Lovely place! Very tasty food, excellent service & fabulous cocktails (made from scratch).

Friendly little hidden gem. Good selection of beers and good knowledge of train times! The latter doubtless acquired through time. Worth making time for a visit especially if travelling by train anyway.

I am so impressed. Always find an easy carpark space. First 40 mins are free which covers many appointments because Hexham staff and processes are so efficient. My experience of appointments is that they are on time.... and even early if you turn up early. Very friendly staff. Lovely hospital.

First time at Zyka, Hexham during the Easter holidays. Had Dinner with family. Quite a busy place . Staff were very accomodating to our needs,Vegetarian in the group.They made us feel welcome. Service was quick. We ordered Chicken chettinad and it was indeed authentic South indian dish cooked to perfection. Other dishes were also punched with traditional flavours. Compliments to chef Khalid who also waited our table along with other friendly staff. Kids loved the food. Would definitely recommend.

This is a hidden gem, up a quiet street off the main shopping area in Hexham. Our first visit, but now a firm favourite. We chose from the lunchtime menu - the garlic mushrooms and the black pudding with bacon and Diane sauce, we then had mussels and the tilapia in a beautiful tarragon sauce. Absolutely delicious! Nice surroundings and very friendly staff topped off a great experience - we will be back!

What a wonderful find, the staff were very pleasant, made you feel welcome. The sandwiches were tremendous, so much so we went back the next day for a take away. Even dropped in on our way home to take some home baking home with us. Great service, great food, great ambiance, even the dog loved it. Would highly recommend

Went for lunch. The cafe overlooks a big car park. It is a no frills establishment serving very acceptable lunches. The staff although busy were helpful and attentive. The prices were very fair with a good choice on the Menu.

Beautiful cafe with delicious coffee! I've never seen pistachio latte before and it was so tasty! Lovely atmosphere and generous seating inside and out. I'll definitely be back for lunch one day 😊

Had the early bird menu here today at lunchtime. For £15 we were expecting a small lunch for the price and we would have been happy with that. However it was a very large lunch which was delicious I hasten to add. The potato skins were lovely as was the bruschetta. We opted for a pizza each, fungi and Hawaiian and they were huge and well topped. We could have opted for ice cream or coffee within the cost of the meal and decided on coffee which tasted like real coffee despite mine being decaf. Have had so many disappointments with decaf coffee but this was great. Atmosphere was really nice, they have a good outside space for when the weather is nice. Service was so friendly, the staff were efficient and we felt that a tip was deserved and it is not often at all I can say that. Just as well we don’t live in Hexham, we would be visiting this restaurant too much 🤣.

I've never tasted fish and chips like it absolutely delicious and the curry proper chippy curry highly recommended twenty out of ten

Visited on a quiet Monday night. The service was very good. I had really tasty sheek kebab starter followed by a Keema Mansho Masala, from the Chef's Recommendations, with a plain naan. I had a mango lassi to drink The food and drink was delicious. My only negative is the that tables are packed it which makes it difficult to get in or up without disturbing other diners.

A regular haunt. Always a warm welcome, great choice of food not just your normal pre heat pub grub. Good quality great price.
