What a little gem. Such friendly and accommodating staff, proper coffee, fresh proper food which is different to all the other local offerings. Refreshingly modern in our quaint market town. I do a regular community meet here and the staff are so wonderful. They put on wonderful and varied in house events too. There’s a lovely enclosed garden to enjoy in good weather, or safely park your pram or bike. Best dirty chai about!

Great service, waitress named Mariia brought excellent cappuccino. Tasty dishes, I took a hot pork roll - a creative and good solution to add an apple. Thanks)

the pub looked great menu looked good lady behind the bar was very welcoming, BUT the male barman (i guess the owner?)if not i would sack him ! DEFINATELY NEEDS TO RETIRE !! VERY RUDE SORRY BUT HE WAS , will look through the window next time to see if hes behind the bar and if he iS WE WONT BE GOING IN !!

My favourite pub in Northumberland. Delicious food menu, a fine section of beers and wine, friendly staff all create a cosy atmosphere in a traditional country pub. There is a beautiful beer garden great for families and dogs, and two open fires inside the wilder months. The Dipton also sports an original Bar billiards table and hosts a popular quiz on a Wednesday. One of the very best!

Unreal little pub , got stuck in Hexham off the train went in , an unreal pint of san Miguel 👌 and lovely warm pub with excellent service
