Food came in drips and drabs as they were busy and some of our order was missing and they were very unpleasant and we left early without finishing our food as we waited over one and half hours for total food order.

Food arrived cold, bun was stale, I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, burger was tiny, had no taste whatsoever and got about 15 small fries in the packet, was my first time there, will not go back and definitely wouldn't recommend going here, food all over floor and empty tables, staff standing around talking to each other

Ordered the 3 for £14 odd soup was not even warn the hallumi fries wer not even hot and the chicken bits wer like rubber. Sent back for the soup to be OK fries wer rock hard as thay must have just put them under a hot plate as sauce went to plastic.not enjoyed at all ..never had any problem in spoons but this put us off ..

Food is 10/10 we are regulars absolutely love it here, dont understand the 1* reveiws!

Well after ordering my food and specifically ordered at the till and told the manager with the pigtails I was gluten intolerant. She proceeded to cook my meal herself for intolerance purposes. Our food came and mine had a stick in it with intolerant in. Just as I began to tuck into my chicken she came and said sorry there’s been a mixup. She took my food away. I watched her and she took it straight to the kitchen and took my stick out and placed it into another lump of already cooked chicken. When she came back I felt the kitchen staff constantly looking at me. I no 💯 this was not cooked separately to others. My chips also were exactly the same as my wife’s. Its a while since we've been, won't hurry back. Went for breakfast, no egg on menu, no choice of white or brown bap, tea was bag in cup no pot, took so long to arrive our drinks were gone.

It’s a very nice place to visit and it’s very clean and quiet the food is very good and the staff are very friendly they are always nice to talk to great staff

Absolutely disgusting pub, you always feel on edge going in there due to kick offs, or people just being damn right offensive and antagonistic. The managers of that pub are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met, police are always outside that pub. I would recommend not to visit this pub if you are in any way not related to the family who run it, or friends, it is a total clique and they treat outsider customers like total garbage.

Been here whit the family this place is amazing I see the reviews how can people complain for pizza pasta 9.95 and lunch special for £8.95 guys is my first visit to sambucas but if all of them they are as this one’s I will never cook in the house ..!! And the staff …they try to please everyone bless them …!

Come on Pronta Pizza, what’s happened to you? They use to do great pizzas but they’ve really gone downhill. Had loads of pizzas from them in the past but never again. Ordered two 14 inch pizzas from them last night which were possibly the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Miserly topping (leaving a good inch of crust) and dry as a bone. I’d only ordered them 20 minutes earlier but they didn’t look fresh, the cheese was shiny and translucent, like you get on old pizza. Waste of calories, we ate about half and binned the rest. They’ve had their last order from us I’m afraid.

Absolutely horrendous experience, not only did we wait 2 hours for our food we were told the food would be delivered with a refund, then to be told it was cancelled (when calling for a second time) to see how much longer it would take. I then received shouting abuse down the phone being blamed for the order being cancelled. The boss refused to speak to us while shouting in a foreign language in the background of the phone call. After all this we were told that she wasn’t going to send the food out or give us a refund, it took several minutes of arguing to eventually get the food sent out without having to make another payment. When food did eventually arrive it was cold after being told it would be cooked fresh.

Popped in for a cuppa and a sandwich 🥪 .food and drinks are good quality and reasonably priced .staff are so friendly and helpful, (chris)
