00 with a 15 / 20 min drive.

Great venue easy accessible from the A1 and A19 great banqueting and meeting rooms

Easy to find, amazingly comfy rooms, good choice at breakfast, staff were all so kind, helpful and had great senses of humour - I will definitely stop here again!

Rooms were perfectly clean, staff helpful no issues at all

We always book a premium room which costs a tiny bit more but offers a new room that has everything we could need. Can't really fault this hotel, we have a 11yr old son and the pool temp is perfect for relaxing in, but the reception staff are great, superb breakfast staff. The only area that could be better is bar service could be quicker.
